Scott thanks for your time um is the dressing room a very frustrated Place yeah you could say that I think um everyone's really disappointed from obviously the result how well we did sort of uh previous game coming back from a two-nil defeat um but yes for us is it's going forward and trying to pick up that form that we know we've got that that quality um and back to winning ways we might have expected a bounce after the last hour at stevenage how much did that first goal just flaw you yeah I think we started off really slowly as a team um you know our intensity um and you know we should be much better than how we started um and like I said going forward is is to make sure we we start really well and and and make sure we score the the first goal um and just keep keep working hard and keep working towards a win and how hard is it then if you do start up if youve sense you started on the wrong foot with the intensity how difficult is it to change that well obviously it's a a big hill to climb after that you could see you know when that first goal goes in and you know is is one of them where it takes a long time and to come back and and we got back in the game from Chrissy when when 21 which I thought we could have come away with at least a point um but yeah it's really disappointing in terms of the way Northampton play as well we were saying on commentary you wanted to get to halftime at no worse than one n and then you know pinck finds some space in the box and you actually made the chance look look very easy that came at a bad time didn't it yeah definitely I think there's always a bad time when you con seeed goals so um you know we've got to correct that uh going forward and and make sure you know we're stronger as a team and like you said if we can go into halftime nil nil then we'd have a better chance of winning the game is the unpredictability the the the biggest question that the club is struggling to answer at the moment because you cly you have got it in you you you've beaten size towards the top M but the pattern is such that there aren't many draws it's either win or lose yeah well I think it's the league I think you know you can see everyone beats everyone um there's no sort of how can I explain it there's no sort of team that you come across and you you know you never know who you're going to to sort of beat but um it comes down to us I think you know like you said we've got the quality we've got the players in the team is just finding that form um and just picking up points every week and it was a a patched up Midfield today you are short of people in in that area it wasn't a a first a First Choice selection did that in any way contribute to the to the performance we saw obviously like you said there's there's injuries um there's a lot of injuries and in obviously the club and the squad um but we've got a lot of players to come in and fill sort of other people's boots and um you know it's up to everyone else to to step up and and give it 100% and make sure um you know whoever does come in through injuries or whatever else is to make sure you perform yeah last one from me you've had some sides recently who've been scrapping towards the bottom of the table the Cobblers are in mid table today next week carile who are Rock Bottom they've got beaten up home 4-nil today by Cambridge it's going to be a scrap again isn't it I think every game is going to be a scrap every game's a must win game every game is is difficult um and and like I keep saying it's picking up that form um we've got the the you know the the quality in the squad like I keep saying and it's just up to us now to to start winning games and obviously putting a show on for the fans as well doing the ugly stuff better sorry doing the ugly stuff better well just getting the win so no matter how we win is basically getting that three points that's what we'll M that's what matters thank
