think the first time the Bears have ever won their regular season opener in like 25 years but there you go your team's undefeated so far yeah we got three in the north that are undefeated I was uh I Detroit offensive line man that's they just they just walked right up the field did they okay I so miss Decker said we had enough football today so we weren't able I wasn't able to watch anything last night oh okay so I got to pick and choose because usually the Sunday night games are pretty good so I gotta make sure I uh watch little Sunday Night Football there you go yeah yeah it was pretty good game last night so yeah yeah yeah actually pretty good weekend of football nothing really crazy happened I don't think do you no other than uh you know prime time getting beat leaving early Andor and three so they've even their record up there you go and uh we've got three games this week so it's Tuesday Thursday Saturday once again there go for this this side of the world so have volleyball last year I believe we were in the top 10 in defense but when your offense can't get anything going all day long sooner or later the defense is gonna break and they the Vikings huh yeah the Vikings made them look pretty T pretty ridiculous yesterday so um back to darnold I keep him in while he's playing you know he's hot right now he's got a big game against San Fran this weekend home opener you gonna struggle his first three four games and then he's gonna catch on I'll make fun of him and I'll call him a systems quarterback to you and you're gonna get all upset that he's not a systems quarterback but it drives you crazy when I say that it's it's just GNA take time for him to get things going again you are coming up from the college game and you're going up against guys that are a 100 times better than what you've ever faced so and some of your receivers got to make those catches they do y all right this number four here is an interesting one because uh he's been praised out in makes jus Herbert a better quarterback uh I think I think Jim Harbaugh makes Justin Herbert not make as many plays um I just say overall good he's he's in a good spot Harbaugh takes care of his team and his player I think he's in a good spot so I would Justin Herbert's gonna have his his good season and I think Herbert will be fine as long as Dobbin stays healthy yeah yeah if Dobbins doesn't stay healthy yeah you need a run game you do you do okay all right let's overreact this morning on the Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nicks Bo Nicks didn't see any of the game um saw some highlights again got Seattle defense yeah you you're a rookie quarterback you're gonna make mistakes you're gonna nobody's gonna come out there and just throw the ball up in the air and throw for four TDS and all that sort of stuff so a running back can do that a wide receiver can catch you know the guy from Kansas City what worthy had two TDS but I think bonck again he's probably more gonna it's going to take half a season before he's up and running and and really understanding what the speed of this game you know yeah by no means are the Broncos a playoff caliber team quite yet no no but they could be I mean to win a ball game like you did us correct so yeah there was two drives that the Bears defense looked horrible and they gave up the two touchdowns and then the other 11 possessions they were lights out on him so I mean what do you take out of it do you take out the Bears defense was horrible on two drives or they were outstanding on 12 drives well you got a comment directed towards you by the and I will say in the uh when we previewed all of Detroit Green Bay Vikings Bears I picked all four games correctly you did I did I was wrong on two just because I wanted Detroit to lose well so did I saying you didn't stick with me or Matt Stafford to the Lions which he's already kind of won because because he won a Super Bowl yeah yeah yeah so there's that any I don't know you know and then uh the Kelly Stafford coming out on social media we're not making the trip and then all of a sudden we're making the trip and people are like that's fine we're gonna boo your kids again it's like you know really yeah that's pretty sad first off when I tune in on Sunday okay thankfully we didn't hear Simone biles once we didn't hear that name thankfully second of all I could care less whether Kelly Stafford shows up in watches I could care less whether Taylor Swift shows up and watches a football right right I mean stick to what I mean when you're watching teams that aren't in the Limelight like the Chicago Bear Minnesota Vikings there's no hey is uh so and so showing up today at the game hopefully they we don't care we're here to watch the watch a football game a football game and you know and it gets to a point where sometimes you get into some of these games where they show the coach 800 times I don't want to see the coach I could care less what the co unless it's Mike McCarthy to see what what coronary is gonna have but like last night they kept showing Dan Campbell every between almost every play because he's a colorful colorful coach I mean he's we're gonna bite their toes we're tough one next week against the Bucks Tampa Bay Buccaneers look good against the Eagles the Eagles coming to town Detroit oh Detroit yeah yeah Bay has Indianapolis Vikings have the ners and the Bears have the Texans and so it could be and I have the Vikings and Bears losing and the Detroit and Green Bay both winning you have you have the Packers winning even with I know I mean that do we redo our Green Bay schedule for the next five weeks no we can't no I don't think we can because life goes on I think you're right I think you are correct sir so but so I don't know I mean sounded like
