what's going on guys I hope you doing great I'm doing incredible finally finally with another video you know it's been a while I haven't uh recorded I've been busy in the past few month you know uh busy with school with work with uh hiking and new adventures you know cuz I'm a very active person I love going out there explore the nature you know with friends you know enjoy a cup of coffee or just study you know and work as well running too so I always want to stay busy you know cuz that's prevent me to doing some uh stupid stuff you know so you already know who I am so um so I want to share with you guys something I learn from young kids the other day you know I was volunteering with my college for welcome days you know all those young kids comeing to college uh excited some of them scared you know so I was talking to one of them you know I told him hey what time how do and how's everything what's your major and one of the guy he was like no bro I don't have a major I don't know what to do with my life you know I'm just kind of scared you know and I understand that cuz that was me too when I started college you know I have no idea where I'm going through cuz I was the first child going to college you know I have no I have no experience you know what's going to happen if I fail a class you know I totally understand you know those are the negative thoughts come to you you know but I told the guy my man you you're still young bro like don't stress yourself because you don't have a m because you don't know what what to do you know you're going to I promise you you're going to explore as you go along the way you know cuz little by little as you meet people as you see you take classes you're going to explore and you end it up you're going to end it up somewhere you know I promise you and that's what happened to me I started as a criminal justice major and then from Criminal Justice I went from Health Science from health science uh I ended up nutrition exercise science you know so don't exess yourself you know you're not alone you know everybody goes through the same emotion you know but you have to control that you know I understand probably your parents put pressure you hey you got to do this one and certain age you get this one hey you got to done this one you know totally understand I got that you know I've been through it so but don't don't be afraid go out there and connect with people one of the thing I suggest to young kids is that uh when you go to college try to involve yourself in some many clubs I promise you in college they offer like my college Queen College they offering like 250 clubs if I'm not wrong you know it's a lot of clubs out there you know traveling clubs uh science clubs uh cing clubs and Hiking clubs and Red Cross clubs you know just go out there explore those opportunity there is so many sources you know find Hope don't be like me when I was in Queens Bor I was doing my associate degree I was that boy so shy so I was bother myself and you know I was bother myself cuz I was afraid to talk to people you know till one day I realize the world it's about connection you know you have to go out there you never know just go out there ask them hey man what's up what's going on what's your inspiration what do you want to do where where you want to see yourself here in five and six years you know maybe you never know you who you talking to you know so just do your best and stay on top of your stuff you know and that's it's not only for college it's apply to to to life as well you know out there in the real world you know meet people talk to people you know explore the world you know don't be afraid don't be shy I know sometime probably you say like yeah man like I feel so comfortable in my in my spot where I am you know so I understand that you know but sometime you have to to be able to grow and expand you know you got to go beyond that uh comfort zone you know so that's what I want to tell you guys so uh just share the video uh leave a comment below you know if I forgot something you know um so I see you soon so I love you so much guys stay safe and just keep it up the same work the same motivation and got the winner mindset so I'll see you soon
