CNN Rehires Failed Brian Stelter, Gets ROASTED For Complete Collapse And Desperation of Network

it's a slow news day as you may have noticed and we have this story breaking CNN has rehired Brian stelter as Chief media analyst I have changed a lot since I signed up two years ago Brian I say this you're not a smart man okay I don't understand why you can't Google search things unless you are a smart man but you are an evil man I made this uh uh graph a while ago and I responded to the Cent the liberal pundits for those that aren't familiar and it is a graph that I had my friend cat GPT produce for me the graph shows an inverse correlation between intelligence and honesty and so uh honesty zero is you know right at the bottom and the left and uh intelligence is 200 but honesty is zero and as you become more honest you become stupider the point it was really funny because a lot of people a few people completely understood it I appreciate that a lot of people are just couldn't get it and they were like what are you saying you're saying he's really smart I don't understand like you're calling him super intelligent 200 IQ and then one guy was like no he's saying he either knows he's lying or he's a yes those are your choices or he could be in the middle of average intelligence and lying half the time that's fine too Brian stelter exemplifies this oh so well and so many of these pundits and personalities are either this guy knows he's lying and he's evil and smart or he's just real dumb real dumb oh boy the post moneal reports Brian stelter is making a return to CNN and his reliable sources newsletter an email to subscribers of that newsletter revealed that stelter will be coming back to helm the publication on September 9th just one day before the first and perhaps only presidential debate between uh K Harris and Trump we are going to have uh uh mind you a special show uh with members of Congress in DC for for the debate it's going to be big we're working on it now and we're excited for it quote this is not going to be back to the future remake Stalter told readers the media industry has matured CNN has evolved and I have changed a lot since I signed off two years ago I loved my old life as the anchor of a Sunday Morning Show but to borrow some lingo from my video game blogger days I finished that level of the game time for a new level new challenges uh I'd put it this way you're playing a video game and you get to the final boss and then the boss defeats you you lose all your gear and your last save was at level one and you're like no I got to start all over again I just oh man we've all been there all of us who have played the video game especially an RPG that had requires you to save you played for two hours you then got to the boss you didn't save and then you didn't realize you were going to lose and then all of that progress is a race and just like you turn the game off I can't do it I can't do all that over again Brian Selter of course this is his life and he needs money so he's uh okay he's going to be the chief media analyst for CNN which he said per variety means I'll be appearing on air developing digital content and helming this newsletter it will be different because I'm Different I bet they're paying him less as well I always scoffed at people who said getting fired was the best thing that ever happened to me until well it happened to me stelter found it what do we call that come on he gets fired and he's just like founded reliable sources in 2015 but the television program was canceled in 2022 and stelter left the network Oliver Darcy who took over the newsletter also a liar that guy lies a lot uh took took over the newsletter after stelter left left himself in August to start his own newsletter called status stelter was let go under the leadership of Chris lick who took over for Zucker after he was removed from his position but then uh was himself removed and replaced by Mark Thompson who previously worked worked with the New York Times as well as the BBC talk about a a failed Network absolutely failed Network here you go deadlines uh uh deadline Cable News Network sees August ratings bump from 2024 campaign but viewership is still well below the last presidential cycle well I got to tell you here's what matters here's why I'm talking about old Brian stelter Donald Trump reveals the podcast that Baron loves he's a big fan Trump Trump revealed his son Baron as a regular watch Watcher of Theo Von's podcast this past weekend during a sit down with the house that aired last night just before the interview started Trump told the comedian that his youngest son Baron 18 is a big fan of the podcast he knows you very well Baron uh dad he's big the interview was filmed at the former president's Country Club in Bedminster New Jersey Trump candidly discussed his family during that chat and he praised Baron's brains and Braun he plays golf soccer he is very good at soccer he's a very good athlete Baron he told the host he's uh he's getting uh set to go into the fall a good college he's smart smart guy he was always a very good student smart he's a smart guy Trump said uh I've heard that too about Baron met a few people who know him they say that Baron is one of the smartest guys politically I believe it I do he's a young guy but he's now grown up over the past I mean eight years he's a little kid when Trump starts his his campaign and Baron Witnesses all of these things all the things he knows not to be true he's forced to learn about this I think Baron's going to be a major political force we'll see uh you know one person I talked to who uh knew him said that Baron wants to focus on building a life for himself establishing a career and an expertise before he gets involved in major public Endeavors and things like that I think that uh is very very intelligent but here's the main point Baron's talking to Donald talking to uh the big guy the boss they call him about what shows to go on Trump's improving in the polls and the prediction markets and I think this has a lot to do with Trump going on these podcasts speaking with people we had him on for about 20 minutes or just just shy 20 minutes a few months ago he's now been going on these on these podcasts quite a bit quite a bit and in doing so I think it's greatly improved him improved his standing and the reason for it is you go on cable TV you talk for 2 minutes what does that do people are passively not paying attention and then the media talks and people absorb this you're going to podcast people hear from you and they hear whether you're going to actually respond they're getting a real da that's the point of talk about these cable ratings cn's viewership is in the gutter take a look at this this is nuts cable news networks continue to see uh ratings bounce in August well it's not NE I don't think it's I don't think the campaign is driving this ratings always jump up after summer people are now going back inside uh when it's really hot out or raining you'll see your ratings go up I love this I love watching the uh it was in the early days of uh YouTube you had a lot of people who would be like I I put up a video and it's being shadowbanned there's no viewers on it I remember I made a video uh my podcast uh the youtube.com timcast podcast used to used to get around like 300 to 500,000 it's half an hour long uh views on YouTube and uh we switched things up that channel now is the culture War podcast clip Channel which we'll we we'll put more stuff on it you know eventually in the future 1.35 million subscribers Channel still grows but now it's just clips from the culture War so it's mainly focused on cultural issues and uh we had the culture war on there for a while and uh even that show is doing really really well but once a week and uh um you know I forgot where I was going with it but the uh uh the point is I used to do this show and uh the ratings we got on these podcasts rival that of cable news in the key demo and that's massive absolutely massive oh yeah I remember my point I got up on a tangent but I remember one day I put up an episode and the viewership was really low it was like aund and something thousand and I was just like wow you know I wonder what it is it was a bright and beautiful sunny day and I'm like H it's weird I see all these people all these other YouTubers complaining the the ratings are down we're being shadowbanned is actually really obvious it was the first day it was sunny after a long period of rain it was something like 68° across the East Coast I went out to get dinner and every restaurant was packed and the weight times were half an hour and I'm like it's really obvious why your video is not getting a lot of views dude there was a he there were heavy storms AC all across the East Coast the rain cleared and now everyone's going out to get dinner with their families and go out spend spend time out out side because it's crisp and nice out this affects your ratings massively people don't get it so in August as uh the weather starts changing you're not really going to go swimming when it's 60 degrees right Labor Day weekend maybe one of the last days actually was pretty cool and crisp on the East Coast so the water was like 65 degrees I didn't know if we wanted to swim or not it's not bad but you know so we ended up not swimming your ratings are going to go up so here's what we see take a look at this Fox News hit two .27 million viewers CNN uh got 1.08 million it seems really big right certainly bigger than us certainly bigger than the podcasts no it certainly is in the older demographic 65 plus which matters an election so that's important too but in the key demo it's nothing look at this Fox News averaged 1.43 million in total day cuz the number was Prime Time CNN got 615,000 views total day that's not key demo holy crap if you take all the views from My just My Morning Show and IRL which is 4 hours not 12 or 16 we do way more than 615,000 that's crazy in the key demo CNN got 123,000 all of our views well 80% of the views here are key demo a little bit more actually but around 80% 25 to 54 CNN and MSNBC are fizzling out the reason they're still relevant is because older voters have the most political power because they vote and they watch these crackpot channels like MSNBC and CNN and to a great degree even Fox News not so good I like Gutfeld Jesse Waters is pretty good but Fox News not so good uh give them a c minus they get some stuff bad but it's remarkable to see this shift than where we currently are so I'll say Donald Trump gets it these podcasts are where it's at and uh I'd like to pursue a followup with this year Donald Trump and I'm hoping that we can get a culture War episode relatively soon with Donald Trump I think it'd be very big live uh 10 we may have to do it pre-recorded perhaps but that would be great to actually we got about 20 minutes with trump it was a great interview asked a few key questions and then he had to go speak to the libertarian party we we were supposed to get a half an hour but these things happen so I think it's um maybe getting close to time two months out that we do that 2hour long conversation with Donald Trump and uh I think it'll be very very interesting a lot of questions for the guy he's willing to answer them in a sit down two-hour long show with all these with with these other guests I think it's a I think I think it's time we do this and uh Theo's great Trump is going on these podcasts because they reach regular people I'd like to bring a uh uh h a more independent moderately minded but very politically esoteric conversation with Donald Trump and just uh and just talk but uh I think it'd be it'd be pretty good if we did the culture war with um more than just me I don't know that I'd want to do a straight sit down with Donald Trump and the reason for that is if I were to sit down just with him for two hours we'd get into huge political discussions I'd ask him a lot of questions about foreign policy and ultimately I think the end result would break down into general questions about life and business so I think it'd be good if I had another person with me so that we can uh uh have another perspective on on various issues but we'll see we'll see how it goes I'm going to wrap this one up here it is the end of cable news my friends but it always is right they're
