I mean this is a big series for us I mean obviously it's early in the year but uh I mean we're both playing really good ball and here we are head-to-head and I mean it's always exciting do players even though it's June feel the intensity of a series like this when it's a division rival and right now maybe the two best teams in the league no I mean absolutely especially nowadays in the new formats you know we only we only come here twice and they only come to us twice so being able to pick up games in the division um it's a lot tougher these days and um you want take it of those opportunities when you get them it feels like inevitably there'll be a ninth inning situation where you'll have to face Aaron judge in a close spot do you put yourself in that moment before a series like this and how you want to pitch someone and what what it would be like on the mound I mean I don't think you put yourself in the moment but you I mean you definitely know where you want to go and how you want to attack and go out there and try to make it as boring as possible you've been lights out since early may you attribute that to anything specific or is this just what Craig Kimble does year after year I mean I've been having great plays made behind me um you know the the defense we have is is tremendous and you know one play here and one play there uh makes makes a big difference um and you know um when you get on a good role it's it's it's easy to make pitches especially when you know the guys are going to make plays behind you
