NFL Week 1 Power Rankings: Surprising Teams on the Rise!!

hello hello hello welcome to our week one after week one power rankings here on the nice Philly fan so that's going to be our name for about another week then we're going to change it up there still leaning towards uh sprocket sports but let us know in the comment section what you like name wise here but so power rankings this is basically we're going to give you our top 10 after week one so sometimes you see week two power rankings week one these are after the first week of games are going on here and the way we're going to do it is we're going to compare to our preseason rankings and then of course last week's rankings which actually are the pre-season rankings right now but with that being said here we're going to do our top 10 but we're going to start off with boom honorable mentions and the first one we want to talk about is the Seattle Seahawks so before the season started I had him down at number 2 SE uh number 22 right now they're right outside the top 10 and the reason is wow that defense got a lot better than I thought it was going to be so I am very nervous about Gino Smith but he kind of put those fears to the pack uh to the back of my mind now because not only was he fairly accurate with his throws to metf and uh his other wide receivers and stuff but he actually put tucked the ball in there and ran for a touchdown so Gino Smith Maybe I'm Wrong about you but we need more information we're not going to give you a top uh 10 ranking just yet but you're right outside there there let's see what you do this week and the second one is the Miami Dolphins so originally you had the Miami Dolphins all the way at number seven in the preseason rankings but they kind of dropped while Seattle was 22nd and shot up Miami dropped down a little bit here and the main reason is they really needed the big plays to succeed there was really no substained drives that Tua was able to do it was quick hits which of course with Wadd and Tyreek Hill if he doesn't get his butt kick before the game by the cops um you know they they were there to hit the quick strikes but I want to see a little bit more here it wasn't so much that they got thrown out of the top 10 it was more on the factor that you know what they didn't quite earn what they needed to earn there uh to uh make the top 10 this time so real quick here before we go there are a couple that were preseason top 10 that completely dropped off the map there and uh currently we had number uh 10 was Green Bay Green Bay is now gone um with love being hurt it's hard to put them as a top 10 team uh they might come back later on in the season but right now they are completely out of the top 10 and the other one that completely dropped out of the top 10 is the Cincinnati Bengals they were number six but you know what getting manhandled by the New England Patriots uh they looked horrible so they did not deserve to be in the top 10 so they are out of the top 10 so who came into the top 10 10 well number 10 is the Indianapolis Colts now I know what you're saying they lost they lost to the Houston Texans how can they be in your top 10 and actually move up from number 20 into the top 10 well you know what they only completed um Richardson only completed nine passes but to be honest with you the way they played really and their coach I really believe in their coach I think they have the potential to pretty much win most of the games except for the fact that they were going against the Houston Texans so I could be completely wrong here uh the Colts might be a horrible team and they just even though they lost I thought they lost well if that's a way to say it I think they're a better team than most people are giving them credit for and they're at number 10 I thought they did better than uh Miami and they showed me a little bit more than Seattle number nine is one of my favorite teams and they started out at number 13 outside the honorable mentions out outside the top 10 they had shot up to number nine and that is Baker Mayfield was bacon people he was fantastic Mike Evans the guy just Mr consistency Hall of Fame I hear you knocking and um Chris Godwin fantastic number two they have a great one-two punch uh they actually had a different running back there with white actually being more of a receiving back offense is great and then also their defense really took it to um you know their opponent last week and to be honest with you I would have them higher if it wasn't for kind of wanting to see it again you did it once can you do it again so number nine right now is my Tampa Bay Buckaneers I'm glad to see they're there where they should be number eight is the Buffalo Bills but really let's be honest number eight is Josh freaking Allen Josh Allen really just took that team on its back they were down 17 nothing against an upand cominging team the Arizona Cardinals and Josh Allen said we're not going to lose this way we're gonna put it on her shoulders and he did two rushing touchdowns and two receiving touchdowns to a receiving core that except for King Cade who really didn't have much was a bunch of no names and the fact that he's able to do what he can do definitely has us up at number eight now today is Thursday usually I want to do this on Wednesday but today we're a little bit behind I had to work on graphics and you'll see the awesome Graphics soon but with that being said um tonight is buffalo against Miami this could really flip Buffalo could be on the outside looking in Miami could jump back into the top 10 or Buffalo can start creeping up the list and Miami could drop out of the honorable mentions a lot of it's going to do with week two and this is an amazing week two game with these two going head-to-head uh you usually don't have pretty much the predicted number one number two going this early in the season but it's um basically in Buffalo weather's not going to be a factor because if it it's in Miami right now it'd be really hot buffalo if it was in Buffalo in November December too cold Miami this is a perfect time to see if it's going to be Tua or see if it's going to be Josh Allen but right now my heart is saying that number eight out of all of them is the Buffalo Bills number seven this one hurts me hurts me down in my core I had him down to 15 as an average team going into the season but Dallas you know what you took care of business and it's not so much that you took care of business against Cleveland's joke of a quarterback in offense right now you took care of business against one of the best defenses in the league which is the Cleveland Browns so because of that I Gotta Give Dallas some love I don't love Dallas but in this case Dallas deserves the love because let's be honest they actually took care of they beat up Cleveland beat him bad so now going forther forward how's this going to go well they have a tough game uh whose's Dallas got this week I got the charts right here uh Dallas is going against the Saints so Saints had a great game let's see if Dallas is legit if the Saints are able to beat Dallas they're probably going to drop out of the top 10 and probably end up somewhere in honorable mentions and stuff so this is a big game against New Orleans because if they can prove that they are a legit team they might be a star worth hanging out in the top 10 all season long number six is another team that lost the Baltimore Ravens but let's be honest they lost by that much not much at all and they ended up uh playing pretty much the best team in the league to Kanas City Chiefs so even though they did lose they uh didn't fall completely out of the top 10 I did put them out of the top five just because like I said they did lose it's hard to have a top five team this early the season uh own one because there's so many other teams like the saints that did not make the honorable mention did not make the top teams and you know what they probably you know would be worth it if worthy of it if we were just going by rankings but Baltimore you got to run the ball more you got Derrick Henry you gotta use Derek freaking Henry if you're not gonna use him why get him right and because you have Derrik Henry Henry you don't have to beat up Lamar like you did he had the ball way too many times it should have gone Derrick Henry or even other running backs instead of having Lamar run all the time so that is our six Place team now we're going into the top five and number five is who is number five preseason the Philadelphia Eagles now jayen looked a little sloppy in the beginning he got better uh that late interception in the end zone after seeing what baly was saying about it you know what AJ Brown did slip that does factor in there because um even if AJ Brown didn't catch it he would at least been able to stop the defender from Catching it here so the Eagles got an amazing offense saquon Barkley wow offensive player of the week who would have thought with three touchdowns right and over a 100 yards of allpurpose yards the Eagles are looking great uh secondary you know what it is getting better that was the weakest link and it's getting better linebackers already going too I am a little shocked that Devin white lost his job without even playing in week one but you know what Dean definitely deserves did so going forward they got another tough game on Monday night against the Atlanta Falcons that's going to tell me if the Eagles are going to be legit or not not because of how good the Falcons are but because uh this bam bam two teams right the Green Bay playoff Cali team people were talking about Atlanta Falcons in the beginning of the Season being the winners of the South which I don't believe I think the Bucks are going to take it but with that being said if they can come out two and0 against you know that Gauntlet right away they're definitely have potential moving up they are followed by the Houston Texans now Houston was eighth so they are moving up but I did have them in the top 10 pre-season uh Houston really there's not a weak length there you look at their defense you got DeMarco um DeMarco Ryan as their coach they're gonna always have a tough defense and we knew that going in Will Allen is I mean Will Anderson is doing fantastic FC there uh the number three pick in the draft but Stroud has so many weapons now and the big X Factor the reason why they moved into the top five wasn't so much about um good old uh the Diggs coming in and um you know tank Dell and all those guys I moved them up because Joe Mixon still has a lot in the tank I did not know if he was gonna have a lot in the tank because Cincinnati basically relied on him for years but the way he just took control that run game uh Houston is legit and they have a real good chance of um the you know basically taking the the AFC from Kansas City I think they are the only team right now looking on paper that can match up well against Kansas City and punch him in the mouth so number four is the Texans number three another team that pains me to say but it is the San Francisco 49ers now here's the thing with this they beat up on the Jets and they beat him up good and the Jets kind of deserve it because there's always some hype around him but um San Francisco beat him up without mccaffery uh but they didn't really lose a um a step there and I remember hearing how good the Jets defense was s Gardner and all these guys there but you know what uh but reck is a very good just they haven't paid him yet uh what do you think you're gonna do just grab reic from the Eagles and not pay him jets are just a mess up franchise if you're from New York I feel bad for you uh just because the only good team in New York is on the western side of the state Buffalo but we're talking about San Francisco and the thing with San Francisco is I want to see it again now this week uh who they got San France San FR got Minnesota Minnesota could be another test but we're gonna know how good they are later on in the season when they're when they go up against Eagles when they go up against other cowbo teams even the LA Rams uh you see how they're doing against uh Seattle and stuff that's going to be determining but right now uh they went up one step mainly because Baltimore went down a couple steps uh they were fourth now they're third uh you know what until they get knocked down I'm gonna keep them probably in the top three number two is still the Detroit Lions now when it comes to the Detroit Lions uh you know what they won in overtime against the Rams and not taking anything against Detroit here but the were playing with one arm tied behind their back with uh puka being out so when when it went to overtime they took command they marched down the field they didn't give the Rams a chance to even counter they took there but they are number two because yet again Baltimore went down so they moved up they they won and they beat a decent team here but this week they got Tampa Bay and actually if you watch my predictions I have Tampa Bay beating them I think Tampa Bay uh really matches up well against Detroit so is Detroit going to stay at number two we're gonna find out later and of course number one uh you know what they're gonna be number one until they lose and even then they still might be number one uh love Andy Reid uh Patrick Mahomes is growing on me uh with uh not getting political here but with Taylor Swift saying I love Kamala well she's the greatest and Patrick Mahomes basically saying listen do your research go vote but I'm not telling you who to vote for that actually means something to me I'm tired of celebrities tell me who to vote for who not to on both ends you know I don't want to listen to somebody tell me to vote for Trump or somebody to vote for Cala because you know what if you're a celebrity your life is not my life you have a different set of priorities you're not the one trying to make their mortgage every month you're the one who's living in luxury so I don't want I don't care what your opinion is Taylor you could have just shut up you had to open your mouth I lost respect for you Taylor uh same thing with all these other I mean I expect that from a l of beadless celebrities but Taylor you need to look over at possibly you know your teammates uh your boyfriend's teammate and see what class is that's what you should have done there but yet again this is about football uh Kansas City you are number one until proven later so what we're gonna do right here is boom boom boom boom there it is the power rankings let me get rid of the Chiefs thing here power rankings are right here you've got number 10 you got the Colts number nine you got the Tampa Bay bookaneers number eight you got the Buffalo Bills baby number seven you got the cowg girls number six you got the Ravens you lost but you fought hard uh number five still at number five is my Philadelphia Eagles number four is the Houston Texans I'd be scared of the Texans the DRS as Tom gry says definitely keep an eye on them number three the San Francisco 49ers Detroit is number two and number one is the Kansas City Chiefs so that being said here guys boom enjoy week two action so today is Thursday we're going to be watching the Buffalo Bills against Miami Dolphins a fantastic matchup usually the Thursday matchups are not great not the case this week and next week on Tuesday we're going to be doing our winners and losers of week two on Wednesday we're going to be doing our power ranking yet again I kind of flipped them this week and then Thursday morning we're going to be dropping our predictions for week three so once again we've got to go until Wednesday as the nice
