2024-25 Yahoo Fantasy Basketball Live H2H Points Snake Draft!

e e e e e e hello everybody and welcome back to another be Gods uh we are back do a break back in the old draft we're here to do a draft five minutes left before it starts so we're going to kind of go through a couple things real quick we did a live head-to-head Point draft that was actually our first draft for the night got got cancelled because ofation I decided to jump back another one that way we can get another shot at it um real quickly we're going to review some there we go review some pointers uh shooting splits uh there are no there's no consideration for so you don't have to worry about how good how bad a player is at knocking down shots or hit throws uh not considered targeted players uh should be the ones who have expanded roles on their so I'm looking guys who uh do a lot who have high use type of guys I want to Target in this uh type of format injured players are okay to draft provided they're expected to play before begins this is a head-to-head League pick up an injured player like a christops pres that's okay don't reach for him but it's okay to draft him valuable when of course look for players who play multiple position position so that way have more flexibility within sad um way as snake draft kind of works here it's going to by rounds it will be 13 Rounds 10 uh Team round um 130 players total here so the first rounds rounds one through five I'm going to best player available without a completely strategy in the middle rounds I'm looking to fill positional Gap so if I happen to pick a couple yards and a centers early round entirely possible um in the middle rounds I'm going to four in late rounds I'm going to look for sleepers that I can draft here guys maybe in on radar and then of course in a snake draft you want to make sure person to start a run instead of end of the run so far in here I haven't really of that maybe a little bit in the center but for the most part here um basically been Squad in the draft that's that's who you end Victor W Yama has if you C me ear not pick up first though he's a talent I would PCH Luka donic and if I'm if I get lucky enough today I'm picking sixth so we're going to see kind of how that's going to go um this is a points format so I'm going that's actually good for me uh I was hoping to get one of the first five picks and it look going to uh Birkin boss team not typic pick in this format but that opens a get one I'm very happy about that and it's going to giis which is guy that I was hoping to get in this format he's going to be an absolute Beast plays really well in points as you don't have to worry about his atro shooting which tanks most teams because he shoots so damn many of them um all that counts is his points his rebounds his assists steals blocks and he is going to be a high turnover player but that's okay because he does everything else very very happy get y pick six that gets me that's that gets me set up really really now what I'm going to try to do is I will look at potentially picking up a player that is going to mesh really well with Hest young is a good pick here um actually he's a little higher than I thought he go format but um still a very solid okay so I think I'm going to go let's try something a little different I've gone with uh Damen Mitchell my drafts at this gonna try Deon book I don't think pick uh in the middle second round e crossing my fingers and hoping oh not going to happen uh I was able to get him in one of my drops here today wearing the Jersey rocking the Scotty Jersey all right got him in one of my drafts I did have to pick him up in the I I always hope to see late uh later on like in the third round and haven't really that's okay press on this draft to go pretty quickly here and I'm hoping that there is going to [ __ ] I am auction drafts e all right let's go ahead and grab Lillard counting on a bounce back season from and another player is going to have high usage Hest um but is traditionally relatively have to wor in this value should get him in the now the next uh pick I've got coming up I don't think I've actually picked yet in leagues but a yeah I will be picking up Paulo banero uh again not somebody that I would normally uh pick up in any other format but take away his percentages is a point forward that is nice now for those who aren't familiar with Yahoo Point uh in essence uh you get us get one point for scores uh you get 1.2 points for every rebound points assist and got three points for every he and block get a point taken away for every turnover add that all up and that is game interesting player sitting out um that I may just hoping to see if I could wrench that is not happen goes in round five in was able to get jaw in seven but looks like if I want to get him now okay so I'm going to go ahead and take a chance on Kawhi Leonard hope that he healthy in the playoffs I wouldn't go any higher than round five for um but round round five work I is definitely a high reward player that will miss game the goal the goal for me is that it's um hit six that's the goal going into round six I'm going to go ahead and pick up Nicholas Claxton here don't have to worry about his free throw shooting an elite shop Locker and likely with a uh offensive DED Zion's a good pick in this and he's everything um like back a burle perins boss CH that pick lot lot of other centers available that e right we are about to make our next selection just out at um we have successfully been able to uh fill our early round five round best players available that I think well Nick clars in Center uh it looks like we're going to need possibly some more wings but let's take a look to see what's available out here I I think we're going to go with Devon Vel here don't mind him he uh may end up being the top scorer Spurs F having win there um got a high usage guy C I should definitely help rafting in autoit all right and we're going to go ahead and draft K C what Josh giddy nice pick up primary all right I'm intri how this next lots of Point cards available may not be a bad idea for me e all right and I think we're going to go ahead up Austin Reed primary Handler Ron is not on the uh back up e e all right I'm actually going to go ahead and pick up K white pulling the dice a little bit there's a player that I wanted but it's too hard to pass up a guard of that type of e e and thank you guys Kesler uh getting more minutes this year in Utah and if he does scch second back end of the draft here really now just trying to pick Walker Kessler green kind of asleep but I haven't had haven't had getting it past the 10 took a bit of a risk grabbing white back to me not I think we've done enough solid on now we are turning the corner the last round e e to me left the go all right course he his last three picks I'm a little jealous I've made myself but I'm going to go ahead and Cameron Johnson with last pick do need should be that's going to pretty much do it here for this draft sure done so I'm actually live draft here and uh at the end of the live draft of standings to kind of see how well drafted and according to this it's now again take that with the grain assault uh these are all projections um have a definitive guarante in the season it's all about staying take an eye on how well you're doing wire piing those Wheels um but yeah that's looks pretty good at least on my end here very happy with how this turned out um that is going to do it here for this uh draft I'm going to sign off for now but hopefully catch you here later on tonight for the Yahoo fantasy auction that go
