today from the Super Dome in New Orleans this is Matt football on EA Sports [Applause] it's the New Orleans Saints taking on the Tennessee Titans from a city that's played host to 10 Super Bowls here's a look inside the Super Dome in New Orleans up in the booze with Charles Davis I'm Brandon gard and kickoff Straight Ahead CD what's one thing that you're going to have your eye on I think about what the great coaches of the past always said the key to any ball game can you rush theirs and protect yours well in this case both of these teams get after the quarterbacks I'm watching the pass rush glad you're with us it's Blake groupy to get this one started and off we go here in New Orleans and a good return as he'll be stopped just shy of the 30 yd line so here are the Titans ready to go on offense for the first time and it's will Levis the 25-year-old at quarterback in his second season out of Kentucky and last year's rookie year a bit of a mixed bag for the young signal caller out of Kentucky showed off plenty of tools but was hurt in the preseason and it took a little while to get going but once he did he showed exactly why the Titans wanted him toughness leadership and a big arm the team rallied around him down the stretch [Applause] the first Carry now for Tony Pard and he'll have a gain of three to the 33 give credit to the defense for stringing that play out and they gave up no cut back angle you know he was trying to Dart through no place for him to go a nice job there only giving up a three yard gain here's second and seven Levis from the gun he finds his man Pard that'll go for a gain of seven and that'll bring up what looks to be a third and inches can't be more than a half a foot trying to run for it with Pard and he will have first down yardage as he's brought down at the 41 didn't get it by much but bottom line got the first down avoiding that three and out how vital is that on the first drive to me it's like the first round of a box match you know it may not mean much right then and there but you'd rather not lose it right so you want to go ahead and get it kind of establish something early and hope it can carry [Applause] through first down and it's pared again it's a 6yd pickup and it gets him to Second and four a quick burst there and he nicely bit off a pretty decent gain pick up the brings up and four at the 47 yd line ball on the 47 yd line here's second and four playaction now Levis and on the left sideline he caught it but out of bounds according to the Head linesman incomplete so the ball a little late getting there and it's third down and that might have been a situation where even though you don't hit on the Deep throw you at least put into Defender Minds early in the game that we're going to press the ball deep against your secondary and that can have a ripple effect on how they function throughout [Applause] now they face a third down and four after that incompletion on second down Levis looking to throw pass taken in by his big tight end and he's able to get this to the 40 yd line before he's out of bounds 13 yds is the pickup for Tennessee and a first down solid opening drive so far Charles they' moved this football into field field goal range but you know that they want to cap this off with six and not three absolutely as one of the better coaches in the league always tells me on offense I want to throw body blows all game long and finish it with uppercuts well here are the body blows right now he's hoping in one uppercut will take care of the end of this [Applause] drive so in Saints territory now here's first and 10 right at the 40 they go play action here's Levis now he steps away and Lis with a smart move sliding down after picking up the first give him 12 yds on that one and earns him a fresh set of downs this early in the game it's all about making steady progress down field hoping to lead to early points and you can do it with your actual play calls or sometimes something a little more improvised as we just saw there counting down toward the Midway point in corner [Music] one first and 10 it's Levis on the slant complete to Hopkins and down inside the 15 shy of the 10 another nice gain 16 yds there and a first down again what a drive this has been just chewing up the yardage and here's one of their best plays yet as they finally get down into the red zone and look to finish this off with [Applause] six from down at the 12 it's first and 10 going to run the sweep here this is Hopkins the nice footwork gets him just inside the 10 to the nine but no further they give him four yards there it'll be second and six defensively they had that one pretty well figured out yeah one of the things about this play it can be even more effective when you run a lot of motion and there's plenty of times you don't hand it off nyd line Second and six Pard he'll take it up the gun and a nice pick up there he gets about five down to the 4yd line I think we can safely say that those types of players are the backbone of this offense know not every Run's going to be a big hitter but you know they'll take that type of result on each and every [Applause] attempt it's been a pretty long opening drive this will be play number 11 coming up on third down Levis sets up to throw here got a man and it's taken in for a Titans touchdown Tyler Boyd from four yds out and the Titans get the upper hand as they're on the board first here this afternoon but down here I thought they were going to hand that off instead a well-designed play and the pitch and catch for the touchdown and I wonder who came up with it was it a call from the bench did the quarterback have a good idea and suggest it in any event clearly an effective play call they saw something they liked in coverage and they targeted it for the short yardage throw and the perfect way to cap their opening drive full connects on the extra point and it's now a seven nothing game so that one along 11pl drive and it's finished off by the touchdown from Tyler Boyd [Applause] there's the Titan kick team as they run up and send this one away and not much happening on the return as he'll get this to about the 23 and here come the Saints for their opening drive they're Led Out by their quarterback out of Fresno State Derek Carr and Carr continues to produce good numbers on paper he completed over 68% of his passes last season while also throwing 25 touchdowns to just eight interceptions but as impressive as those numbers are the numbers he's seeking big numbers in the playoffs and we expect him and his team to be back in the playoff mix when January rolls around Carr going to lead the Saints up here first and 10 at their own 23 they'll come out throwing here to start the drive and he will not get away from the pressure here Carr taken down credit the sack there to ardan Key Well the very first thing they told us Charles was we need to apply pressure early and I would call that early pressure a nice sack to start the game and on the other sideline I just have this image in my mind of the head coach on the headset with the offensive coordinator asking him if that's exactly what he saw in his mind when he called that play and if so is it going to be like this all day that's a tough one right there got to imagine the pass rush will be equally intense here on second down following the sack it's second and 18 a first car carry now this is Alvin chra and from the 15 they're able to work this up to the 20 for a pickup of a handful not a ton of room available on that one but he made use of what space was available and gained decent yardage third down and 13 to throw his Carr and that is incomplete lead that was their first third down try of the game and clearly something was off in the execution of that play good news they've got a whole game left to clean that up and start clicking on those key third down [Applause] throws so on fourth down on is Lou Headley to punt for New [Music] [Applause] Orleans and a fair catch called for and made just inside the 35 yd line a 40 Oney punt there with no return and it'll be Titan football Tennessee offense about set and ready to go I have to be thrilled with that first drive they got him the touchdown now they'll be looking to make it a two-score Advantage here on the road and you know they spent all week in practice in meetings talking about taking an early Advantage being the road team going up a score that takes the crowd out of the game and put some doubt in the minds of their opponents after one seven nothing on EA Sports second quarter now Titans in possession of the football as they've got it with a second and three fourth coming [Applause] they run Straight Ahead here with Pard and he is going to be stopped cold behind the line of scrimmage it'll go down as a 2yd loss and it brings up a third down that's a play to take note of there for the defense I think in the future if you're going to try and block him maybe you get a guard to help double team him and try and steer him out of the play they should have done it on that [Applause] [Music] snap this offense so far on third down a perfect three for three as they look to keep that streak going this will be third and five able to find the open man that's complete and he will have a Titans first down as he'll be marked down a yard or two past the marker following a gain of six I don't care how many times we see it I still get a kick out of watching quarterbacks and receivers do the pass Tree in pregame warm-up but I always remember that when we go to practices we see that after practices as well they really tune it up don't they they tune it up they know why they do it for these situations first down and they build that trust and that's why they're able to find him in this type of a situation they'll go with Pard here on first down and he'll take this ahead for about four second down coming up but that was a quality play to start a new set of downs that was simply an offensive line winning the battle up front and winning in a big way and giving their guy in the back field a nice Lane to hit from just shy of Midfield here's second and six now Levis a short throw taken in by cono and he's able to get this one down to the 40 yd line Second catch for him today and it'll wind up a first down and that's a pretty grab there for a first down by OK Conwell and that's something the Titans are hoping to see a lot of this season he's been an underrated weapon for Tennessee ever since he was drafted and they're hoping they can unleash him in this season now a shotgun hand off to Pard and they will only muster a yard here to the 38 yeah things were pretty stacked up there in the middle of the line a lot of bodies not much space I think ultimately he was fortunate to get anything out of that run 38 yd line Second and nine going to run again here with Pard try to find a lane but instead he'll get back to the line of scrimmage and no more officially no gain on the play and they're left with a third and eight as usual the Hallmark of a good run defense linebackers making plays near the line of scrimmage absolutely nowhere to run there eighth play of the drive fourth coming and they need eight yds on third down here's Levis and that is incomplete oh he had it Defender right there with him to force that to the ground and fourth down now coming up from a defensive perspective they had exactly what you want anytime they want to throw the football there was pressure on the quarterback they were getting after him and they tightened down on the receivers and force the incompletion and he has got it from 55 yds away that was never in down and that will extend their lead even further so that one on Target and it adds to this first half lead and maybe we're too early to worry too much about one- score lead two- score lead Etc but this is where you kind of start banking those points that come in helpful later [Applause] on out is the kickoff unit as they run up and send this one away and the returner down to a knee and this will come out to the 30yd line New Orleans Saints they get ready to set up shop for their second Drive nothing for him yet from an offensive standpoint down 10 zip as they come up first and 10 [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] here's Carr pressure comes and the Titans able to bring him down Kenneth Murray coming in hard there on the blitz and he gets him seven yds behind the line of scrimmage and how about that defensive coordinator perfectly insane thing dials up a blitz and the Man in the middle he's the one who gets home Big Mike Big [Applause] Mike don't need it all back at once but you figure they're going to need something here 17 yds to go on second down now Carr this one taken in by alive call it a gain of three on the play and it's going to be third down and a ways to go here third and [Applause] 14 we've hit the two-minute Mark of the first half 10 nothing our score we remind you that coming up in two minutes time we you off to Orlando where Jonathan Coachman will have highlights and Analysis of this first half of action so here's a third and 14 trying the left side with chamra the Titans going to use the first of their timeouts so as they talk it over we step aside [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] here's Lou Headley on now to punt the [Applause] football and a fair catch taken back near about the 35 36 yd line yeah call it 38 yds on the punt no return and out will come the offense as they take over and here comes Tennessee as they get set to take the field and they're not going to play this conservative I don't think they had the field goal last time and they're up but they're looking to put a Drive In The End Zone oh I agree with you totally no one goes out on the field and says all right let's just settle for three except in certain situations trying to ice a game that sort of deal most of the time it's End Zone and that's what you're thinking and I believe that's exactly what they're thinking as they begin this one yeah no quarterback ever goes out there saying hey let's get three right not one that I've ever met now the pass and it's into the arms of Hopkins and he'll have it past Midfield almost to the 40 before being taken down good work after the catch going to net him 23 and a first any questions of how they'd approach this drive were answered right there they come out throwing and they get a nice pickup here toward the end of the first half [Applause] Levis now on First and 10 throw to the right caught by aako and brought down but not before they're inside the 25 and they get 17 more on that one and another first down this is where can try and get a tight end in space they like this matchup so they're going to let their two receivers to his outside run simple little short routes hoping to suck up the secondary and that'll free up space for their tight end on a corner route to make a big [Applause] play backto back good plays have them on the move on first down Levis back to throw looking for Ridley on the out route he's got him and he is out of bounds right around the 10 yd line another nice gain that's now 30 yds between those last two plays I know that no game in the NFL is ever easy but they're making it look that way everything is being done with such Precision just on this drive alone three plays three first downs if you're on defense you're scrambled looking at each other trying to figure out how are we going to slow these guys down they'll throw it again with Lis a throw on the run but that's going to be incomplete I see the surprise in your face there partner that is a rare incompletion from him he's been on point this entire game he has percentage completion Wise Way up not that time here's second and 10 Levis to throw it and he comes back with one complete and he's able to get this down to the 5 yd line before he's out of bounds they get six that'll leave him with third and four there's not quibble about the gain there on second down that was a positive play because that was a take what you can get situation got out to the tight end now it gives him much better opportunity to convert on third down third and four and Levis going back to the air and it's caught in the end zone touchdown Tennessee Tyler Boyd two catches two touchdowns here so far and the Titans will extend their lead in the final minute of the half they have really had their way so far in the first half but they wanted to continue to build on their lead they know that no lead is safe in this league so they decided to try their best to get one more as they headed into the half and they got it [Applause] done now folk for the extra point he's got it and it's 17 nothing that time a six-play drive and it's finished off by the touch down from Tyler [Applause] Boyd the kickoff team on the field now as they will send this one away here comes the All Pro returner from last year Rasheed Shahed and it's a pretty good return here as he'll get this up to the [Music] 29 and this is going to put him back with a not great field position so they really got zero benefit at all right sometimes you can absorb a penalty when you get a big return then the penalty brings it back but you still have great field position as you pointed out not in this [Applause] case on first down Carr he gets it complete to at Perry and he'll be dropped at the 36 it's a good gain of 18 on a play that originated back at the 18 first and 10 here you know if they could just get three out of this there's something about narrowing it to a two-score game at half that makes it feel like much less of an obstacle completes it to Perry now we'll get a quick timeout called by New Orleans number two as they'll stop the clock with 24 seconds to go in this first half [Music] this offense finding its legs now here's another first and 10 now Carr that's complete to his running back chamra give him a gain of five on the completion and it's second down [Applause] and offensively they'll take the timeout with six seconds left in the second [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] quarter so on second down the field goal unit is on here as they try to get three before half and this won't get there won't be online either it's no good off to the right and the deficit will stay at three [Applause] scores well Brandon anything beyond 50 you start rolling the dice a bit and once you get up around 57 58 yards the chances of making it go down dramatically and sure enough this one winds up no good the Titans offense set to begin the drive and they'll have time for one play there two seconds on the clock they'll run with Pard to begin the drive and this one goes nowhere losing yardage on the play back at the 46 so we reach halftime here with the visiting Titans taking the lead into intermission as we'll get you over to Orlando where standing by is Jonathan Coachman he has our EA Sports halime report all right coach thank you and we welcome everyone back for quarter number three oh [Applause] [Applause] a very one-sided first half 17 nothing our score as we get going in quarter number three and this is not going to wind up anywhere near the landing zone so this will be blown dead and they'll move it up to the 40 the Saints going to take over on offense to begin this third quarter and that first half one to forget really on both sides of the ball they got to find some way to string something together here don't they yeah they're down big right now so as you mentioned trying to find something to string together get some consistency something sustained maybe calm their whole team down and find a way to get back in this one yeah cuz right now you're down big you're being shut out let's see if this is the drive that kind of kickstarts them they start the second half with chamra that's to about the 28 second down coming up another modest gain there on that one and I think Charles you can probably pin part of the deficit on a failure on their part to really get this ground game established yeah and they've really struggled to be multi-dimensional in this one haven't they partner because they have to be extremely onedimensional now if they hope to get back into this game they'll have to do it by throwing the football and hope to have Success Through the air Carr's throw complete there to Perry and he'll be out of bounds across the 30 yd line it'll go as a gain of four and now we've got a third down and three all that practice time came to fruition on that play all those timing routes that they work on through training camp ota's mini camp and just regular season they got it done on that one an outcut ball was delivered and picked up the completion here's chamra trying to run for it and he will have a first down here at about the 40 a strong eight yds will keep this drive rolling he can do it all can he you can see the shake and make but he has some surprising power as well and boy is he consistent 1100 yd from scrimmage for the seventh straight season last [Applause] year so after the run by chamra now another first and 10 on playaction now Carr and it's intercepted picked by Kenneth Murray and they'll set up shop in enemy territory at the 45 yd line well I think everyone who's watching was certainly hoping to see things get a little bit better for them in this half weren't we but it was a downright miserable first half that's carried over with an interception to begin the second half that's a defeated offense right there and still a lot of game left I don't think that's the last turnover we're going to see today partner the Titans offense gears up for their first possession of the second half they had the big halftime lead their defense just helped them out further by forcing the turnover so things are starting to look pretty Rosy they certainly are but they've got to be careful about getting complacent though they still need to go out and run their offense efficiently on first down Levis boids the Target and he has it over the middle and he works it past the 30 almost to the 25 17 yds on that play for the Titans and while we may be looking at the scoreboard this offense certainly is not because they're showing no signs of backing down even with a three-score lead here in the third quarter I think they keep taking their shots they've seen blown leads happen throughout this league they don't want to fall victim to it themselves a give to Pard running left taken down by Pete Warner he had a ton of success here so far but you get the feeling that he might be on the verge of popping one yeah even on that one there was a little bit of a hole but it closed there quickly at the end now second and five working from the gun here's Levis that's dumped off to Pard and he'll get it down this time to the 17 six yds the pickup and that's a first down one of my old teammates called me the other day when he was watching the game he's like man try to watch watching an NFL game and trying to account for their passing game that's difficult and just when you think you get everything covered here comes a back out of the back field in this case he picks up a first down first and 10 here's Levis and a quick throw here that's complete and a result here a pick up of eight leaves him with two to go on second down [Music] two yds left on second down from the nine back to throw it's Levis drops this underneath for Pard and the Titans are going to be looking at first and goal as they move this down to the four yd line they certainly had success throughout this contest getting him the ball in the passing game and there he picks up another first down whatever they saw going into this one they've been able to capitalize on it and no adjustment has been made to take it away Pard he going to go backwards he'll lose yardage back to the five that's going to go as a loss of one on first down well if this defense has any hopes of getting back into this game they've got to start right here and keep these guys out of the end zone that's a good step one on that play back at the 5 yd line now second and goal they'll send one of those two tight ends in motion Pard one more time and he's going to get him about three yds closer he's down to about the two his path became similar to almost running a stretch play didn't it trying to find a crease anywhere to put his foot in the ground and cut back it just never materialized a chance to really put this game Out Of Reach here's third and goal now here's Pard and he gets halfway there down to the one yd line only a yard there so it brings up fourth and goal but choice to make you're on the road you're going to take the three you're so close to the end zone well you know what the book says you know that mythical book about what to do in certain situations Road team it says be aggressive go get a touchdown don't play for a field goal I say keep that book open and do it the offense is staying out there here we go on Fourth and goal from the one they'll run for it with Pard and he's not going to get in they stop him at the one they stop him up short on Fourth and goal from the one and the Saints able to come up with a goal line stand and defensively they were ready for that a fullon blitz on fourth down and they stop him short of the marker oh someone's got to feel really good about that and that's the defensive coordinator he dialed up a great run blitz defense and they hit it just right stack that thing up they're going to feel awesome going to the bench after that big play [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] they start the drive on the ground chamra and he fights forward for a modest 2yd gain second down well he got what he could there just trying to move forward and and gain a little bit of yardage and create some space you know the pressure is going to be tough [Applause] defensively chamra gets it again on second down and he'll be taken down after a decent gain and that will bring us to the end of this third quarter of play so they'll get a little extra time to come up with his third down play as we've played three quarters we'll return with more after this this is the NFL and it's on EA [Applause] Sports the offense on third down just one for three thus far they're up against a third and one situation to throw it's Carr oh this will be incomplete the rush gets home just as he was letting that go that could have been worse instead it's Fourth Down we've seen this quite a few times in this game offensive line unable to keep leverage unable to keep people away facing a lot of pressure fortunate fortunate just to get rid of it one of the reasons they're down is that inability though to stop the pressure we saw another example of it there here comes the Saints punter now as he's on to kick get [Applause] away now a fair catch taken just across Midfield Maybe by a yard or two they call that a punt of 38 yds officially and it will be first and 10 as they take over Tennessee offense set to go again but the win for them at this point seems pretty assured I mean still a decent amount of time left here in the fourth quarter Charles but you got the football you're up three scores they have to be feeling really good about where they're at I love your observation skills partner because I think you saw them charge onto the field fired up about another chance to get into the end zone looks to me like this group is ready to crush any hope left on the opposing sideline and they want to do it with some Gusto too so the drive is going to start with Pard and he's going to take this across the 50 and into Saints territory 40 yds rushing for him now to this point now I think we can get used to seeing more of that in this fourth quarter especially if they're having success on the ground like they did there yeah I think back when we met with the head coach in in preseason and all he talked about was building a bully and I think it was this situation he was envisioning trying to ice a game plenty of time left but being able to give the ball to his big Runner and pound away and try and finish off the game another 6yd carry same as last play first down I'm guessing you'd say this is kind of the key here grind out some yardage work on that clock see if you can continue to tick it down definitely you want to bleed things out at this point right continue to possess the football gain some yardage and put the onus on the defense do they have to use timeouts what are they going to do to stop you you're taking charge give him a couple on the carry there second and eight Brandon I've got to think this offensive line has got some Smiles on its faces and I know it sounds crazy but they practiced for this back in training camp they knew they'd be in situations where it'd be extra defenders in the Box coming after them trying to keep them from locking down a game right now they want to show the world they're up to The Challenge on second down it's Pard and good running going to get this down close to a first at the Saints 31 good work to pick up seven yards there that gets him into a third and one situation and that looked like some pretty easy yardage there right up the gut and he's a guy that has some height to him so when you don't have to drop a shoulder or create or get through contact or trash makes a lot easier to stay upright see the field and make a run as we just saw there and he will not be able to hang on through the contact it's incomplete the coverage strong and now it's Fourth Down often times when you're losing a game and the team still throwing with this kind of a lead you start playing a little more physically and they took that opportunity right there to be extremely physical and force that [Applause] incompletion Folk's kick is good and that will extend their lead even [Applause] further well ultimately not really sure that they're going to need those three points but they'll take the three and they pad that lead yeah this one's already wrapped up but you and I both know if you're an offensive coordinator you never let up on the gas unless the head coach tells you to do so and maybe you've actually clicked him off in your headset so you can keep calling plays and trying to add to to this lead the kickoff unit is out on the field and they will send this one away from his in zone here's Rasheed Shahed and a decent return out to the 27 yd [Applause] line the Saints coming out now to take the field and let's face it this drive is not going to have any bearing on this game but it's kind of important for one reason isn't it it certainly is you got to get points and okay all right I'm being factious here but you get points you feel a little bit better about yourself as you move on to the next [Applause] one Carr going to lead the Saints up here first and 10 at their own 27 they'll try and start this drive in the air the pass caught by [Applause] Al defense so it was already a gain on the completion but tack on some more with that penalty absolutely no matter what angle you're making the tackle from you can't grab the face mask and that's just putting your defense on its heels just a little bit more [Applause] so now factoring in the face mask here's first and 10 now Carr out of the back field that's complete to chamra and he's able to take it across Midfield before going out of bounds and we see another pitch and catch there to the running back this position just continues to evolve they become just as critical to the passing attack as a lot of receivers tight ends because their ability to make people Miss in the open field can really generate big plays for an offense and this one incomplete too much contact to hold on to that one and it's third down now the trials and tribulations of being a quarterback in this league it's tough it's got to be wearing on him out there well he has been sacked a number of times he had an interception so I'm going to give him a sco of credit for hanging in there and trying to make something happen despite the amount of pressure he's been under this entire game throwing his car on third down pass to the sideline and pulled in and he'll be out just a yard or two shy of the 30 17 yds is the pickup there for number 17 nice game there partner but you and I both know that won't do anything for the final score they're not going to win this one right now they're playing for pride and fantasy points and just to erase that goose egg nobody wants to be shut [Applause] out line of scrimmage the 31 now on First and 10 car to throw again there's a short one to the tight end Johnson it'll be a gain of five and it'll be second down one thing I think that's safe to say defensively the tackling has been really good and because of that it's been very very hard for them to move the ball because you're not getting the benefits of run after catch they're tackl them almost on the spot that means they have to run extra plays harder to move it now Carr throwing on second down and his throw is going to be incomplete he didn't just deny a big throw there he broke that one up in the red Zone an excellent play one that may help save points on the board when this drive is [Applause] over they come up now third and five following the incomplete pass Carr and that will be incomplete at this point in the game they've got to continue to try anything they can they're still working at it even though this one feels like a lost cause [Applause] all right they're going to try and keep hope alive here on fourth down they're going for it now Carr got to have this one that is caught and he'll be taken down but he does have first down yardage no reason not to try it there and they do indeed convert on Fourth [Applause] just two minutes remaining here in the fourth quarter of what has been a onesided affair so it's Saints football as we get you reset they've got a first and 10 as they search for a late score so here's a first and 10 now down inside the 20 shotgun now for Carr looking left side and he's got out of in that's Perry and this will leave him a yard short nice pick up of nine yds on first down they like going to him in the slot he catches another one I think this comes Under The Heading of until they stop him why not go back to it he has something going really well great working relationship with the guy throwing the ball and they keep making the connection again they'll throw with Carr oh that'll be incomplete well he took a shot as he let that go and it's going to bring up a third down what we just saw there that's really been a common theme all afternoon a lot of pressure that forced the errant pass he's been under to rest this entire afternoon he just had to unload that one he's fortunate it was just incomplete and not intercepted they tried the throw on second down unsuccessful now it's third and one throwing now is Carr and this is going to be incomplete well just seems like all game long there hasn't been a lot of sink quarterback to wide receiver on this side of the football they have been on the same page quarterback and receivers heck they haven't been on the same grease board when you draw plays up they haven't been on the same Surface tablet that you look at on the sidelines nothing's worked for them they've got to find a way to start matching each other's movements and I'm not sure he got there did they stop him they did they had to go for it with such little time remaining and this 11pl drive is going to lead to nothing on the scoreboard so they tried to go for it for Pride but it really wouldn't matter this one it was already determined no doubt about it this one was over a while ago out come the Titans now and a few kneel Downs should just about do it now defensively they do have all three timeouts but very little reason to use them at this point [Applause] [Applause] they'll start this drive out on the ground and he'll get this one up to about his 14 de Mario Davis there on the stop a big part of a middle linebacker's job is being able to take on blocks and then go make plays but the best ones they have those big guys in front of them playing defensive line that hold blockers off of them and allow them to flow sideline to sideline on and make the big hits second down Pard again trying to bounce it outside but he's only able to get it back to the line of scrimmage no gain on the play and it's going to bring up a third down they've called his number a lot this afternoon you wonder how much tread is left on those tires we certainly do but I always think back to one of my favorite coaches in the NFL and he used to have a meeting with his running back every year in the offseason and say look as many times as you're going to carry the ball you should be able to carry it one more time so make sure you get in shape and I don't think he got there no he's short by maybe a foot maybe call it fourth and inches so this one a Tennessee Titan Victory and this was truly a total team effort Charles on both sides of the ball well they absolutely pitch a shut out so it can't get much better than that right the defense led the way but the offense did their part as well well they moved the ball up and down the field so you've got to like what you saw what do they call that a total team effort I think when it's time to hand out game balls guys from both sides
