the world can seem you know when you start to think about you take it all in it can feel like well then why do anything you know and that's that is debilitating so I don't know start somewhere yeah just little things you I think that's the thing we've been so lucky um and continue to be so lucky actors are lucky sport athletes are lucky famous people are lucky because they can um they get asked to do things and can affect big change with very little effort and that's fun and fortunate um but God we need everyone just doing tiny things too you know just Schoolboard things like we need we need you know just soup kitchen
