e e e e e e e hello everyone and welcome back to another ODS live draft we are back for our second draft of the day this one's going to be Proto draft uh in snake format if you wanted to get in on my future drafts here I have some uh prepped got some uh prepped up go here later on today definitely check out the description box below it's Dave see okay there we go uh much much better so if you guys want to jump in on some of the graphs here got some L up for today check the descrip types of drops and a change I believe category today at up for uh nevertheless let's go over here real quick all right we'll go over some um strategy here so in rotis three leagues shooting splits are very very important in this format because they will be tracked all season so it's a good idea to make up players that are skilled and have a large also they need to be efficient players like example yanis ith or who definitely does know round G to throw very difficult very difficult cover category make sure that if you're going to draft somebody keep an eye on their on lit leag like this uh injury prone players are okay to drop but it's a good idea to also draft their handcuff by that here example U why Leonard uh arguably one of the best BR League boards you can game but don't really know what his season look like did last year 30 games this season uh if you're going to be picking a player that has a injury history it's a good idea to by Leonard drafting po as well that's uh also look for players who play multiple positions that's pretty much across uh any League having positional flexibility definitely uh let's take a look at what a draft might look like for AO leagues your early rounds rounds one5 you're picking up the best player available uh without buting strategy I'm going to be looking to try in efficient allaround team um I'm going to be looking for players that best fits that profile within the first middle rounds 6 through n you're going to build positional gaps so if I end guards on boards on the middle late rounds look for draft sleepers shoot getting a ruction jump production um or some of the moved on or some players on my of course in snake draft um there are going to be runs at a position not so much in basketball as you'd baseball but just be aware if you have um you want to be actually pick up a waiting so that way start the run last guy that's with keep that in mind there when right so I wanted to kind of give you guys a quick little overview thing that we're working on here at beats partnered with C platforms I am a fantasy basketball adviser on their platform can actually submit questions I'll be able to answer them by sending an audio reply actually really really cool I've done this here for Fantasy Baseball it's a good percentages try to turn over struggles at I would be more upt to pick points League or head-to-head League buts down all right here we go got the next pick coming up here and sure enough I have well and B aailable here going to go ahead and pick it's a little unfortunate in this there's a auto pick players um i' much prefer the collection Okay so don't know if I want some bonus here available there to me no I might little reaching on this pick here but I want to try and secure some that's in all categories body burn a little bit of a reach I uh missed out on him fire draft I I it's pretty solid don't mind the first two picks I am kind of banking on healthy Joel andem be little risky when you are toward end of the now to Havey Barnes of course but I really do believe going to be the Undisputed focal point This Ss probably January um not again it's not a bad idea not a terrible idea players I don't think all right I've got the next pick coming up here we're going to go ahead and actually pick up D I don't all and now my next pickup here might be a little controversial but I truly do that he is on the Johnson now that Trey young of course has moved or he hasn't moved uh DTE Murray moving on that is a ro East everywhere else but game could be following I like Jaylen John but it's also kind of nice with the p I made here so far it's basically spread across alls but I do need to make sure that I can just in case I that might be the next we we'll kind of see what back around have a feeling kind of where does seem as though some of have draft which is I'll be interested to know what your favorite format is I mean yeah who points is new but if you've done point on like yes or wire all the other ones my favorite I think is head-to-head category I gravitate po but there's a whole host of centers coming up here that I'm not the we go we're g to go ahead and DRFT EV one of the other things that I like to do try and pick up players that provide you with that's a wouldn't uh that type of player do and next pickup from fits that build perfectly we're going to go ahead and so if you pick up say for example a Victor wom uh uh if you don't get him fine from that good idea pick those dos Burns er white who can point guard also will uh e we were able to get through theft in about half hour don't think but uh still pretty pretty quick I'd say if you're doing one our side uh at least an hour I made it I I made an hour and a half just in case now I've got a pickup wind up here hoping Falls to I'm kind of took a bit of a gamble here uh but I couldn't just pick build that another high-risk player of course but one that some strange might be guarantee does all right so I'm going to go johnar my team is mostly built around uh non-scoring so to have a pure scorer like JW is certainly good um all right now I got to kind of figure out where I want to here think so see what Zach was able to get him in the point well points leagues and Proto leagues are similar since that um Yeah scratch that they not really all that simp like a player for example classic much better suit League Roo leags his free throw [Music] um points leagues category League not going to matter so much uh always you just need five category category categories in so now that we crossed over into the part of the draft uh again we're just trying to look to some rational holes I've got just two Center two Center eligible players Moy and Joel Em I'm going to look to see if I can get another one there is one kind of queed up that I wouldn't mind picking up guarantee get them so far I'm not minding my um solid pretty much category that I just risky that's theot job mean in round seven I think risk trouble Ste well in be I am putting a lot line picking first but in this type of League here that doesn't have fantasy playoffs I'm a little bit little little easier for me to I just need to so who are the players that you're high on uh fantasy basketball let me know okay so the player has become available to and draft Bari Smith junor over well nice nice little extra and then the next one this next one I think I'm going goe some I think well format and he follows along same type of player pick up as Derek white going to go ahead get Herbert Jones I have a pretty good feeling that among the Le we're coming down the home stretch now in the last portion raft pretty happy with how this one is there's still one more name out there that targeting uh and hoping to get on the I think that's going to be actually scratch that I see that Jing uh in the 10th round judging by how he around see now the ALR is back uh Fred Van talented on that don't think we're gonna see nevertheless he's still a very very very good e e e oh there goes another pick I was looking to up here Z Ed I was uh hoping toct thean for here um now that I don't have him yon George is available but is I I I'm scared by don't want to risk what I'm to that where I definitely would benefit from having another uh Center on the squad yaka purle is going uh he may ride the pine for the majority but um well and be all right next pick I'm G is someone that I think is perform kind of nicely this season given that there isn't a whole lot of scoring in Brooklyn uh picking up a Dennis shuder going to be a solid source of assists of course but uh he I would I would venture get or this e we actually might end up at the 30 minute right around the first one another thing of note uh changes in the Yahoo game is now it's now 10 publicly inad of the 12 going to mean that drafting 100 players instead of want to be more players quality players wire gives a little bit more isn't as risky is a right we are now last round don't really have anyone particular that I'm looking to draft but there are a couple names that are still interesting enough okay actually I'm my thoughts to pick up Denny AIA here last it's the last round we're gonna pick up Denny AIA to finish off the team um going to be able lucly I think that's going off raft y it's uh let's if we can here we go okay so taking a look at draft results our standings again something I wouldn't necessarily marry yourself to this but this does give you kind of a good idea as how well or to deal with strategy an all around effic 49% field goal percentage is pretty good this 79% free talked I thought I was going to do uh good on points not great on three uh good on rebounds solid on assist uh good on steals pretty good on blocks yeah a pretty solid team pretty solid team it's going to take a little bit of work to get to that number one spot but uh I think we're off to a pretty good so that's going to do it here for this draft I've uh I should have another one lined up here shortly um keep an eye on the channel here I am
