[Laughter] [Music] the people Republic of China has achieved great successes during the recent decades I think that this achievements are astonishing I think that the solution of the problem of poverty of China is one of the greatest successes the second one I think that it is the complex uh de development of China not only the China's economy but the China's Society China's culture there are very few countries who can realize such a complex uh solution of the of the uh problems and really we can only congratulate to you this achievements I think that uh the policy of Reform and opening is is the basis of all economic and and social achievements of China in the recent uh decades this is the most important thing that this reform serves the interest of socialism in China the policy of opening and reform serves the interest of the Chinese people and all the reforms are oriented uh on Rising the standard of living of creating a well-being society and China we respect China as a country which is developing in the socialism is Chinese characteristic we are interested in the success of socialism is Chinese characteristics
