foreign it's Eric how you doing hey what's going on are you in the middle of something not really what's up I was just checking in with you yeah sorry I said I got you yeah I'm in Oklahoma this week what's up what's new where are you I'm in Oklahoma this week okay and you you you have to you're one of the witnesses right you have to testify right yeah what day do you know what day you're doing that I gotta go in I actually got to go in Saturday and I'm there till another day yeah they got to prep me again on Saturday and then I'm there till the 20 9th I think wait a minute you're there Saturday before the trial yes yeah okay why would you have to be there the trial doesn't start until Monday these have to be prepped oh they prepped you Saturday yeah okay and then they put you up at a hotel in in Oklahoma City right yeah the shares and they put everybody up at the Sheraton at the Sheraton and then um and then when what day do you actually have to testify because you it's not going to be more than a half day or a day or something no I'm several days you're several days yeah I'm at least two to three days okay so what did you know what days yeah you testified I know I start testifying Tuesday on Tuesday yeah the 26th yeah okay okay that's interesting because I heard that John Finley testifies Monday the 25th and then I heard that Carol Baskin apparently testifies one of those first three days yeah she's actually date she's actually Tuesday also her and Howard yeah so they're both Tuesday yeah okay so okay um but then they may be a couple of days too yeah I mean it's gonna they don't know exactly what the schedule is because it depends on the defense you know how long they take but it's gonna be you know I'm pretty much told I won't get out of there until at least Thursday really yeah okay and then when does the defense so the defense thing cross-examination your cost to examines you or something yeah okay because I heard the defense really has hardly maybe no one testifying on their on their behalf um I think they have I think Jeff Lowe might be the defense on the defense what yeah that's what I hear but I'm not sure how true that is for Joe no not for him but the defense is going to call him the rip holes in his stories uh Jesus Christ yeah you gotta get ready for the biggest show in the world you're gonna see it but I heard that um once you testify that you can't talk to anybody until after the case is uh adjudicated I don't know they haven't mentioned any of that Okay the reason I was calling is maybe the thing to do I don't know if you're you know amenable to this James but maybe we meet next week and we talk again and maybe we you and I can work out some deal where you know I can talk to you beforehand and maybe after after gotcha um you know but um well I'll be in the city from Saturday on you'll be in the city from Saturday on where will you be Friday um Friday I'll probably be in Ardmore Friday another thing I'm gonna go up Saturday morning Saturday morning and then uh I was I was thinking about flying in on Wednesday um are you gonna sit through the trial well I don't know about all of it but I I kind of have to me and a friend have to kind of cover it you know to just be you know otherwise I don't know what's going on yeah um you know I mean I don't know how do you feel about all this like um as it gets closer yeah all right I don't really I mean I have my views but my views don't matter you know yeah do I agree with everything that's going on of course not right of course of course you know and then yeah I think I think it's a persecution of one person one person only myself but do I you think you're getting you're getting persecuted no person no I'm not getting I mean I think Joe's being singled out why a lot of other people that are worse are walking free right so that's what I that's and I tell us I tell the Feds that all the time I mean I don't even really actually want to go testify but then my hands are tied because I've already met with my defense my lawyer so I have to go right well let me do that yeah James I have to run I'm just getting a call but I I'm gonna fly in on Wednesday uh this coming Wednesday all right just holler at me when you get in town I'll call you when I'm there and let's try to figure something out okay all right let's go all right man all right thanks all right foreign
