incoming is a new Teen comedy on Netflix and when you think of a teen movie you might expect it to be rated PG-13 however that's not the case with incoming this film is packed with adult content making it less suitable for younger teens it follows four friends as they navigate the challenges of their first week as freshmen and their first ever high school party with its mix of humor and relatable moments this movie offers a fresh take on the high school experience but be aware that it's geared more toward an older teen audience here is why first let's talk about the language used in the film there's excessive cursing throughout the film characters use strong language including words like vulgar terms like [ __ ] and Dick are also thrown around in several scenes this kind of language is something to be aware of ESP especially if you have younger viewers now let's move on to substance use during some party scenes teenagers are shown drinking alcohol vaping and smoking marijuana next we have sexual content there's a brief scene showing two characters having sex while both characters are fully naked the film doesn't show explicit details of their private parts additionally there's a scene where a female character's nipple is briefly shown these scenes are not brief but something to remember if you're considering watching this movie with younger teens or kids lastly let's talk about the violence in incoming there's a scene where many characters start fighting each other which gets intense some people end up bloody from the fight now what is the recommended age rating incoming is rated R and is geared toward older teens and adults of 16 and above subscribe to parents guidance and keep your kids safe from unwanted content
