UFC RANKINGS MAKE NO SENSE?

good morning good morning okay we'll give it a minute for everyone jump in going go with the USC rankings and the updates and we're going to have a look into this stupid panel that they've got because I think the panel is bought and paid by the UFC even though it's supposed to be made up of media members it shows you quite frankly how the UFC are paying the media members off and how under the form of the UFC they are actually are right now ever since Ariel Al warning left and got booted out from attending the UFC it's uh it's gone downhill it's it's pretty much gone downhill from there might do danuk has flew above gamrot I expected that to happen well I want I felt like that should happen but I kind of thought okay maybe they won't do that because they didn't do that with Max hway when hway beat gatei um hway went in the rankings at number nine which is four five 6 7 eight six places below Justin gatei who we beat which I find a bit mad that they put in uh all the way at nine I'm guessing the the UFC paid off the media panel because they didn't want Max Allway entering the rankings in in the top five of the rankings because they knew that he was fighting at fever weight in the future and not staying at lightweight so I kind of think that the UFC probably paid off the panel because it's an independent panel media panel and they all vote there's no way every single media member voted for Max Allway to go in the rankings at number nine when he beat Justin gatei and then they decide that I know we're going we're going to vote for danuka to go in at number five above gamrot after beating gamrot and Max always win Max always win over gatei was more convincing than the uh Uka win over gamrot the the gamrot fight was way closer gamr gamr UK was way closer than gatei and hway you're at Northwest welcome to the stream my friend um that is the fight to make Northwest I was saying as soon as the the in fact before the fight was even even done on on fight night I was saying I want Uka win purely so we can get gate G and Uka uh it's a joke why would I I don't know Mick maybe I've seen like crazier things happen on stream see1 to a fury it's more like it me it's more like it face like yeah I mean I think ju Justin gatu versus Uka that's that's the kind of BMF fight that we need it is a proper prize fight in the division no guys is going to be looking to grind out a win or be boring both guys are goingon to go in there bang and it'll be an exciting fight I'm looking forward to that I hope that's the fight to make or Uka versus Charles I know they were talking about it him and [ __ ] it was the Matti guy I forget his name Oscar Willis Oscar Willis interviewed danuka after 305 and he was talking about potentially uh Charles so Charles or gatei that that's got to be the fights to make and I feel like for gatei and Charles forget about titles forget about fighting the the [ __ ] cians and makev go for the prize fights go go for the prize fights there's many many fighters in the division that are exciting that'll uh be worthy of a a good fight Chandler Uka gaii Oliva all way if he's planning to fight in that division again for Z there's there's plenty of prize fights to make in the division gamrat has slipped down the rankings to number eight I felt like that was a bit a uh I felt like Uka should have gone in at five and they should have just bumped everyone down and gamrot should have stayed um at six because I don't see how Chandler should be ranked above gamrot considering gamr Ro's win streak and that was a close fight here the the Tatia new mythical fight yeah danuka I'm liking danuka everything about danuka right now he's he's set himself up in a good position to take on uh a big fight next and hopefully he gets a big fight next cuz he deserves it he deserves a a big event he's just he's just being on the main card hopefully we can get him either headlining a fight night which would be ideal or at a a big event he he said he wants to be fighting again this year so he's probably looking at December he said he didn't want be there's another Australian card coming up in February he said he won't make that because his wife's pregnant so he won't be on that card so um he'll probably look at fighting before that so maybe the Jones card which I think is scheduled for November at MSG so it'll either be the November or December card we'll see G ukra again hopefully it's against gatei I'm gatu has got to be ready for a fight now he hasn't fought since UFC 300 so he should be ready to go for December let me pull up the events I think November's scheduled to be at MSG which is UFC 309 and then we got 3 310 so 309 is Madison Square Garden New York November 16th that is expected to be Jon Jones versus Stipe I'd like maybe bolster that card and put gaii and Uka on as co-main I think that would be good gaii versus Uka co-main event for 309 that would be a decent uh shout 310 is rumored to be Conor McGregor versus uh Michael Chandler so don't know how I feel they they have confirmed Smith versus Reyes for that which is making me think Conor McGregor won't be on that card because any card with McGregor on they T they tend to F fill it with um second class Fighters so I can't imagine anyone exciting like Dominic Reyes will be on that card after Dominic reyes's last performance they don't tend to do that with McGregor cards because they can stack a McGregor card well they don't need to stack a McGregor card because McGregor carries the card carries the pay-per-view they know it will sell so they don't need put big names on there or ranked Fighters so I can't imagine I really can't imagine unless that's just going to be the co-main and then they'll have um bums on after that but yeah I reckon gaii gaii versus zuka will be co-main for UFC 309 right let's see what you guys are saying in chat let's pull this over Pacman what about Pac-Man oh Pacquiao are you on about what's a a punch his chance he has got a punch his chance and what he needs to do is just go out there and just Swang Swang and bang if he goes out there and just go does something a bit crazy I think he's got time against H and hway scheduled for where to fight iler so I just don't see the BMF lining up right now maybe in the future if if he gets past gatei maybe they'll look at lining up all the way in Dua I don't know I don't know right now I I don't think that'll be the next fight can't see that being the next fight at BMF title they don't like doing the BMF title that regularly either I can't imagine and putting two bmfs on the line in in one year especially this year if if it's going Beyond The Jones versus stpe card as well I don't think they'll want anything overshadowing Jon Jones so I can't see him putting that making it a BMF title fight we'll see we'll see I I I I just don't think that'll happen this year maybe in the future I just don't think it'll be his next fight he is a BMF though he is he is BMF where he should be he should be in a BMF fight because danuka is a legitimate Savage what he did to gam Ros was so impressive I he negated the the the wrestling the takeown attempts he he did a fantastic job to keep it standing and get the win so yeah I I I wouldn't mind it wouldn't mind it I just don't see it happening this year especially let's have a look at so potentials Justin gatei Charles let pull up Charles Charles has never fought for BMF has he and UK and Charles have never fought I know Charles is in in the running so you might be right there if they did if they did Charles versus uh Uka for the BMF that's a possibility I just don't think if he ends up being Gatey it won't be a BMF but and I can't see him putting a BMF on on a Jon Jones card Alex already looking past round three to DDP round three striking Styers sketchy for Alex's I say he's got More Than A Punch's chance the the thing is right I don't think I don't think Alex is looking past round Tre I don't think he's looking past round Tre at all Alex is a troll Alex likes to wind people up he likes to steer the pot he likes to keep everyone guessing when when he was when he was last heavyweight again so I I think that's part of Alex and he knows how to play the system a little bit he knows how to play the fans keep people talking I think that's part of his he marketing and I think he's very clever with that I don't think he's looking at the DDP fight that that seriously right now um I think he's just put that out there just to steer the pot if you remember before UFC 300 he P out that cryptic message and he was talking about moving to heavyweight UFC 300 happened and was it was it a um heavyweight it wasn't he was [ __ ] defend fighting ill so yeah what what what think part of it is a troll right now if it happens I I think he'll take it seriously I think right now though I think he's just going around calling out everyone keeping his name relevant keeping his name out there and just you know having fun I I think he's having fun winding up the fans keeping yeah keeping the profile up Ryan staying in the papers I mean he's got a fight coming up soon and against the round Tre he's trying keep his name he's just a marketing genius I think like he's always being talked about and that's never a bad thing that that is never a bad thing what do you think of about Pereira you using Shimon Spirit to win his fight I think it's badass bring out the voodoo bring it out yeah I could I could be wrong and maybe maybe he is looking past Round Tree if he is looking past round Tre then he'll be in trouble because we all know round Tre is striking he's got good striking and he the man has got power he's got power for days uh so if he is looking past round Tre that he'll be in big trouble but I just don't think I just don't think he's T the DDP call out was a bit of a um marketing from from what I see it how I see it does DDP go up to meet him no uh so DDP came out after 305 and he said he's got no interest in moving up he wants to Reign and dominate the middleweight Division I think the UFC won't even want to make the the fight between him because have you seen how stacked the middleweight division is right now let's pull it up the middleweight division is probably the best division there is right now that there would be no interest for the UFC to stall a division when you've got you've got Strickland who had a close fight with DDP he was waiting for a rematch he might fight before you've got whiter and chamay fighting soon uh this week you've got KO Balo versus caner if KO beats caner he moves up to fifth you've got nadini who's number four um Brendan Allen and vtori have got the beef going on so they're probably probably going to end up fighting soon and Brendan Allen Young is is is chomping at the bits to get a title fight so he's going to be up there and then you've got like I know the the they still ranked but the names and the the uh the always out there vtori Costa um H you got M uh mcal Pereira who's up there fluffy Hernandez Chris ctis the division is absolutely stacked and then when you look outside the rankings use um MMA rankings apology I pull it up when you look at who's outside the top 50 and who's coming up it's just it's an insane Division I think having Alex go down to middleweight and stall the division would be pointless it would it would ruin the division and if the UFC do that the the stupid uh you got Gregory Rodriguez you've got Joe pyer um aleskerov I know he just lost but he's he is a a prospect H Prospect uh um a tile sharab Bo um the division the the names outside the division like olland and and sharan Bo nickel coming up like the the division is is so [ __ ] stacked I just don't think we need Alex moving down and the UFC should block it if like Christian Leroy Duncan I know he's he's not even a title Contender he might not even ever get ranked but have a have Fighters like Christian Leroy Duncan outside the rankings it just makes the division exciting because it is's a banger um top to bottom that division is stacked so yeah it's good to see it's it's good to see so Al Alex going down only serves to destroy the division and I don't want that I don't want Alex going down he doesn't need to we don't need him in the division uh so just leave it did I watch Contender Series last night dude from Sweden is a freaking monster I haven't caught up on a contender series yet uh I to go out this morning but I'll definitely catch up on a contender series later today RP Jo double and then chamv and then it makes no sense but the most likely going to do most likely going to do um balal I I reckon they going to do balal Usman need new M matchmakers ASAP this [ __ ] ain't been making no sense it will make sense to the UFC it will make sense to the UFC uh uh it's politics man it's politics and pay-per-view money and ESPN money and pleasing certain people with it and it's got right now the UFC is wasting boxing for politics and I never thought I'd see the day this would happen but the UFC are the sole promoter so they don't have to so they don't have to bargain with other promoter to make fights what's happening with the UFC right now is they have a broadcasters that they need to please like look at Abu Dhabi and um Saudi Arabia the Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia cards constantly stacked um alasgarov ended up get the nod for the whitker fight over other potential middleweights that were higher ranked than alasar of um because they wanted a Muslim fighting on the main event part of that meant that many other fighters who through the names in the at load of middleweight stepped up for the fight with whitker and said I'll fight um I'll come out I'm ready for it just to let me know um they got overlooked because they needed needed a Muslim on the main event and unfortunately that that's the world we live in with the UFC where they've got players um Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia and all those countries because they paying for events to be in those countries then we've got ESPN they've got please the ESPN broadcasters there's so much politics and then uh I don't want to see balal and kamaro uh but I guess they ow a fav I think that's probably the way they going go down I think how the UFC are going to do it because I think the UFC wanted balal be Champion I think it I think they wanted Leon W they wanted someone Bea Leon Edwards so to get him out and balal was that guy and I think they don't want balal be a long Champion but I think they want him get a title defense so they're going to do balal a favor and they're going to do Usman a favor and make that matchup uh I'd rather watch ants [ __ ] than watch a balam use in pay-per-view true I I agree man it's it's a terrible matchup absolutely terrible matchup hopefully I'm hoping we're wrong I'm hoping we're wrong over potential matchups let's take a look uh so shavkat I think is probably the one I want shavkat versus balal I'd prefer that I think shavkat is the problem is there's there's an argument that shavkat is not Ain it that that that's that's the that might be the reason why they make Usman versus balal because he the the wasman a f and look who he beat last he beat Steven Thompson he's beat Magny Neil and Thompson and look at the rankings he's not fought anyone in the current top five the top probably even the current top eight um so does he does he warrant a title shot at this point or does he need to get one another win over a top ranked opponent um the problem is everyone like col's on a loss usman's on a loss Edwards is on a loss um JDM is out injured he probably isn't ready for the title fight just yet beans is fighting Brady soon so yeah I think shavkat is the one that makes makes sense even though he probably hasn't in it yeah although you could argue that every fight has being a finish though so he's anti in that respect he is a legitimate Savage he is a legitimate Savage is he's beat everyone that they put in front of him and he's finished everyone that he's put that's been put in front of him 100% finish rat unae of he's ranked number three in the World Imagine he wins the title by finish and he's got a 100% finish race and W wins the title that that is phenomenal phenomenal and you can't take anything away from him uh yeah that's the fight to make though any any others any others that you'd potentially put up there instead of shavkat I know there's JDM but I don't think jm's due back for a while I no I agree I think he does need a win before the title fight shavat but who you going book are you going Bo Usman then like who who do you boot for the title fight that's the problem like if you're looking at the potential people they you could you could have Leon Edwards rematch um I I I don't think the Edwards deserves the rematch Usman is coming off three losses Colby coming off a loss got beat by the the champ um JDM is injured or I don't know if he's he's F he's just started training so like training so I don't think he'd be ready or would you do the winner of bans in and Brady so it's one of those I think the welterweight division at the top at least is is a bit it's a bit thin it is a bit thin at the top so maybe maybe shavkat right now is the guy to to make the fight with he he's more deserving over Usman but I do think they'll make Usman Bal that that's going to be the fight that they make sadly uh um do they make it soon though I feel like they've got to make the fight soon because of Ramadan um because we know that balal refuses to fight during Ramadan so they they've either got to do it towards the end of this year or January February next year otherwise balal will um be completely out and I think balal might do this I think balal will try to hold on to the title for deal life he'll probably not fight until after Ramadan that that's the feeling I guy I feel like he'll stole as much as possible let's take a look at um Alex's position now so uh um Alex is talking about moving down and we don't need it in the middleweight division uh but does Alex need it I don't think Alex needs it just yet if they do if anv ends up ends up be beating rakic um when is that fight when's it scheduled for let's take a look so it's scheduled for October so we've got rage an CL of October um w Alex has probably got unfinished business in the light heavyweight division until he's fought anv then he's got no business moving Division and the UFC are try and block that fight the the very pissed off with vancl at the moment um but yeah until that fight's made so they both fighting in October so that should line up their fight uh quite nicely for the the New Year Bal fought last year last year Ramadan 2 is probably going to want to sit this one out yeah um I re I reckon he'll probably set this one out he won't Force unless they force him and and start try and strip him but I know the the UFC a bit weird on R Muslim Fighters not not fighting June Ramadan they tried to force that last year didn't they some fighters who didn't want fight during Ramadan and Dana White was not impressed uh what about Gilbert be I don't think Gilbert be warrants a title fight you know I really don't think he warrants a title fight unless he unless he beats cuz and Shawn Brady are fighting soon if he convincingly beats Shawn Brady then maybe but I still don't think he he warrants a title fight right now b g try to sit out as long as possible for sure Dana H gun after damne and make him yeah that that I feel like that's going to be the case boys that is definitely going to be the case balal will want to fight once a year and he's going try and dictate a lot now he he's be now he's the champion the UFC will have to force him yeah you thought last year that this one huge Alex fan but moving back down at 57 is such a bad idea hope he stays in his Division I think he's just it's just marketing I do think it's just marketing to keep his name relevant I hope I hope at least until he's beat an KV he'll have unfinished business in the light heavyweight Division and he has no business moving down or up until that ankier fight's being done uh I think that's what they'll probably book after it providing that anv beats rakic and he beats him convincingly then there's no reason that that anlive should not get the next title fight when is the beans breedy fight it is it's got to be soon aren't it um my memor is like [ __ ] mush I'm G I've got UFC events here uh be Brady September 7th yeah so it's only a couple of weeks out so possibly the winner of that but I I still I still think the they going pull kamaru kamaru usman's going to pull in that favor he's going to ask for the title fight and don't forget balal and Usman have already been kicking off over social media so they kind of set in the they try and Market the fight before before the fight's even being made to push the UFC into making the fight I just don't want to see Alex go out like vog with all this activity I don't but I think the best thing for Alex is staying active staying active as long as you're winning the problem with um the problem with uh volosi is he stayed too active when he needed time off that that was the difference when when uh vul had a war with Islam then he took a fight a second fight against Islam one of the best fighters out there on short notice you don't do stuff like that the UFC shouldn't be allowing fighters to do stuff like that it's kind of wrecked him and then he jumped back in too soon for the iler fight he should he went he had the second Islam fight he got knocked out pretty savagely he shouldn't have bounce back that soon I said before the fight I'm a bit worried about his chin um and then he made some mistakes got caught again it's it's he he should have took some time off and the year before last you're right they all weird about that month I noticed myself that it kind of seems like they even try timing Muslim fighter schedules to have them fight during Ramadan sometimes it does feel like that and I'm I'm not biased in any way towards any [ __ ] anyone but yeah it does seem like the UFC try to really push Fighters into fighting during Ramadan which seems a bit weird like knowing knowing that they they're going to be drained and and uh not eating I don't know it just seems they have no what's the word leeway for it and I kind I kind of get it from the UFC's point of view they running a business um and certain Fighters are taking time out every year during a certain month but yeah that that's their religion so the UFC have had these fighters in their promotion so they need respect it and just start pushing Alex isn't taking much damage which is which is good which is good he's staying fresh when he is fighting he isn't having these allout wars um yeah so I think Alex staying active is very different than vul staying active during that period where he took a lot of damage yeah BNS has passed his prime I don't think USC will give him a title shot oh if if he beats Brady and then beats someone else in the top five then he he's up there they can't deny him then but he won't get a title shot off the Brady fight true dude's taking 10 punches all together past three fights yeah it's insane it's insane that that's why yeah Alex Alex can stay active and it's a good thing that he is staying active um he's lost to Bal already if I'm not mistaken um who are we talking um be are we talking about yeah recently as well so they they won't be they won't be so quick to make the burns rematch off in beating Brady I I especially because he last his lost two against JDM and balal they they're not going to make that fight anytime soon uh he would need you'd need beat someone convincingly in the top five um hi Karen oh you need to talk to the man sorry manager's out you're speaking to the manager you're speaking to the manager I might do a video on this ranking situation with Allway and gatei because it infuriates me that Allway got ranked number nine didn't go above gatei and danuka got ranked above gam Ros I I it feels like the UFC are paying off this media panel because it makes it makes no sense that they' not put all the way above Justin gatei the only reason they haven't put Allway above Justin gate is because they knew Allway was moving back down to featherweight so the UFC said to the panel H don't put don't rank all the way too high because he's not sticking around at lightweight so we don't want him clogging up a a top ranking which I find insane that the UFC have the power to do that and no one's no one's noticed no one it's just slid under the radar um everyone's just accepted it and bent over and it pisses me off man it really does piss me off I don't know why I thought that would be funny yeah I mean it wasn't it wasn't funny was it dropped a bollock on that one I'll let you off though uh be right yes B Al be him with without a training camp out of shape during ra Ramadan short notice was it D when does Ramadan I thought it was after Ramadan yeah it was after talks about fighters who refusing refusing fight but yeah he didn't he might his training camp might have um crossed over a little bit but a 6E Camp would have started uh Ramadan start ended April 20th so his fight Camp would have started after Ramadan that gives him six weeks until fight night well no it doesn't don't give him six weeks does it he would have done off his training camp I guess dur during during rabam so I'm guess in he did about a two week two or 3 week training camp which to be fair is is still impressive dougm more still impressive that he only had half a training camp since he left because Jon Jones wants nothing to do with that man does Bala want to make a title defense this year no I can't see that happening he doesn't want to that the UFC would have to force him to defend that title and on what card that that's the thing on what card because UFC 309 the the Jones card and the McGregor card they're not going stack With Champions they're just not going to do it they they don't need to so John Jones all leadline um 309 uh which is at Madison Square Garden and um 310 is expected to be Conor McGregor versus Michael Chandler so who won't have any Champions on that card they're not going to put multiple Champions on a Jones card either I just can't see that happening if balal fights in before Ramadan it'll probably we'll probably be looking at February yeah if if McGregor if McGregor fights but it's rumored that McGregor is fighting at UFC 310 if that plays out how it does then yeah I I don't see balal fighting this year right bro good luck on the most of them are using something I think McGregor McGregor fights CH keeps them waiting I think they fight um the the problem is the only reason McGregor wouldn't fight is he's looking to get out of his contract um apparently the sunset Clause gets activated um very shortly so there there's a possibility that McGregor is looking to exercise his right to end his contract early and he'd be doing that for one or two things and there'd be one or two reasons why he's running it down renegotiate his contract with the UFC to get more money for the Chandler fight or he going to step out leave the UFC and fight in bkfc and I know a lot of people have said oh he's never going fight in bkfc 100% he will fight in bkfc and the reason why is right now he fights for the UFC promotion that take a big percentage of his Revenue if he fights for bkfc while his name's still relevant he will make so much money it's unreal he is a part owner in bkfc so it saves his promotion well it gets his promotion on the map a bit he'll pull in a lot of fans and he'll make more money than he'll ever make in a UFC fight I mean yeah to be honest though right dougm more you probably can't if you're Muslim you probably can't use steroids anyway it's probably against uh Allah's will or whatever anyway and Muslim there are Muslim Fighters that that do do it so I mean breaking a fast isn't going to be the end of the world if you're already like breaking certain Muslim rules anyway I don't know I I'm not saying the as or anything I'm just saying the law there if if you're taking steroids then there there's
