enjoyed the camaraderie of his fellow Cadets in the persing rifles drill team and Scabbard and blade Honor Society after his junior year Jones decided to focus on drama realizing he wanted to pursue a career he enjoyed before potentially being deployed to the Korean War he graduated from the University of Michigan in 1955 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in drama personal life Jones married actress and singer Julianne Marie in 1968 the couple divorced in 1972 in 1982 he married actress Cecilia Hart with whom he had a son Flynn Hart passed away from ovarian cancer in 2016 in 2016 Jones publicly
