following in the trump namesake donald jr had lived in some stunning homes of his own most recently he and his partner kimberly guilfoyle purchased their current estate in florida spending 9.7 million child of donald trump and his first wife the late ivana trump donald jr also serves as a trustee and executive vice president of the trump organization working alongside his brother eric donald jr and his partner kimberly gilfoyle who he's been with since 2018 made their move to florida from new york as the rest of the trump clan also relocated to the sunshine state the florida town where their new [Music] before we get into his current homes Donald Trump Jr Childhood let's get a bit of a background information on donald jr's childhood donald trump and ivana trump welcomed donald jr into the world on new year's eve in 1977 while they lived at their posh olympic tower condo in manhattan then moving a couple of years later to the high-end 805th avenue around the same time donald jr's parents purchased their weekend getaway property the famed greenwich connecticut mansion as well as where the trump children spent many fun days this six acre and eight bed mansion boasted amenities like an indoor and outdoor pools a putting green tennis court a guest house and much more activities with the birth of donald jr's brother eric the growing family moved into the glamorous trump tower on 5th avenue this triplex penthouse apartment was reportedly expanded to nearly 11 000 square feet of space and boasted interiors full of 24 karat gold and opulent trump style despite this residence remaining one of the family homes sono jr didn't get to live here as long as he was sent to boarding school with his brother eric when he was 12 years old in 1985 donald trump senior also bought the mar-a-lago estate in palm beach florida not only was this the family's private home in the early 90s the estate was also made into a members only club by donald senior and it further served as the holiday backdrop for family get-togethers a lot of the time not to mention in 2005 mar-a-lago was the venue for donald jr and his now ex-wife vanessa's wedding fast forward to 2019 and donald jr and his current fiancee former fox news host kimberly guilfoyle purchased their first home together a multi-acre estate in the hamptons new york for 4.4 million dollars after living there for a couple House Tour of years since all the trump clan has moved to florida donald jr and kimberly also sold this pad in 2021 for 8.14 million dollars nearly doubling their investment the pond front property was located in the gated neighborhood of bridgehampton one of the more exclusive in the area and sat on 3.9 acres a long and private drive leads to the motor courts and to the upscale east coast cottage style mansion which spans about 9 200 square feet inside the sprawling home was built in 2008 and designed in a traditional yet luxurious style offering seven bedrooms eight full baths and three half baths as well as a whole handful of open living spaces clearly this estate was more than sufficient for donald jr kimberly and don's five children when they decided to visit and stay over a grand entryway leads into the double height main living room that is a tall stone fireplace and loads of windows for natural lights the nearby formal dining room could hold at least eight comfortably while there's a more laid back eating area just off of the kitchen sent to a nook of windows the large farmhouse style kitchen was high-end and built around a massive granite island while there were also white cabinets and upscale appliances this space led to the circular diane nook that further moved into a screened porch with views of the pool there were also a handful of other dens and sitting rooms throughout the mansion including a games room with billiards table leading out to one of the decks aside from the six ensuite guests or family rooms the master bedroom was definitely the main attraction donald jr and kimberly's former setup offered a cathedral ceiling and airy layout on the main level of the three-floor mansion the master suite was complete with a ton of windows a fireplace semi-circular lounge area and private deck that looked through the trees and out to the pond meanwhile the attached bathroom was also large with a beige color scheme steam shower separate tub and makeup vanity outside the hampton spread had a mahogany deck along the back that led to a stone terrace further down surrounding the swimming pool and spa the grounds of the mansion had a waterfall grassy lawns tall trees and access to a 25-acre spring-fed pond it was only shared with other residents of the gated community despite leaving Florida Mansion their new york life behind donald jr still scored with his current florida home so let's take a look at that next following donald trump senior's defeat in the 2020 presidential election of the trump clan along with donald jr and his fiancee relocated to florida which is a better fit for them located in jupiter florida donald jr's current mansion is not only near his ex-wife and five children they share it's also near the trump national golf club jupiter jupiter is located in palm beach county florida and is a town on the southeastern coast overlooking the loxahatchee river the stunning mansion cost donald jr and kimberly 9.7 million dollars which is a steal when you consider back in 2017 property was initially listed for 19.9 million instead located in a gated community records show the property has undergone a huge update to boast new clean white contemporary finishes not to mention it spans 11 270 square feet of space inside so basically it's massive donald jr's new property sits on over an acre of land looking over the loxahatchee river in admiral's cove which is a posh and super private golfing and boating community in jupiter the mansion offers plenty of room for the large family with 6 beds and 11 baths throughout as well as an inviting and open plan layouts the design is far from the opulent look that donald jr grew up living in while at his parents homes and inside it offers a much more modern and fresh feel for instance the great room offers soaring double height ceilings rows of windows and french doors with polished tiles underfoot this large space opens right out to the pool while photos of the other family room show a fireplace and a combined floor plan that joins with the glamorous kitchen and dining area this area also has coffered ceilings with three-dimensional panels a nearby dining room and another casual table in a windowed nook the updated kitchen was done up with gorgeous copper details and fixtures well there were granite and wooden countertops high-end appliances and a high-top snack bar built in it's also another luxurious breakfast or dining space set up against an arched floor-to-ceiling window with a chandelier overhead and a fireplace beside it donald jr's mansion also has a variety of patios and verandas leading off from the home including a covered one with cement arches and wooden ceiling overhead other highlights include an elevator a wood paneled library office with built-in bookshelves a fitness room with massage area and a games room with billiards table bar and lounge area donald jr and kimberly have quite the master bedroom set up here and while it's located on the main level it still has a private terrace overlooking the river there's also a fireplace and an ensuite with a whirlpool separate shower and his and hers vanities the gaston family bedrooms are also plush and many of them offer attached baths and personal balconies themselves outside aside from all the stunning terraces and decks the manicured grounds of the mansion boasts features like an outdoor kitchen with built-in grill a lush garden wall and of course a swimming pool residents living here also get access to the amenities that come
