Dallas Cowboys Release SURPRISING 2024 Depth Chart Ahead of Regular Season!

oh dang we may have spoke too soon y'all the deuce is in fact not loose now he is on his depth chart but we going to take a look at this this don't look good for duvon but there are quite a few surprises on here and all I got to say is oh Lord I hope we have a rookie class like the Lions did last season where a lot of guys were contributors because we're going to be forced to have that or we're gonna suck let's get right into the first depth chart for the Dallas Cowboys 2024 season now I'mma preference this by saying I fully believe our rookies are going to show out y'all I think our rookies are really going to live up to the hype that we as Cowboys fans have kind of gotten ourselves up to because we've really learned about these guys and seen what they're capable of but the rest of the league they ain't going to know where hit them and that's why the rest of the league should be very very afraid cuz we got some rookies that I think are going to be in position to make major impacts this season and we may have guys on the same team battling for Rookie of the Year I'm going explain let's get right into this depth chart though first things first wide receiver CD lamb jayen Brooks is his spell man then we got left tackle Tyler gon there's our first rookie he's protecting The Blind Side of an all pro quarterback he is going to have an immense amount of responsibilities heaped on those mountainous shoulders of his and I think that I think that just like all along I think that he's capable of doing it man some of y'all be doing too much bro all right let me stop let me stop Tyler giden is going to have an excellent season Tyler Smith is our starting left guard obviously TJ baz is listed as his backup Cooper BB another rookie our third round draft pick out of Kansas State Cooper BB our starting center with Brock Hoffman coming in behind him I think Cooper BB is another guy that's he's starting to get the attention of some NFL veterans and NFL Legends and pundits because they are starting to see some of the qualities that many of us that have been diving into his film and just really diving deep on this guy pause uh you know what I'm grown I ain't got to pause no pause take that pause back but many of us that have been really just diving deep on Cooper BB's film a lot of us have gotten extremely excited about what this kid is capable of bro and I think think that Cooper BB is another guy that's going to have an amazing season and I wouldn't be surprised at all that based off the kind of season I think the Cowboys offense is going to be having I think Cooper BB could possibly be a rookie that finds himself in the Pro Bowl I'm just saying think about the centers that's in the NFC and then think about the fact that the Pro Bowl is largely based off of who the fans know the most and Cooper BB is undoubtedly going to get a ton of Pro Bowl votes trust me but then we got Zack Martin at Right Guard TJ baz listed behind him as as well so TJ bass doing double duty probably until Tuma edoga gets back then I would expect that the seam Richards is going to be moved down into that left guard position or not move down but move to the right into that left guard position is a backup and then chuma is going to be the backup left tackle I suspect that's what we're going to see and then we'll see TJ bass only be the backup Right Guard essentially um then we have Terence Steele and Matt wetco listed is his backup at tight end we have Jake Ferguson then we have Luke schoon maker something interesting Brevin span for listed ahead on the depth chart over John Stevens All right so very very interesting to note there uh Brevin span for is someone I'm going be quite honest man uh span for did not really impress me a whole lot with nothing that he really has done all offseason from training camp to preseason games um so I'm kind of surprised that he's listed over a John Stevens like that so that's that's kind of interesting there um I don't know about that one but either way uh the other wide receiver position Brandon Cooks is wide receiver to Jaylen tobert is wide receiver three then you see Jaylen Brooks is wide receiver four then we have Ryan floi is wide receiver five and then we have kavante Turpin coming in as wide receiver six uh Dak Prescott obviously the starter Cooper Rush is the backup the Trey Lance experiment has been a massive failure I don't don't know what to tell you guys anymore the debate is over the debate is not worth having we're not going to be talking about a third string possibly being capable of taking the job of a starting quarterback especially when that third string quarterback had the deck stacked for him in his favor for him to win the backup quarterback position and he still didn't so ah I think we're just going to have to bag up off the Tre LS thing again I'm not going to pile on to the kick cuz I hope he he's ultimately successful and and this isn't about trying to make TR lands look bad it's more so a thing of where you got people so ignorant in the fan base and they say such outlandish things that people that understand or in tap to reality they have to say what reality is and and be like brutally honest with them and then take the opportunities to be like see look how stupid you look we have to take those opportunities and and unfortunately it really comes at the expense of the players a lot of the time so that's why I think this overall we as a we as a community just need to start just like not entertaining the ignorant just just stop entertaining it just stop giving them attention because that's what they want because they don't get it at home and that's why they do what they do running back very interesting Ezekiel Elliott is listed as the starting running back for the Dallas Cowboys we also have Rico D um as the backup and then Hunter lepy and Duce Von pay attention to where Deuce is listed on these depth charts all right because it it kind of it has some ominous foreshadowing attached to it now as far as the running backs go I'm going to be honest honest I'm not surprised I knew Zeke was probably going to be the starter there cuz there just no way they're going to bring him back to bring him off the bench Zeke is going to be the starter Dak best buddy um he knows the offense for the most part you know what I'm saying I'm sure there's slight tweaks and stuff to it but he knows what's going on and just ultimately Zeke is the proven guy Zeke is the proven guy um if Zeke gets the chance to tote that rock and we see that he can't get through a hole then then get Rico up in there and make Zeke the running back too you know what I'm saying but uh is the proven guy right now as of this point Rico hasn't really just proven himself in the league and you know it it's that's an unfortunate situation where he had an opportunity where he was going to get to show whether or not he could be a running back one but at the end of the day I don't think calboy fans are even the front office apparently even wanted to see that happening so Ezekiel Elliott running back one here quit crying I know some of y'all oh nobody cares nobody cares all right defensive end Demarcus Lawrence chy Goldston Tyrus wheat all right nothing surprising there uh then we have Mazy Smith lenval Joseph uh then we have defensive tackle Osa adigi zua Jordan Phillips the other defensive end spot we have Michael Parsons and marshan Ne now something very interesting that you may notice from this depth chart is the Cowboys are light at linebacker the reason that that is interesting is they're light at linebacker but technically they have more defensive ends than what they need and that's because Michael Parsons is going to be moving moving around a lot y'all that's what this depth chart is showing me right now is that Michael Parson is going to be moving around a lot cuz essentially the Cowboys have five linebackers on the roster and they have three linebackers starting right so somebody doesn't have a backup that's because some one of them guys is going to be going to the bench here and there it's probably goingon to be Deone Clark for the most part it's probably gonna be Deone Clark going to the bench when it's time to go to the bench and I I suspect we see Micah get closer to that 50/50 split between lining up off The Edge and and playing some off ball backer right so I think that that's more so the plan for Michael Parsons and I think the dep chart kind of reflects that I think Marshon nean is going to get a lot of burn at that defensive end position anytime mic is not over there that's when you're going to see Marshon nean and that's why I feel like marshan nean is going to have a huge opportunity to get a rookie of the year a Defensive Rookie of the Year nod because playing in this type of Defense that's going to be generating pressures that's going to be generating turnover right he's going to be a recipient of a ton a ton of 101s he's going to be a recipient of a ton of of just chaos going on with Michael Parson being moved around and Mike Zimmer just being the The Mastermind behind all this right I think Marshon nean could be someone that ends up tremendously benefiting from the Dallas Cowboys defense being set up the way it is and I think that that could catapult him into having a gudy sack number season and it could lead him into being in in those talks right so Marshal nean is one guy to watch the other guy that I want to kind of bring up here we're going to talk about in just a second the linebackers again mariss Lal still listed as a starter so I guess that dude has really like he's earned that position that's his spot um so very very interesting there Eric Kendricks is the Mike uh Buddy Johnson is his backup Deone Clark again no one behind him because I suspect we see a lot of Micah we'll probably see some demarvion overon coming in and spelling him as well um then we have Trevon digs CJ Goodwin is his backup um Jordan Lewis is our nickel corner and Israel Mamu was his backup kayn Carson is the other guy that I feel like could potentially set himself up to have a tremendous season and put himself in a situation where he could possibly be in the running for that Defensive Rookie of the Year award I wouldn't be surprised at all we have two rookies on our team battling it out for that award because he's going to be a starter and he's going to be one of our starting DBS and again with the way this defense is up and Michel chasing the quarterback around and Aaron throws being thrown and kayin Carson if he shows up the way he has been if he lives up to his nickname seat belt and His Hands ain't made of stone he should have a lot of opportunities to really kind of be a Don blend 2.0 and shock everyone so Kaylin Carson marshan nean I would not be surprised at off those dudes names are in the running for a Defensive Rookie of the Year by the end of the season U then our starting safe Donovan Wilson Malik hooker Maris Bell and W Thomas listed after them our specialist obviously Brandon Aubrey Brian anger Trent SE um kavante Turpin and Rico D are the two kick return guys remember there's two kick return guys this season Duce didn't even get a nod for one of those spots um so with Duce not getting a nod for a kickoff return spot or a punt return spot kavante ter sted for both of those when dvin Cook gets called up it may be the end of the do show y'all it may be the end of the de show cuz I think they like Hunter Ley better than de Von so yeah that's what the 2024 Dallas Cowboys dep chart tells me let me know down in the comments below what it tells you and this was this was this was very very interesting we still same old calling
