to believe it we've heard every rumor that the first fight on the card's going to start before prehistoric man and it's going to end up sometime in the future this journey of humanity and evolution oh my word and it's Dana White own Love Letter to Mexico it's insane it's mental it's going to be an incredible fight week on top of everything UFC of course canelo's in town canelo's fighting at the T-Mobile on Saturday night we're going to get over some of to some of the Canelo versus balanga fight week stuff as well grab you a couple of fighters from there but this is day one diary one from Las Vegas this is the fight disciples and this is UFC no I Look to Him I he looks like Nick and look around the corner a bit more there is him [Applause] yeah a lot of things go through my mind but to be honest I'm focus on my opponent focus on the fight I'm just going to go in there do the work that I've been doing I've never been into the sphere so I don't know what it's like first I have a top opponent shaali and focus on him and God willing after I win against him uh uh whoever UFC wants to me fight I will fight him you know it's I never choose my next opponent always whoever UFC opener I fight I'll say this just so it gets clipped Rob probably won't see the whole thing he'll probably just see this I think Umar is more deserving to fight me right now than morab I don't really mean that but Rob's gonna see that and [ __ ] freak out he has this weird thing against Umar he got asked about him and he left he's like who's Umar he just doesn't think he's deserving so I'm sure that'll get Clips sent to him and he'll freak out but as far as who's next it's definitely not Umar it could be it could be figgy um could be Elia there's options I right now it's it's you know pointless I got to go out there and take care of my robs but we got options after [Music] we're done at the Apex now for the UFC their media day is just completed there's a little bit of a showcase going on in the background where people are getting shown a glimpse of the inside of the show that's coming up at the weekend head spere but now now we're off to the MGM Grand why because it's Canelo press conference day and it's the top table today so it's it's Canelo eanger and all that lot tomorrow will be um the undercard I believe there's a an undercard workout off and workout as well which we're going to get stuck into it's going to be interesting to see get a feel for where Vegas is out this weekend two big fight events one groundbreaking one with the UFC canel's in town on Mexican Independence weekend are the fans in town are they coming out to party we going to find out right now proudly representing his hometown ofis ladies and Gentlemen please welcome the future Hall of Famer zahul gelo um you know it's going to be a big night you know you got Puerto Rico Mexico you know you got me and Cano you know Puerto Rican Superstar and a Mexican superstar so we going out it this weekend it's going to be a fir fight I just can't wait to to to Saturday so I love it I love it when I stop loving I'm going to tell you you want to you want to know I see loving H going to the gym and me training my training come my routine and all of this so I enjoy boxing a lot just HED back to the old room there with Mr broken leg after an absolutely mental day UFC all morning Canelo all afternoon after the Canelo banga Pressa we then went across the MGM for open workouts well you call them open workouts nobody actually does a workout these days but it was good to catch up with some of the main protagonists over there as well Danny Garcia is probably the pick of the bunch we picked him out on the preview show myself and Adam he's taking on erislandy Lara up at middleweight Garcia's first fight up at 160 Steven Fon good to see him back absolutely shocking that he's been dropped down off the main card to early preim on the back of going to Japan daring to be great against new way not a fan of that at all but I am a big fan of Steven Fon I think he bounces back in style against Carlos Castro Ry romiro Las Vegas favorite the one the only he broke the mold when he made Ry Romero proper strange kid man proper unusual guy David his his Co head coach Ismael Salis coming off the back of two defeat in three fights of course obviously the start of the show from the undercard in my opinion Caleb plant you know the uh the super middleway taking on Trevor mccumby mcc's got a beaten record but as I said on the preview show he's fought nowhere near the level of Caleb plant it was good to catch up with plant we were actually stand up with Caleb plant and his uh his partner and their little baby and his whole team um stit Jan the world famous cupman is was is going to be in Caleb's plants Corner this weekend I've known stitch for almost 20 years now so it was nice to have a proper catch up with Stitch uh at Ringside at those open workouts but yeah man oh I am fighted out I'm done in for the day I've come back for a quick rest bite on the old knee I'm going to jump in the shower now because the lads are out out and with it being UFC no with it being Canelo fight week with it being mexan Independence holiday weekend there's only one way to go and that is full on tacos and Pacifico the video should get fun from here ising yeah oh no right this gentleman here we did we
