you can easily spot a red arrow jet  because they're painted in bright red   this colour isn't just for show it's chosen  because it's easily identifiable and stands   out brilliantly against the blue sky  or even the often Cloudy Skies of the UK ever wondered how those stunning red white  and blue trails are made there's a whole dye team   dedicated to it the Jets carry enough dye for 1  minute of red 1 minute of blue and five minutes   of white these Trails vaporize instantly  but look fantastic for everyone watching below the Red Arrows take their uniform  very seriously the pilots train in green   coveralls and switch their traditional  red suits for flying the ground crew on   the other hand wear blue suits so  they don't get mixed up with the pilots [Music] these jets are not just about  looks they're incredibly fast normally the   Jets travel at around 300 to 350 mph but  during highspeed Maneuvers like when they   pass each other they can reach speeds of  400 to 450 miles per hour and when two jets are   flying towards each other their combined  speed can hit an astonishing 700 to 750 mph [Music] and finally the Red Arrows  have wowed crowds with their displays in 57   different countries happy 60th anniversary [Music]
