um healthwise felt really healthy the whole time which is um a good thing but couldn't land an off speed pitch the entire day so pitching like that in the mjor leag was pretty tough yeah you were efficient in the second and third just how difficult was that for any um I would say pretty difficult um like I said couldn't land a slideer curve ball or change up the entire inning it felt like so um trying to get Major League hitters out when they know the fast Ball's coming it's the only pitch you can throw in zone is what next does this look like for you getting ready for your next start so that you can do that um download down Bullpen um figuring out what what went wrong today and uh um making sure that doesn't happen again just downal down open CH your learning experience how to how to navigate a start like that what' you say I said how much do you chalk it up to like a learning experience of how to navigate a start like that something you can learn yeah I mean it's either a learning experience or you just drown yourself and sulk and um sulking is not really a really good option so uh go take it look at some video and uh figure out what I can do better
