the question is basically a person who's uh who's uh the rabbi doesn't want him in shul even though the whatever he supposedly did wrong was an outside troll he's not saying that he did it but uh if whatever the actions that he's alleged have done took place out of shul does the rabbi have the right to exclude him and if the town the shiva tuvaya here if the town board the jewish town board wants to exclude a person from uh from any participation in anything in town do they have a right to do that without hearing him out i know raymond's doesn't generally get into allahic issues so it's your choice if you want to take this or not well it's an interesting question i'm not a young guy i don't know anybody in my lifetime that such thing happened to him that he must be wow what a terrible person is that the rabbit won't come into the show and the whole father of the year says he don't want any soul uh he must be some kind of tyrant and some kind who knows what he did this clearly this person doesn't think he did anything wrong so well certainly he has to be heard he can't uh throw somebody out and do something before he's able to uh to answer himself and and and give his uh sign of the story i'm sure no rabbi would do that throw him out without fearing him out and know about what's going on they're certainly going to have to have some representation for either him or his representative probably him was messing with himself to uh to to answer the charges against him and give him a chance to stay in court so uh but uh a rabbi has the right as a robber of the schools to make the final decision who could come who can't come to shul and uh certainly speaking that he can make that decision but uh it's very very rare that a rabbit would say you can't come into the shoe you might not give him an elite sometimes sometimes even that's a very uh to go up to the torah or go to the to pray in front of the um something maybe that's more of a happens sometimes uh but says not to walk into the school that what's been put in some kind of tyrant who knows what he did but the finals say is the rabbi and the finals say the people in charge of the city can can make such rules if that's the type of cities and some we don't today uh most cities don't have such one violence that it controls the whole city with a little some tiny town someplace but usually have a few shows and a few different rabbis and different uh diversified kind of ways of dealing with it [Music] who can i call [Music]
