welcome to weon thank you so much for joining us there are these speculations about migrants eating people's pets in Ohio it was interesting to hear that JD Vance said while there are cont you know conflicting accounts of what's really happening there it had to take a story about migrants eating people's cats and pets to get the attention of the mainstream media and others that there are illegal migrants in this small town in Ohio and just the issue of border security as a whole what are your thoughts on that uh good to be with you two thoughts uh I've often said that Donald Trump's greatest Legacy is the destruction of Truth um we've never ever ever had a public person in America Who Lies as much as Donald Trump does the problem is all of his media cheerleaders and media right-wing media sycophants they all Echo the lies uh I used to be in right-wing media I used to do some of this because my other thought is Donald Trump is trying to scare Americans into voting for him this is what the right in America now does try to scare people that there are black and brown immigrants All Over America committing crimes and eating cats and dogs and so they feed this stuff to the Republican Party voters and other voters because they know it will scare them it's it's sad and it's again it's not it doesn't have to be based on anything truthful the whole point is to scare people into voting for them that's what this crazy cat and dog story is All About it's really it's really a shame of course the issue of the migrants is really somewhat of a crisis across the United States I live in New York or democrat mayor has been pleading with the government to help us with the migrant crisis that we're facing here and the crime rates aren't low Joe um so you know the issue of immigration perhaps became front and center in this uh election for a reason do you agree with that oh yes and it's a huge issue and remember I I'm not a Democrat I'm a conservative former Republican I I'm a border Hawk I've always talked about the fact that we have to secure and defend our borders and nobody should be in this country illegally it's a real issue the Biden Administration for four years has failed but now think about it that's a real issue and the other night in Philadelphia at that debate if Donald Trump had just focused on that real issue that we have these migrants in cities All Over America and we're paying for them and cities in America are going bankrupt because of that if Donald Trump could have just focused on that and focused on what the Biden and Harris Administration didn't do that helped lead to that Donald Trump would have had a very good debate but Trump is incapable of doing that so instead he puts out this ugly bigoted disinformation which completely takes away from what you rightly say is a real serious issue and really quickly yes or no do you think we'll see a second presidential debate I don't because I think Donald Trump doesn't want one okay Joe Walsh thank you so much for all of that and I look forward to speaking to you again very soon do come back would love that thank you for all the latest news download the weon app And subscribe to our YouTube channel
