Testament in the Book of Revelation at the end of your Bible it says those same angels that we're singing in the book of Isaiah are still continuously singing Holy H holy holy is the Lord forever come on that needs to that needs to stir up in somebody's heart this morning that's probably a gap of 700 years in between Isaiah and Revelation and yet the angels are still singing Holy Holy Holy I encourage somebody this morning I dare somebody this morning to just open up your mouth and begin to tell them Lord You're holy God you're holy forever you're you're worthy of my praise this morning it may look like uh craziness outside the storm is brewing but God you're still holy God you're still worthy I don't know what my doctor report is going to look like but God you're still holy you're still worthy and I'll Forever sing it just know this is just a preview of what heaven's going to look like in this room this morning because we get to be able to sing you're holy you're worthy this how to do it God I ask that you would put the doctors or the physicians in the way that need to be in in the way but God that you would have your hand over it all God we believe for recovery for healing over everybody that has a need whether it's a physical emotional Financial need God we're believing for breakthrough this morning and breakthrough only happens with you so God here we are to come [Music] [Applause] [Music] well oo God is good and all the time that's right I learned that back in the day in church even though I went to a Spanish Church they uh kind of said it I don't know the Spanish term but God is good and all the time God is good I'm reminded of my journey as a Christian um nothing came easy but nothing ever comes easy you have to earn some things and uh I'm just reminded of my walk with Christ and how it started off as really nothing and how it was so easy to throw God to the back burner and turn my my cheek to him and he was still faithful to me he was still there for me through it all and uh I couldn't be more thankful and because he was there for me I don't want to say the only choice I have but really the only choice I have is to follow him the only choice the only desire in my heart is to follow Christ the Bible says in Luke 9:23 then he said to them if anyone desires to come after me let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me that's just what I had to do the old Jacob has passed away the new Jacob is walking boldly with him confidently with Christ so I'm going to sing this song to you this morning and it's real time I ever heard that song was actually here at this church Jamar King sang it years ago and since then that song is really stuck to my my life really and the words are just so true man words is so true it's my desire I wouldn't be where I'm at without you lord ever and God the things you have for me I'm excited for them whatever you have I'm here whatever you have but it's my desire to follow you it's my desire to follow you give it up for pastor Justin he's he's the man thank you thank you bro well are y'all ready for the word this morning are you ready for the word all right so if you're taking notes this morning uh the title of my message is going to be called get up and go turn to your neighbor and say get up and go don't literally get up and go please stay for the word tell your other neighbor get up and go just wait till after the service get up and go that's funny I didn't even think about that until right now well the title is get up and go what does it mean to go to go means to travel or move in order to engage in a specified activity or course of action it means to leave something for the next it means to leave or depart it means for something to come to an end or for something to cease to exist you see when you go somewhere you're moving on from what was you're no longer looked at by where you came from but now you moved into a new area a new label a new Direction when I think of the miracles of Jesus there's about 37 of them when I think about the miracles of Jesus there's a list of many he made the lame walk he made the blind see he walked on water other than being Miracles what do those things have in common Jesus said the words get up and go after almost every Miracle get up and go Jesus's Miracles didn't just require him to move they they required us to move let me say that one more time Jesus's Miracles didn't just require him to move that's great I love getting the movement of God but it also requires us to move and a lot of us are stubborn some of the times that's just that we're human that's just us but God says get up and go Jesus says get up and go so I'm going to give you four points this morning four points this morning the first point this morning is going to be persistent and aggressive Faith allows you to get up and go persistent and aggressive Faith allows you to get up and go if you have your Bibles this morning we're going to turn to the Book of Mark chapter 2 Mark chapter 2 and this is the story of the paralytic man and his friends the paralytic man that was let down through the roof and again he entered Capernaum after some days and it was heard that he was in the house immediately many gathered together so that there was no longer room to receive them not even near the door and he preached the word to them then he came to him bringing a paralytic who was carried by four men and when they could not come near him because of the crowd they uncovered the roof where he was so when they had broken through they let down the bed on which the paralytic was lying when Jesus saw their faith he said to the paralytic son your sins are forgiven you and some of the scribes were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts why does this man speak blasphemies like this who can forgive sins but God alone but immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they reasoned thus within themselves he said to them why do you reason about these things in your hearts which is easier to say to the paralytic your sins are forgiven you or to say arise take up your bed and walk but that you may know that the son of man has power on Earth to forgive sins he said to the paralytic I say to you arise take up your bed and go to your house immediately he arose took up the bed and went out in the presence of them all so that all were amazed and glorified God saying we never saw anything like this somebody say get up and go the group of men that brought their friend the paralytic must have known who Jesus was what he could do what he was capable of doing there's no record of how far these men traveled to get to Jesus there's no record of how far they had to go what they had to endure before getting to the house where Jesus was did I mention they didn't even do it for themselves the men didn't go to Jesus for them they went to Jesus for the paralytic that was lying on the mat they had no animals no carts They Carried the man on what I could picture as if you could picture like a door probably a slab of wood They Carried that man who knows how far just to get to Jesus they finally got to Jesus and were met with a large crowd they did the unthinkable and went to the roof of someone else's house someone else's house and made a hole in it to let their friend down to be in the presence of Jesus mind you they did this not even thinking the man would ever get a physical touch from the Lord they put him down there just to be in the same room as Jesus they put him there just to be in the presence of Jesus what does faith do what does faith do I'm glad you asked let's go to the book of Hebrews chapter 11 chapter 11 now Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of Things Not Seen for by it the elders obtained a good testimony let me stop right here real fast at Camp there was a whole sermon off of this book this chapter right here and it's great I'm not going to make you do what we did at camp but listen to this by faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word word of God so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible by faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice in Cain through which he obtained witness and he was righteous God testifying of his gifts and through it he being dead still speaks by faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death and was not found because God had taken him for before he was taken he had this testimony that he pleased God but without faith it is impossible to please him for he who comes to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of those who D diligently seek Him by faith Noah being divinely warned of things not yet seen moved with Godly fear prepared an ark for the saving of his household by which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to Faith by faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out of the place which he would receive as an inheritance and he went out not knowing where he was going by faith he dwelt in the land of promises as in a for forign country dwelling in tents with Isaac and Jacob The Heirs with him of the same promise for he waited for the city which was which has foundations whose Builder and maker is God by faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed and she bore a child when she was past the age because she judged him faithful who had promised therefore from one man and him as good as dead were born as many as the stars of the sky in multitude skip down to verse 17 by faith Abraham when he was tested offered up Isaac and he who had received the promises offered up his only begotten son of whom it was said in Isaac your seed Shall be Called concluding that God was able to raise him up even from the dead from which he also received him in a figurative sense by faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau by faith Jacob when he was dying blessed each of the sons of Joseph by faith Joseph when he was dying made mention of the departure of the children of Israel by faith Moses by faith Moses by faith Moses by faith the walls of Jericho fell down by faith what does faith do it moves mountains what does faith do it causes things to happen what does faith do it brings healing it brings power it brings restoration what does faith do if you got nothing from that take notes read it later what does faith do what does faith do the friend's faith of the paralytic healed him the faith of the friends healed the man that was paralyzed in Hebrew Hebrews 11 all of the people mentioned were surrounded by like-minded people people who had Faith even when they didn't see it Proverbs 13:20 it says He Who Walks With wise men will be wise but the companion of fools will be destroyed so my question you this morning for that first point is who are you surrounding yourself with do the people around you have the same type of faith that you have and if so what is that Faith going to do what will that Faith do while we might not know what that faith will do put it in the palm of his hand and God has it God's got you my second point to this morning I almost said tonight second point this morning is determination allows you to get up and go determination allows you to get up and go passage of scripture is going to be John chapter 5 says after this there was a feast of the Jews and Jesus went up to Jerusalem now there is in Jerusalem by the Sheep gate a pool which is called in Hebrew bethesa having five porches in these lay a great multitude of sick people blind lame paralyzed waiting for the moving of the water for an angel went down at a certain time into the pool and stirred up the water when whoever stepped in first after the stirring of the water was made well of whatever disease he had now a certain man was there who had an infirmity 38 years when Jesus saw him lying there and knew that he had already been there in that condition for a long time he said to him do you want to be made well the sick man answered sir I have no man to put me into the pool when the water is stirred up but while I am coming another steps down before me Jesus said to him rise take up your bed and walk somebody say get up and go and immediately the man was made well took up his bed and walked took up his bed and walked 38 years the man sat there 38 years he sat there not able to do a thing hearing about the Miracles that had taken place there at the pool just hearing about it watching him take place and him just sitting there because he didn't have a way to get to the pool he probably heard about all the Miracles and seen him happen just but he had to stay there he had to stay there you see the man really wanted to be healed he wanted a miracle he just he just didn't know how to get there when Jesus came by and saw the man he had been in that state uh for a while he asked him do you want to be made well even in the face of the Master he questioned the possibilities even in the face of Jesus he questioned I don't think I can get there I mean I would love to but how am I supposed to get up and go I can't how many times have we ever been in a position to receive from Jesus and we have the audacity to ask him why when he has our Miracle literally just dangling in your face right above your head Within Reach here it is but we have why how how am I supposed to I'm not worthy enough for that I don't think I can receive that gift but Jesus is literally like right here it's right here sometimes I do that to my kids because they're short so I I hold like candy or something and see them jump but they want it they want it the desire is there they want the candy they'll start kicking my shins whatever it takes but they want the candy we're in the same position we want want want but yet we still have questions about God I don't know if I can God I don't know if I'm worthy I don't know if I'm able to accept the gift you have for me when Jesus Sorry God wants determination God wants determination like Pastor Bill spoke last week about the runner running the race do you not know that those who run in a race all run but one receives the prize run in such a way that you may obtain it and everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things now they do it to obtain a perishable Crown but we for an imperishable Crown Key scripture here therefore I run thus not with uncertainty thus I fight not as one who beats the air but I discipline my body and bring it into subjection lest when I have preached to others I myself should become disqualified God wants your determination the man was determined to get his healing regardless of the Miracles that have passed him by year after year after year the man still knew he wanted healing he still was waiting for it and honestly somewhere inside was still believing that the miracle was going to happen for him Isaiah 4031 it says but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength they shall Mount up with wings like eagles they shall run and not be weary they shall walk and not faint don't question the Lord don't question him if he wants to give you something it's for a purpose if he has something for you whether it's healing whether it's uh a financial blessing whatever it may be if he has it for you it's for you don't ask why I don't I don't know in all my years of living at least I don't I never asked a question as to why I was getting a gift gladly thank you amen peace and blessings so why do we have to do that to Jesus Jesus I'm I'm here Open Arms give me whatever you got I'll take it but get out of the mentality of I want want want and I will take take take what are you willing to give me says the Lord what are you willing to give me how determined are you for me determination allows you to get up and go quite literally those who wait on the Lord will get up and go quite literally they'll get up and go Jesus said get up take your bed and go determination allows you to get up and go my third point this morning third point this morning humility and obedience allows you to get up and go humility and obedience John chapter n it's about um the man that was born blind Jesus spit in some clay rubbed it on his eyes he saw I'm going to read it to you so give you some context this morning Jesus saw a man that was blind from birth and his disciples asked him saying Rabbi who sinned this man or his parents that he was born blind Jesus answered neither this man nor his parents sin but that the works of God should be revealed in him I must work the works of him who sent me while it is day the night is coming when no one can work as long as I am in the world I am the light of the world when he had said these things he spat on the ground made clay with the saliva and he Anointed The Eyes of the blind man with the clay and he said to him go wash in the pool of Siloam which is translated scent hopefully that hits you on the way to lunch or way home because we're eating here go wash in the pool of Siloam which is translated scent so he went and washed and came back seeing go wash in the pool of Siloam Jesus had no idea who the man was but the authority he told the man to go but with authority he told the man to go wash his face I don't know about you but if someone spit in the clay regardless if I can see or not if someone spit in the clay and then rubbed it on my face I ain't going to no pool I'm probably throwing up right there not me he wasn't in any state to listen to him I would have been super uncomfortable I would have totally zoned out and and and really just go to what pool what pool I got spit on my face what pool are you talking about even in his discomfort he walked to the pool us as Christians are hard-headed we just are that's fine there's there's no shame in it I'm hardheaded I'll tell you from the pull pit some of us are hard-headed there's a song you already know where I'm going with this but there's a song that Frank Sinatra sang his famous words were I Did It My Way Pastor Bill is a much better singer than I am so I'll let him sing it next time but the famous words of that song were I did it my way but how much easier would life have been for Frank and the rest of us Knuckleheads if we just let go and let God if we just obeyed God when he said move if we just listened when he said hey I think you should uh drop those friends I think you should uh get away from that job it's not healthy for your walk with me why can't we listen to those directions if we just obeyed him I'm all about getting less headaches I got four kids and a dog now I am all about getting less headaches and maybe that's where it needs to start for some of us in the room maybe we need to take a step back take inventory of our life where am I not listening to you in what am I being disobedient in what can I do differently God literally wants to be your GPS he wants to guide you in the way you're supposed to go we have to be submissive to it you're at the mercy of the GPS when you drive why is Jesus any different when you drive in a car listen to the GPS you could head to a crash you can head to uh a hazardous area but Jesus when he gives you Direction he's literally leading you in a detour around around where do we need to be obedient where do you need to be obedient at take inventory of your life I can't do it for you Pastor Bill can't do it for you it's you it's between you and God Isaiah chapter 1:19 it says if you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land if you're willing and obedient God's going to bless you he can't bless you if you don't have your hands to receive I was at a Youth Event a couple weekends ago and the preacher said uh he had a a crown in his hand and um he was he had a student come up and try to hand them the crown but his hand was in a fist he can't grab the crown if his hand is in a fist God can't bless you God can't guide you in the way he needs to guide you if your fists are like this you need to be open arms when again back to receiving something when you receive something come on give it to me God literally wants to bless you but you have to be obedient and I'm not just making this stuff up this is written in black and white and red but black and white if you are willing and obedient you shall eat the good of the land the man got up and marched over to the pool and washed his eyes and immediately saw it didn't say he had to wait for a subscription to run out it didn't say that he had to do four cartwheels in a back flip to get his healing said immediately and all he had to do was that's it God isn't going to put you in in the place of a wreck God's not going to take you to a construction site and say all right walk through it see you God's got your steps ordered I promise you God's got your steps ordered 1st Samuel 15 22 Samuel says behold to obey is better than sacrifice obedience and humility allows you to get up and go somebody say get up and go my last point this morning glory to God yeah Pastor Bill is not going to be happy on that one no are y'all getting something this morning get up and go desire allows you to get up and go desire how many in this room desire something it doesn't even have to be Godly y'all desire a new car you desire a raise at work you desire I don't know a new house desires are a part of us yes we would all agree we all desire something desire allows you to get up and go in Luke chapter 17 verses 11-19 Luke 17 11-19 it says now it happened as he went to Jerusalem that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee then as he entered a certain Village there met him 10 men who were lepers who stood AAR off and they lifted up their voices and said Jesus Master have mercy on us Jesus Master have mercy on us so when he saw them he said to them go show yourselves to the priests somebody say get up and go and so it was that as they went they were cleansed and one of them when he saw that he was healed returned and with a loud voice glorified God and fell down on his face at his feet giving him thanks and he was a Samaritan so Jesus answered and said were there not 10 cleansed but where are the nine were there not any found who returned to give glory to God except this Foreigner and he said to him arise go your way your faith has made you well get up and go get up and go you don't have to raise your hand for this but how many in the room have ever been in a position that you had to literally cry out to godo some of us too many to count that's fine I'm part of that list where you literally have no other hope where you at least where you feel like you have no other hope the only thing left to do is cry out Jesus Jesus if you hear me at all Jesus I'm here I need you to move Jesus have mercy on me have mercy on us as the lepers cried out God I don't know how this is going to work out I don't know if it will work out at all do you hear me if you do please Lord please Lord help me I'm in need of a savior the lepers were in position of want and need they wanted a miracle to cleanse them and the only way to get it done was they needed to call out to Jesus the want came with a need I want to be cleansed but I need to call out to Jesus they didn't look into how far they were standing from him because in the Bible it says they were standing a far off they didn't care about how close they were to Jesus they still called out to him they knew they had to call out to him in hopes he would hear it I came up with this not Vision but visual when an army the best sound the best sound back and I think the old revolutionary movies and things like this but the best sound wasn't plain or tanks or gunshots or any of that the best sound from the Army was when they were chanting and maybe playing music coming back home because they were victorious and I just got a visual of it I'm like man that that really is it's not the the tanks coming down the road it's not the planes that are flying back to base it's the sound of chance it's the sound of yelling it's the sound of moms and kids yelling for their dads or brothers or whoever coming back home it's a sound it's a shout although they had to endure heartache and loss the best sound was a shout the best sound was a call God is saying to you this morning the best sound is a call the best sound to me this morning is not a song that we sang this morning it's not what Jacob is preaching this morning but it's a call out to me because God is I believe God would say because I now now you realize how much you need me and I now know that you are responsible enough for what I'm about to give you a call God wants you to call out just as the lepers did Jesus have mercy on us Hing Hing they would get a healing hoping they would be cleansed God requires that from you a call he requires a point of action once the healing has been done when we realize that we are victorious we can praise God we get the help but he gets the glory we get the help but he gets the glory because of our desire to be healed or to be closer to you Lord and you answering that and visiting us even when we can't see or feel it we give you the praise we give you the honor we give you the glory Psalm 104 it says enter into his gates with Thanksgiving and into his courts with praise be thankful to him and bless his name somebody say get up and go we get up and go so that we can give praise honor and glory to Jesus and not only that but so you can give everyone you come in contact with a fighting chance against the enemy the more they know the more they'll be prepared for any attack of the enemy are you ready to get up and go that's the real question and it looks great on paper it looks fantastic but are you really willing and ready to get up and go that's not an easy answer it's not an easy thing to really see are you ready to get up and go we have a job as Christians we have a a job it's not just the preachers it's not just the people that are speaking in pull pits but you and the pews have a job and it's to bring people to know Jesus it's to be able to bring people to a place where they can get up and go think about the man the paralytic he was brought to a place he was brought to the place where Jesus was our job is to bring people to a place where Jesus is doesn't even even have to be the church but our job is to show Jesus to somebody this morning now a lot of you know I'm the youth pastor so I speak to a lot of teenagers and my biggest challenge going into this next couple weeks is they are going back to school it's all right Jesus isn't coming yet it's all right hopefully the trumpet sounds a little better than that when Jesus comes that is scary we'll look at it at lunch what was I saying oh yeah yeah so I I talked to a lot of the young people back to school thank you and I challenge them as they go back to school they might be the only bit of Jesus somebody sees they might never ever walk into a church in their life but how you carry yourself what you do what you say well this the second coming there what you do matters what you do matters so what do we do next what do we do next it says in Matthew chap 6:33 and everybody knows it's a familiar scripture but seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things shall be added to you but seek first the kingdom of God it doesn't say anything about anything else it doesn't say but seek first the new car but seek first a husband or wife but seek f it doesn't say any of that but seek first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added to you a lot of us in this room love coming to church I've been here for a long time I love coming to church but the church doesn't Define my walk with Christ what I do here is just a glimpse of what my relationship with Christ looks like being able to lead worship being able to speak into the lives of the young people in this morning your lives but we have a job we have a job maybe you're in this room watching online and you struggle with maybe obeying God maybe you struggle with obedience maybe you struggle with obedience my mom's here this morning I I have to obey her because if not why is that any different God is in charge of your eternity I'd rather get whooped 10 times before spending an eternity in hell so be obedient to God maybe we struggle sorry Mom put you on blast Maybe you struggle with obedience maybe you struggle with simply just listening or hearing God I don't want to leave any opportunity unturned this morning honestly I don't care how long you've been a part of the church this church any other Church what matters to me is that we get your eternity figured out this morning that's what matters to me if you're if you want to be in a position to get up and go if you want to be in a position I to get up and go with every head bowed every eye closed this morning if you want to be a in a position to get closer to God if you want to be in a position to be obedient to God nobody looking around the room just me and God I just want you to slip up your your hand if you want to be in a place I always say this if you want to be humbled down to a place of use if you want to be used by God I just want you to slip up your hand this morning there's hands everywhere you can put your hands down I honestly was expecting more hands but that's all right that's between you and God not me everybody in this room should want to be used by God everybody in this room should want to be used by God his use for me is going to be different from his use for you your use might be greater than his use for me but we have to be obedient we have to be humble we have to get ourselves out of the way so that Jesus would be seen in everything we do we need to be used by God in these days we can't just leave it to the preachers we can't just leave it to the people uh the ministers the prophets we can't just leave it to them you have a job this morning your job is simply to be submissive to God for him to use you you just have to be used this morning if you raised your hand this morning every head's still down if you raised your hand this morning I want to invite you to come to to the front to the altar you don't have to be a new Christian to admit that you want to be used by God maybe you've been a Christian for a long time but have maybe put the voice of God on the back burner maybe this message was a wakeup call to the people in the room whatever it may be now's the opportunity to get it right now's the opportunity to get to a position to get up and go Pastor Bill says it just like this 2third of God's name is go 2third of God's name is go we are a direct representation we are actually we were made in His image so if God's going that means we have to go if God is on the move that means we have to be on the move we have to be on the Move I'm telling you God wants to bless you but he can't bless you when he's trying to beat down a wall trying to get to you God can't bless you when you're still withholding things from him you have to let go completely and say God I Surrender I surrender to your will to your way because your way is perfect is it going to be easy absolutely not but your willingness your faithfulness is all that matters to the Lord he'll take care of that he'll take care of [Music] that so this morning in the altar we've got a mix probably a mix of new Christians that want to be used by God a mix of some oldtime Christians that want to be used by God I'm here to tell somebody in the room really everybody in the room God doesn't have a age range God wants to use use you till your last breath how do I know that I watched a video the other week and it was this preacher and he was talking about the name Yahweh woo he's talking about the name Yahweh a personal name for God and he said it just like this the very first word you speak is Yahweh what are you talking about Pastor Jacob wa when you breathe you're saying the personal name of [Music] Jesus Yahweh not only is that the first thing you say but that's the very last thing you'll ever [Music] say Yahweh God wants to use you till the very last breath is drawn it should be your desire to be used by him and although some might not be on stages like others it's perfectly fine the Bible says what you do in secret God honors in public God will honor your faithfulness you just got to get to a point to be near him you have to get to a point where you're saying God I'm here I'm ready to be used let's go I'm in it for the long haul I don't know what this is going to look like what it's going to feel like where I'm going to be in 5 years but God here it is I'm Yours everything you have for me I'm willing and ready to receive it's okay to be selfish in that manner God I'm ready for you to move in my life if you're married in the room God I'm ready for you to move in our life whether that's financially whether it is an upgrade of a house or a new vehicle or whether it's just being in a position like I am this morning and just being able to share the goodness of God we're ready we're ready get up and go after every Miracle Jesus said those words get up and go so this morning with every head bowed every eye [Music] closed I'm going to pray a blessing over you I'm going to encourage you I always tell the students this a relationship with Jesus is not a love triangle I'm not involved in your relationship with Jesus it's between you and God you and God so I'm going to encourage that you would get to a place where you can cry out to him whether that's in your bedroom whether that's in your bathroom mowing the lawn or whatever it is where you can get to a place where you can get alone with him that's all he wants when you do your half he's got the rest he's got the rest so let's pray Lord we just want to thank you this morning God many people have come up with a desire to to be used by you God I ask that you would just continue to um really help them real realize and understand that they've been made they've been built in Authority God that no mountain is too high no Valley is too wide for them to get through it God you've got them you're directing their steps you've got them in your hand so God I ask that you would humble ourselves down to a place to be used by you God and I ask the doors that need to be open would be opened God I ask the doors that need to be shut will will be shut God the things that we need to remove from our lives will be removed and God I ask that you would be added more and more and more into our lives God we know it's a process we know it may start slow but God we're ready we're ready for whatever you have for us individually we're ready for whatever you have for us as couples we're ready for whatever you have for us as a church what whatever it may be God we're leaving it to you may we always always always look to you where our help comes from it's our desire Lord this morning to live to to serve to obey to listen so we give you our lives this morning God and also if there's anyone under the sound of my voice that might not know you this morning as their lord and savior I pray that you would reveal yourself to them in only the way that you can God begin to to show them an unconditional unwavering love God that you would be able to show them peace that surpasses all understanding but God let them see the real you let them never question who you are to them [Music] draw me nearer Lord draw them near to your [Music] heart seek first the kingdom of [Music] God God we love you God we ask all these things in your matchless name in The One F beautiful name of Jesus [Music] Amen there's a song that we used to sing way back when I say way back I'm young but when I was in Youth Group it was a song called Let It Rain and although it's it's raining outside we used to say Let It Rain open the floodgates of Heaven let it it rain let it rain and that's all it was Let It Rain open the floodgates of Heaven Lord come come as you promised pour out your spirit pour out your spirit and here in that rain just reminded me this morning that's what God is going to do for you God is ready he's literally sitting at the edge of heaven with a bucket ready to pour it out I believe it we need to be in a position to receive and and this morning I believe the words that were said the the tugging and the unction in the heart I believe that we're in a we're in a position this morning I want to encourage you though as we leave this place and as we go fellowship and lunch and then leave I don't want this to be a a a Sunday or Wednesday thing you got to be willing and available every day be ready in season and [Music] out you you got to be ready for it God can split open the skies and come at any time are you ready are you ready what have you how long have you been neglecting God how long will you continue to neglect God we need to be in a position to flip the role let God have his way and he's going to pour out his blessings amongst his people it's biblical I can't make this up it's biblical God is ready to pour out his blessings over you this morning did y'all receive something this morning come on did you get something this [Music] morning I'm just uh I'm curious is there anybody that accepted Jesus as their lord and savior for the first time this morning anybody anybody just give me like a undercover wave or like a just like a something nobody all right cool great that's good news that really means that we're in a position to receive what God has for us I'm excited I don't know about you but more of Jesus in 2024 I'm all about it we're halfway there by the way we're we're halfway through the year whatever God has for us for the next half of the Year let's go I'm ready get me on the boat cuz I'm excited I'm excited get up and go get up and go this morning you all may find your seat this morning go ahead and take a seat go ahead and take a seat get up and [Music] go y'all can for whatever God has for you I'm not going to be with you for your journey a lot of us won't be with each other but God's Got You God's got you it's biblical our job is to get up and go get up and go I'm going to pray a blessing over the chicken the chicken that gave its life I don't know if your dog's going to heaven your cat's definitely not going to heaven but the Blessed [Music] chicken can you tell I've been at this shirt for a while the Blessed chicken gave his more life for preachers there's going to be a corner in heaven just for them but let's pray a blessing over the food this morning Lord we just want to thank you again for just meeting us here in this room God I ask that you would uh bless the food as we partake in it bless the fellowship take every calorie away God I ask that you would also just begin to do a work on our heart to be able to get up and go do your will in our lives and that people would see it and come to know you God I ask that you would be with us as
