first off I love the medb team everybody here has been awesome you know you guys had sent me a shipit of medb during my last season and um you know being a type 1 diabetic I'm always looking for different things and I remember trying it during the season after a practice it was a super hard practice and I was super dehydrated I took it and I was I immediately felt better I felt like I was hydrated had a bunch of energy my my mind was clear and and for me to be able to find something like that especially during the season I've been able to adopt to my lifestyle of using it every day for me the proof was in the pudding all it took for me was was trying it one time and um it's something I can use all the time and it benefits me so I love it
