do you say anything to a guy like Christian who has that little stretch there that probably nobody ever wants to go through um yeah you just you know tell him to settle down and you know he's played football before this isn't the first time he's you know been in this situation I'm sure he's had holding calls called on him before so um he knows how to handle it you just kind of kind of you know settle him down a little bit what J say you guys after the game um just you know clean up clean it up you know obviously we had some mistakes and penalties um you know he he always talks about our mode of play um there's two things that go into that obviously um you know the physical side of it you got to run you know hit you know all that stuff but um the thing that you know we fell short of the mark on today was just the the mental side of it um too many mental errors penalties and and just little stuff disappointing because you guys usually been pretty good at that end yeah um you know he harps on it all the time and it's disappointing that we fell short yeah how did it feel to find the End Zone it was good felt good um felt good to get a score before half and U put us in a good spot how about just to get that offense kind of rolling we had it feel it felt good um you know like we said we started slow um but to finish going into the half on a good note is always a good thing do you feel like you kind of have a strong hold on that number two quarterback spot now after this um you know I don't really know I'm not um concerned with that just concerned with um you know being the best player I can be every day and um you know every opportunity that I get to to play put my best fo forward what did you looking back on this week what you think this team got out of um I thought we competed really well um had a good two days of practice um competed learned a lot of things you know I think with the mistakes come you know learning opportunities so um you know learned a lot and got to compete how do you assess your own performance tonight um you know I thought i' played well but obviously you know there's no perfect game so there's always things that um you know you got to clean up you know want to take less sacks um get the ball out quickly um but you know there's always stuff to build on compared to last week is there anything that felt either like you took a step forward or or that maybe you weren't happy with compared to last week um I don't really know yet it'll be it'll be good to watch the film and assess but as of right now um don't really know overall how do you look at this camp that you've had so far the last four weeks I guess it's that I feel good about it I feel like I've put in um some good work uh still work to be done um so you know that's my mindset is just go in watch the tape learn from it come back next week ready to work and and build on it what doing that makes you feel like you're you know why do you feel like it's been good just feel like I've um you know been playing more on time playing quicker um you know getting through my reads seeing the defense and just um being decisive
