lusen and they take on a ly thanks Derek as always this should be a good game great atmosphere inside the stadium we've got two teams full of quality some interesting matchups and two coaches that want to play an attractive brand of football what more could you ask for the lineup for Leverkusen Lucas retki is the goalkeeper edmon tapoa plays alongside yonatan in central defense and as for the attack well it has a bold look about it with three forwards listed from the beginning hofman and the keeper really reacted brilliantly well from that sort of range it's a great save I have to say and over comes the corner and the deflection there before it went over the by line going to be a [Applause] corner oh how about that for the last line of [Applause] defense getting forward Crossing opportunity oh my goodness you've really got to praise the defending that was topnotch clearly took a touch on the way out of play so a throw in to come and the cross goes [Applause] in well no way through in the end [Applause] this is looking threatening delivering it into the box and still a chance a pure Instinct from The Keeper well a top class reaction from a top class goalkeeper brilliant stuff and there's the delivery a smart stop here bamin shesko wonderfully weighted pass elmas it did look on for them but not to be Inc capier Galo with it can he play it in that's well blocks super tackle and they've won possession Hoffman space on the flank but nothing comes of it bamin shesko galdo with it galdo now the teams are locked together will it stay that way following this corner playing it in it wasn't the easiest header to control but still he'll be a bit [Applause] disappointed and that was a very fine read Hoffman great block well it looked highly promising but they got nothing out of it and the count to attacker on options available well just my goodness it looked as though he was clean through and the referee what will he do here and a red card it is denial of a clear goalscoring opportunity well as soon as he made the tackle he knew the outcome that's an easy decision for the referee [Applause] well there's a living breathing example of positional sense Galo and he's pleasing him here and he's hit it with authority and a goal they've taken the lead well playing a man short but that doesn't seem to bother them we shouldn't be surprised well we won't get tired of seeing this will we because that struck so sweetly he really does surprise everybody here not least the keeper what a good finish that [Applause] is and the ball is moving again will there be a quick response from liy following that concession there needs to be [Applause] interception to Snuff out the [Applause] danger so getting close to the halftime interval and it's going with Home Advantage albeit not by a lot Stuart what have you made of what you've seen so far well they've worked hard and played well to be in front here but they now need to keep their focus as we approach halftime High pressing and good high pressing well that would have taken perfect technique from that sort of range and that was less than perfect ah not a good decision from him that's a waste of possession there well the referee has taken his name and they've got to be careful that they don't lose the plot here well Derek they've got to stay calm they've just lost their composure here now who can he play it to can he finish this and a goal an end to endend game and they weren't behind for long well here you can see what a good goal this is he hits it so cleanly and the keeper has no chance he was one for his own highlights reel well they've been frustrated for quite a while now but these fans have suddenly come to life and a substitution in the offing Kevin Short corner it [Applause] is and the header wasn't all that far away in the end well he attacked it well but he just couldn't keep the header down Nicholas [Music] zal ly pushing forward with options available must be oh minutes left in this game well leverkus have had so much of the ball in the last 15 minutes oh hang on Stuart it's a chance oh and in this is a remarkable turnaround down to 10 but now in the lead who saw that coming well let's look at this again to pick out this pass shows wonderful Vision it's inch perfect and then what a strike that's hit with such ferocity certainly no stopping that that's a great [Applause] goal clever read by Jaa and teammates around him and a shot from someway out well a long distance effort and a highly respectable one Stuart well he surprised everybody including me it's a decent effort you have to say well they've decided to make a change sakon the ball with CLE and lusen regaining possession it's a fierce efforts the save was a good one well a long range efforts but no real difficulties for the goalkeeper opportunity to deliver the cross oh my goodness you've really got to praise the defending that was topnotch what was the chance they could get caught out on the break here this could Square the game but no thanks to the goalkeeper opportunity not taken well you're absolutely right Derek the Keeper's done really well there but really that should have been The Equalizer and there's not long left now now sending it in well the danger is still there just couldn't get it through pressing like that will help the cause and they' B themselves a bit of time and the keeper will happily collect that one well shortly we'll hear the final whistle the home side with the lead Stewart what have you made of this well it's been a decent performance from them they've certainly played the more expansive football and had the better individuals can they now just see this through not long left well that was incisive not a particularly strong challenge Splendid [Applause] defending might work out well that's how to keep the opposition at Bay well time is of some concern can they level matters this could level it oh my word there's
