Hennessy's pocket however it's not just the common people who are upset the village board is also trying to get in her face they voted to look into Hennessy's spending but she shut that down faster than you could blink I mean she loves her small opulent lifestyle and she wasn't going to allow the village board to prevent her from living her best life possible with the town's money something she shouldn't have been doing in the first place she beats told the village board quickly and she shut it down now the state of Illinois is so incensed about this mess that they have decided to freeze funds to doton that's right they are shutting off the flow of money it's like when your parents take away your allowance because you spend it all on Candy only in this case the candy is designer bags and a luxurious trip and the parents are the entire state if that wasn't bad enough doltan residents may also have to deal with some Hefty fines all of this drama is leaving them wondering what will become of their little town where they watch their streets crumble while haard drives around in style one local trustee said that the community deserves this level of financial transparency which is just a fancy way of saying show us where the money went the FBI isn't helping the herd case either with the FED snooping around and the town's residents are up in arms people are beginning to make connections and realize that the situation is not favorable they are prepared to storm the castle which is the mayor's office because they want answers but since the henyard Empire is collapsing you
