uh I think I played a really good match um she's a really tough player she's playing good this year so it's tough to play her she defend very well uh but I think I I played a really solid match um I was trying to control every point but also to be calm to to build the point with um with calm and maybe play one one more shot each time don't don't rush you you know during the point so I think I did did a great job name an affiliation please hands Willie you next play mova and she was just in here and said she's a fan of yours me too I'm a fan of her I'm a fan of her she's playing unbelievable I really love how she plays uh she can play every shots every shot SL volle serving volleys so she's a very complete player I think very tough opponent but I think um and I hope we can play a really really good match what do you think are the similarities and differences between you she's I think she's serving better than me uh she's taller so easier for her but um I don't know I think she has a little bit different um game of of me because she's I think um she has more variet like she's lies sering volley me little bit less I cannot lice that much as her but you know um I don't know what to expect I I think I played last time here uh against her in in in the qualifying second round I think in 2018 19 I don't know so a long time ago um have still to speak with my coach about the match and yeah with it CHR Jasmine Chris with us open congrats on you win thank you um talking about your game this year just want wonder is are there any shots or elements of your game that you're exe executing better than ever uh I think I can serve better um also the return I think I improved a little bit uh the forehand when I defend as well um I think lot of parts of the game you know um I think also confidence helps a lot when you have more matches um on your belt you play better H you feel better the ball you you play deeper maybe as well so um a little a lot of things you know that uh came together but also volleys I think getting better from Davos so lot of things David hi jine David Kane tennis.com talking about confidence how does the confidence translate on the court for you does it make you see the ball better does it help you make better decisions does it make you feel more positive when things maybe aren't going your way what is how does the confidence help you I think everything you said I mean uh you see better the game um you you take maybe uh better choices um when you are under pressure not always of course but um I think so and I think you play as I said before deeper in the court maybe um so lot of things uh but yeah more more or less are this jine you talked a lot about not wanting to be compared to other players and Writing Your Own Story what does your story look like over the next say couple months or even years um yeah I'm you know I'm trying to as I said to focus on my story this year has been amazing um I played a lot of first times uh things you know first time I won two matches in as um now I made second week in every slam so something that crazy if they told me at the beginning of the year before the Australian Open that I don't know what I was thinking you know but um it's it's a really good moment for me um I hope to I as I say always to to keep this level as much as possible I'm really having fun playing at this level I really enjoy um this is I think uh what I was dreaming uh you know um of to play at this level for with this consistency in this kind of um tournaments uh stadiums with a lot of people so it's really nice to be in this position any other questions in English last one Chris Jasmine what do you think it will take for you to keep that level that you speak of in the in the next weeks and even for the next few years uh I think we have to to work to try to improve uh always you know in the little things that can be better uh we can proove serve as more I think we can improve return uh we try to improve every day something you know because if you stay I think in the same um at the same level you will go back you know you have to try to to to add something always at your game game you have to be to to be smart to understand the the game to understand the opponent um I think you have also to be um in a good try to be in a good mood every time because it's not easy every tournaments it's different you you maybe like more um tired sometimes so it's not easy but I think uh you have to to be always with the mindset with low expectations but try to to do things well and to try to give your 100% every day okay
