How To Win A Real Fantasy Football League (ESPN)

all right I've probably had a thousand comments asking for an ESPN draft this year I wasn't going to do a Draft on ESPN but we actually had Jack reaching out to us wanting to get a little bit of help in a draft we're going to go undercover we are going to draft his real 2024 fantasy football league today my guy how are you doing this is big time for those of you watching I just won my draft's trivia which allowed me to pick the order of the draft so I talked to Mason we decided to be best if we went with the four spot and uh kind of just threw my boys in wherever but this is this is my only league so my heart's pounding right now I I know and this is what's best is these League settings are like very common that this like what everybody watching this video kind of plays in like a 10 team two wide receiver One Flex format which I I don't play in myself I I play in a 12 team with two Flex so I don't typically cover stuff like this on the channel so I think this will literally be perfect for like just the regular person in a regular fantasy football league yeah man I'm excited because I've always wanted to see some ESPN content from you too I know a lot of people use Underdog or draft in Yahoo or whatever but this is the only place I go so this is this is exciting awesome well we're gonna have a bunch of time between picks so we're gonna have a lot to talk about we get pick four so I was telling you that I'm fine going with any of the top five guys with CMC lamb Tyreek Bree beon and essentially we just wanted a top five pick but what are you what are you wanting here like dude I don't know I picked bejon last year and um obviously like with Arthur Smith that was tough you know it let me down I really think he's probably one of the most talented guys so I would love to watch him play and root for him but at the same time like I feel like CD's volume is going to be insane so uh I don't know I I if he falls to us if cidd or Tyreek Falls to us if I mean dude if CD Tyreek and bjan are all there I'm gonna have a really tough time I'm GNA need your guidance yeah well I think CMC just went off at one it's hard to look at this like ESPN draft board I wish they oh we can look at pick history okay there we go there we go yeah he had CMC last year as well really good guy Benny we love him um but no surprise there I bet pasta goes with uh h real quick Pick yeah I mean he's the wide receiver one now that he signs the deal unless you want Tyreek I mean you can go Tyre or C lamb I I'm fine ranking either at one but I know before the call you were saying that you wanted lamb I feel like feel like maybe God chat what would you do in this position what would you do I mean can everybody spam the chat are you going lamb or Tyreek after the contract situation dude he's younger we got to go CD I mean he just signed $134 million deal like we have we have to right all right let's take him let's go but the only thing is this is like a two wide receiver One Flex league so we need to CD B sorry I had to had to let the boys know all good uh but um real quick people in the chat asking if you have a channel that they can sub to if y'all don't know Jack I don't Jack has eight million followers on Instagram compared to us us sitting here at 4,000 so I'm gonna I'm gonna catch him this is the football season like I'm passing you honestly I could see it happening and you got to start somewhere I had 4,000 once and that's actually a lot of people no lie so yeah you know I don't have a channel on YouTube I'm not like I don't claim to be like a fantasy expert I'm certainly not um so I don't know why you guys would want to follow me I don't have any real you know nothing to give you guys but um but you know we're here we're here you can watch me here and you can watch Mason all year perfect perfect well yeah the main thing is just hoping that we get a running back making it back to us and yeah that's why I was saying like when we got to what is your league usually do because I know like the usual fantasy football leagues you will see like running backs especially on ESPN just flying up draft boards we all of a sudden like rounds six seven and eight they're like the best wide receivers that you would never think could be there are actually there yeah like I mean I feel like last year I went I went running back running back I was the 10th pick I went saquan or bejan and saquon and I don't know I just want to I'm glad we switched it up this year because I don't think I've ever taken a wide receiver in the first round there goes Tyreek and Aman perfect well we we want some wide receivers going like like yeah we we need who okay so if you look at the players real quick like who who do you hope Falls I mean obviously saquon's not GNA fall to us jir Kiren Isaiah full PPR right I'm assuming yeah full PPR if Gibbs Falls to us it's a dream so actually news just broke that like I I'm sure you're not on like fantasy football Twitter or anything no I don't even go on Twitter honestly yeah but um like f fantasy football Twitter is like a thing and everybody's losing their mind because earlier today sea McVey just came out and he said that Kiren is going to be returning punts so people are like panicking about kyen Williams I'm sure nobody in this league that's drafting here cares or even knows that that's a thing you know definitely not no but um so before that news I think kir would be a great pick in round two for us after it I I don't know it'll be tough I mean we can ask the chat and obviously whatever you want but um if Gibbs Falls to us I I'm sorry you have no choice we have to go Jim Gibbs if Gibbs Falls all right I mean listen isn't David Montgomery still there I mean like listen I don't claim to know a whole lot here but is he still the guy he so the thing is mcgomery had like the touchdown usage at the beginning of the year where if they got inside the five yard line like they took Gibbs out and they put mcgomery in but at the end of last season they stopped doing that where they started giving some of the work to Gibbs inside the five yard line and if that's gonna happen this next year and you have Gibbs with like the receiving role it's like the same situation that you had back in Green Bay with Aaron Jones and Jamal Williams like you saw it with Alvin Kamar back in the day with like um Alvin Kamar and Mark Andrews where he gets like every Target out of the back field and gets the usage inside the five yard lines from a PPR perspective he can just be an absolute monster so I'm kind of fine doing that but he goes at 11 so we don't get him anyway okay so he let's say he goes let's say uh would you be fine taking Peko like is that like is I you know is he gonna is he gonna be he is the guy in KC yeah I mean it is just so damn tough because like I would just never consider Pacho in like a regular League like I just look at like the leagues that I draft in like Harrison would go way before him like peo would be a third and Harrison would go at like Pick 12 or 13 but you know your league mates and like I said this is a league where running back's going to be very hard to come by so this is why I think this is gonna be like this gonna be a good stream because like this is this is like the regular fantasy football league people play in and the the like absolute die hards the drafts just look completely different like the drafts on Underdog look very different than this well yeah don't you guys like don't wide receivers go quicker in those kind of drafts or am I tripping yeah no like you'll see on Underdog like 30 wide receivers off the board before the tight end won but obviously that's Underdog I'm I'm talking about like even like regular ESPN Not ESPN like sleeper redraft leagues wide receivers will go earlier even if it's not best ball but AJ Brown goes to pick 12 if Brown would have made it to us we'd have had a take him and would have been nuts wait okay so now we're on pick 13 wait let me see the who are who's available real quick so we're up in I think one two three four four or five picks and there's Taylor puka Kyon Pacho Henry eten alve Harrison what do you think about Derrik Henry like is he too old is he gonna be a top 10 guy so for me with Derrik Henry he's gonna turn 31 in January and since this is a PPR format he's not going to catch the ball so I would if it was my team I would take Derrik Henry but we do need a running back is it crazy like someone like a like aan like are like is he like I don't even know where his ADP is I don't see would rather have hn like if you look at like the super sharp drafts hn goes way way higher than this like I think honestly anan's like we for sure take him in round three okay and you think he'll fall that far I mean based on based on like what it's showing here like your league M will your league mate scroll down to make a pick or they typically picking one or two guys might but okay and like I mean he's not flying under the radar like everybody saw what he did last year when he was healthy so like I mean but clearly his ADP on ESPN is way low so they might just have the rank up and not even have the ADP I don't know what most guys are like filtering yeah so that's that's why I switch so if we yeah that guy just took peo so if we're sorting by rank you can see the ranks with how it looks like here if this is what you think your league mates are going to be looking at and we can also sort by ADP so not in neither case hn is anywhere close to the top so your leag mates would have to scroll down a bunch which I will say like aan and Jacob should be way higher than this like if you look at where they go in like high stakes drafts they go like way ahead of guys like Joe Mixon Rashad white and those names it's just crazy to see like the ADP and rankings like this ah dude okay so it's just based on what you're seeing I know there's two more picks but like who I mean because PCO went and you don't want Kiren I I think I don't even know am I saying his name right Kiren I've never even had him on my team I don't know I don't know what to call the guy okay now the nuts thing is if pukan deua Falls to us would you be willing to go like pug Anda pair him up with lamb dude it's so I've never done wide receiver wide receiver I don't know I I mean dude I I have no idea what to do I mean what about like Marvin Harrison Jr I I think you have to go puka over Harrison if puka is there but I mean what would be interesting is if we could go like puka here in the second and if you think we can get hen or um Jacobs in the third the thing is like what running backs will be available in this league in rounds four and five so we we have to go do we have or or like God that's so tough well what did what did this team team that's on the clock do in the first round the team in the that's on the clock right now in the first round they did Tyreek yeah they went Tyreek so maybe they're stressing about the same thing maybe they're I don't no dude he he's Carefree he has no idea I mean he he has an idea but he's definitely just like best player guy you're wanting with so I think maybe we in the second I mean definitely not a la for me I for me I'm not on board there Travis etm we haven't talked about him at all Adams kind of screwed me last year so I kind of have like a grudge against him right now this is tough Drake London could be a superstar I thought he was gonna break out last year but oh my god do we need a running I mean if we can get Anan next round I'm comfortable going with like a stud wide receiver okay well I I think the best receivers here are Harrison London in that case I mean is Harrison what do you think of Trey McBride is he just gonna take all of the targets no I I think Harrison we got 20 seconds though okay Harrison or etn I guess right your call your call I'm find out way what what would what would you this is my whole year this is like I this is bragging rights you know what I'm saying like I have to nail this draft I can't believe I just went wide receiver wide receiver but for for this league do you all have any um punishments for last and any interesting for first the thing is nobody really sticks to it um it is a $500 Buy in so like the winner does get a decent amount um at the end I think second place gets a little as well and then third gets their money back and um and you also get a really sick customized Blazer that says oh that's really cool it's so we just actually unveiled the very first one it's very much like a masters jacket uh but it's uh it's velvet and it's Kelly Green because we're the Kelly and it says the Kelly right here and some I want one bad that's really what I'm doing this for I want a Kelly jacket well let's get it let's get it um alive and etn go immediately after so I think we will get we definitely should look to go running back because the thing is like they have to so in my league what I did this year I I think I sent you the Vlog for it it's the flock it was the flock League I think most people watching this live stream have probably seen the but that's like my that's my redraft league like that's the one that I really care about other than all the underdog drafts I've been doing but there I went like I spammed wide receivers at the beginning I went like Chase Nico Devonte Smith and like Sam leaport Amari Terry mclen but it was a 12 team League that was like um you could start two wide receivers and two flexes so like I could get them all into my starting lineup you know and then Target running backs later on the issue with this is It's Only 10 Team league and you only have one Flex spot so you can't just like continue to take the wide receivers even if they are values later because it will'll just put you in such a tough spot at running back wait can you show can you make sure we're seeing the um who's going off the board or did no one go after etn yet no so um we took Harrison then alive etn and Nico Collins went after okay I can't I don't know if chat oh chat can okay never mind my bad I didn't have this full screen um Nico to to Benny Benny Benny's the kind of guy who's like he doesn't prioritize fantasy and last year I don't know I don't know what a lot of points is in a 10-man PBR but like I think he scored like 2,000 God I don't know I don't want to say the wrong number but he just nonchalantly kind of walked into like third place but like he was clearly the front the front runner going into the playoffs and he's just this big dude super jacked he's like a person trainer and it's it's fun seeing him win because because he just you know it doesn't happen all the time so I hope he drafts a good team what he's got CMC he's got Nico he's got I don't know who he took oh that's it he only has two guys yeah yeah he's on the clock here with a third his options are like Henry Kelsey Adams Allen Mahomes Pitman oh he didn't take Nico wait are there two team Wilkinsons hold on no so he he got Nico but he just to go back to back D obviously he's the first pick okay my bad listen I'm so he just went Mike Evans so he went wide receiver wide receiver which helps us so his brother-in-law is Baker Mayfield So he has oh really yeah his like that's why you know he wants to go see Evans win you know it doesn't matter how old it doesn't matter nothing he just wants to be able to cheer so that's a really good pick for him if my brother-in-law was Baker Mayfield I'd probably go Rashad White Mike Evans Chris God one with my first three picks and Then followed up with Baker Mayfield in the fourth hey it might work what so two of the guys their brothers team silk and uh Team Wilkinson obviously their brothers their brother-in-law together is is is Baker and they always battle like last year silk had Rashad and um he actually started Baker over Lamar a couple weeks and it paid off it was nuts that's hilarious he just does it he just he'll just he he loves his brother so you know I I respect it oh for for sure and that's what like I I think we talked about this on the live stream like earlier in the off SE and someone said like because Austin Eckler is like a fantasy football Advocate blah blah blah like Austin Eckler fantasy football videos and someone was like oh where do you think Austin neckar drafts himself this year I was like if I was in the N I would just like immediately if I had any association to any player in the NFL in my fantasy league they go round one I take them round one you know like if if I'm Austin Eckler I'm taking myself with my first pick I mean dude has anyone Fallen that far what what was his ADP last year like three real real quick we are on the clock so no no no one more right isn't big Uncle on the on the clock okay you're right you're right um he's gonna take he's gonna take Josh Allen if I mean I feel like he loves he loves himself some Josh Allen maybe not whoever what do you think of that in this who do you just take he didn't take anybody I just switched it to running back so we could look okay I mean dude is there's no way hn Falls to round four right no no I don't think we risk it I think we can maybe and see Josh Jacobs fall back to us is H is he the guy like is is he the guy like is he going to be taking the first snap of the entire season for Miami so what I've been saying is like typically when you see like he was the most efficient running back in the NFL last year like yeah like if he averaged eight yards per carry and if he does that again this year he will go down like if he does that through his entire NFL career he'll be the best running back in NFL history that's not happening right so the yards per car you're going to come dramatically down but typically like those guys that go into year two they see a much larger workload but hn weighs 188 Pounds so it's like how much larger of a workload can he reasonably see that's the thing well can't they feed the guy are they feeding him are they making sure he's like lifting and you know squatting they bought him some way that they're making sure he's on the mass gainer I mean he's fast though and that has you know that's why I'm down I'm down for aan if that's who you want I think he's the best running back available is he oh my God I mean is it a reach do you feel like it's a reach right here I don't think so at all in high stakes drafts he goes in round two like in in the draft that I was in um like my main League The Flock League which has like a bunch of other fantasy football creators and stuff in it there I think hn went at like the very beginning of the second round chat where are we going come on I need you we only got everybody spam the chat who are you wanting I think we need a running back here with this format is he going to just is he is he going to break an ankle every other week like that's what we can't have as some some people saying Jacobs but I think we could possibly get Jacobs on the way back around round four let's go hent come on good offense we invest in good offenses 100 100% let's go that's what we do if I far you Flex on the league mates Flex on them a Chan number one RB in the league after week 10 let's go wa what I did in the flock is every time I made my pick like I I took like my first player was um my first running back was like James Conor I would take him and go my running back one overall James Conor running back one of my rankings let's get him honestly nobody had much to say after I said that so I felt like I didn't need a flex that hard maybe but he's my rb1 I don't know what's crazy to see here too is like in high stakes drafts Michael Pitman goes like here Pitman went at pick 23 in high stakes drafts pulling up the wide receivers Adams London metf Diggs Debo auk Moore cup Smith Wadd neighbors um flowers tank Dell all those guys go before Pitman like here is ESPN ADP was crazy high and he goes extremely high in this one too well he did I mean he was kind of like a a wreck hog last year no like wasn't didn't he have like 10 11 wrecks or wreck games like consistently not like average throughout the whole season what the hell is a wreck game oh like like receptions like huge W game Sorry Sorry You Know listen I don't know like a wreck pickup basketball game at the Y yeah doesn't he like play at the Y like on Saturdays and that's how he's so warm for Sundays hey you said Team Silk's one of the guys that oh he got Rashad there you go yep no and he had him last year I don't know I like Rashad feel like he's I mean catches the ball especially in a PPR format the manag is going to get a ridiculous amount of Target volume yeah yeah I mean he would have like 50 yard touchdown but he caught the ball like two yards behind the line of scrimmage you know so well how are you feeling about the team so far what what do we have we have I Harrison Anan I feel I what what I love about hen is really good offense top five offense what I love about lamb demands the ball he's gonna get a lot of wrecks I think him and Dak have that you know undeniable chemistry right I'm like I'm I'm reasoning all these right just so funny here um Rex how do you never call it a wreck you know y'all call it Rex no and can someone in the chat let Harrison the only thing is like I don't know much I haven't studied up on Cardinal football over the offseason like are is that going to be a really bad offense so right now what I look at because I'm like the first person to admit I'm an idiot I don't know anything so I just look at like what sports books are putting out with like their um over unders every week their um the lines that they put out every week to get like there's something called an implied team total that a sports book will essentially project how many points an offense is going to score and right now Sports books are projecting throughout the course of the entire year Arizona to be like pretty much an average offense but I'm telling you right now if we were to like post this league like just say on Twitter like with the fantasy football like die hards yeah they would lose their mind for the fact that we got lamb Harrison aan like this is a phenomenal start the thing is because on that's music to my ears Mason God you got me howling over here man this is like this is what I want the hell yeah but um because it's such a weird League like I don't know if we're gonna be able to find running backs later but we'll see we'll see this is literally exactly what I did in like the flock League where I was just like um spazz and for Arby's late in the draft but at least we have aan so we should be good I mean okay so let's take a look forward like who's gonna who's gonna be there when we need him I'm surprised your league mates haven't taken Devonte Adams I figured like Adams was like for just the Casual fantasy football players Adams was like a lock for round two really I I feel like my league like I was trying to like trade him all last year and I just don't think they like investing in bad offenses for the most part but someone's going to take them obviously I'm surprised no one also passing on quarterback which is very interesting this is not how I would expect like a this is not how I expected this draft to go I mean listen everybody in this league loves football no one's just like not watching on Sunday no one's forgetting their lineup like this is definitely a competitive home League you know I mean if it's a $500 buying I'd imagine it is yeah no and yeah people want people want to win the money and honestly more than anything though people want bragging rights it's a huge huge um [ __ ] talking league is are you the only content creator in the league um God I don't even know if I would call myself a content creator I don't know if I've posted in like five months um no there's a couple of us who came up uh I don't know if anybody remembers like Vine I mean this is you know showing my age I'm 27 and I you know I graduated high school in 2014 and Vine was huge in 2014 when I was in high school I don't know if anybody oh I I remember I was in 2014 I was a freshman in high school so that's like all everybody and I think the majority of people watching this are kind of my age because I think the majority a large portion of people that watch this started watching me when I was in college and they've kind of like grown with me if that makes sense I don't feel like I've had that many people leave me so I think a lot of people watching this are in their late 20s essentially all right well so yeah like if yeah I mean I see some people yeah Vine was Tik Tock before trying to owned it yeah I mean you know pretty much right Vine 32 32 is still young Eric no worries but yeah some C Clark just comes in says I'm 14 hey if you're 14 you definitely don't know Vine you were about I don't know three when it came out but um yeah some of us guys like started on Vine me and my buddy bold Logan his name's actually Jack and um he and I like came up together on Vine and just like parlayed that into more social media like Instagram and whatnot but we make music for a living like that's actually what we do is we like produce and um I sing and and he like raps and we're in a music group and so that's like where that's like the passion you know like I guess social media kind of just came along with it have you have you always wanted to do that you know I didn't really like I'm from Omaha Nebraska so like I was never really like a like oh like I'm gonna be a recording artist like no one you know I was gonna go to like Nebraska and like you know just I don't know work sorry to cut you off I went to Omaha once when I was I went to like the Junior College World Series or whatever when I was like on a little baseball team at 13 I freaking I had barely been anywhere I was a Suburban kid but I loved Omaha Omaha's A vibe you know in the College World Series are there that's a really fun time we got a really big zoo zoo is cool but not much else honestly I'm G to be honest with you you got to go to Lincoln for Nebraska football which by the way we're going to win the championship in the next 10 years nebras fan oh my God huge okay I take it you're a Texas fan of course H morren do you remember uh oh man I don't know if you were I'm not that much older than you but like Colt McCoy days were you a big fan then so I actually real quick Jacobs goes I was hoping that we were GNA get Jacobs in round four it is sneaky carpet munchers he's a sneaky guy is is he good at drafting nah I don't know man sometimes he is sometimes s you just don't know what he's doing but he's sneaky all around he's a finesser but yeah I I didn't know I was GNA go to UT I wasn't a UT fan lit until literally the year I went to UT which is like 2014 I definitely remember the cold McCoy days because I grew up in Texas of course dude yeah you guys beat us but you didn't really like in reality everyone knows there was not one second left on the clock and then like for whatever reason someone paid off the ref they put a second back on the clock you guys kicked like a 25 yard field goal it was bad nadic su he was crying kneeling on the 50 yard line it was tough because I think we were both in the top five in that time and that was kind of like a turning point for us I think it was like 2012 or something I don't know was like a freshman or I don't know I was really sad though man I'm a dieh hard Nebraska fan so yeah sorry sorry I I guess nebr I mean Texas is is obviously really good still and we're just not yeah have the nil uh money here essentially like I saw a clip I don't follow things too much I'm going to try to get into it because one thing that's bad about like me just being so DieHard fantasy football it's hard for me to root for any teams like I don't have a favorite NFL team that I like me neither and so I'm gonna try to like really get into rooting for UT football but I have seen just from like the nil money like literally like a viral like Instagram reel where like there was like 10 of our top recruits that we had this year um the Lamborghini shop that was literally like two miles down the road from where I live dud bought it bought all like the 18-year-olds Guin and they were just parked outside the stadium oh I saw the same clip I think and yeah like of course you're going to go to UT if if you are like why Nebraska needs to get on that man like Warren Buffett's there like can he just give a couple of these kids you know got we're coming Up's figure out who you want we have the option to go with an elite quarterback or an elite tight end Chad is that crazy I mean dude if we had Josh Allen like okay first off if we get Josh Allen this team is insane dude you're making you are literally making my heart grow it like the way you were talking about this team I'm excited about it all right so is Bill are the Bills like no digs like I don't know what are people saying right now Sports books are saying that the bills will be a top five scoring offense one thing that's interesting to point out though is so I'm assuming your league mates aren't League mates that are going to take two quarterbacks right especially not this early no but there's no there's no way the guy at goes like is uh the gizzards of mayorca who is I think like pick seven he would he would do that he's going to take Gardner muu in like the eighth round I okay I'm guessing he's yeah but if if so if we don't have to worry about the teams after us going like actually we could essentially guarantee that we get one of Josh Allen Mahomes Jaylen Herz Lamar one of them will make it back so if we wanted to if you like Sam leapor we could get the elite tight here and then get an elite quarterback in round five I don't know which quarterback will fall but if you have a m massive preference on QB we could grab him now or if you wanted to go like Wide Receiver right now we could the issue is going over and looking at running back do you think it's this is the dead zone apparently I think this is yeah usually like R Dead Zone really exists but specifically in this league where we saw all your league mates go with like the actual exciting running backs we're at the point of the draft like we're taking rre Stevenson versus like Josh Allen or Sam leapor is just really bad who did he just take did he he just took Sam leapor goes into our starting lineup you know like Harrison win into our starting lineup so it's not like we're just taking wide receivers that are going to go on our bench and not really make an impact so running back two looks a little gross but you're willing to go you're willing to make waiver wire moves during the season right dude of course I mean the only problem is so uh a lot of the T A lot of my um sorry I just forgot English I think a lot of my uh League mates are on the west coast okay so waivers go through I don't know how it works on any other platform but on ESPN they go through in the middle of the night I think on Tuesday or Wednesday yeah and uh a lot of my guys are like you know they like to party so they're up at 2 am when waivers go and I have I have a two-year-old daughter you know like I'm closer to waking up than to going to bed so like there's no chance I'm up at 2 am making waiver moves and so they won't put in a claim they'll just wait so their so their claim can go super high when like you know last year like puka came out of nowhere and K Kiron came out of nowhere and like they were one and two on the waivers specifically these two guys and so that's the only thing I'm worried about with waivers is um yeah they they just they're like zombies man they're just waiting that that's hilarious what Josh Allen just went but and Malik yeah my dad told me he has to he used to have to do it on newspapers and they would only count the touchdowns because it was hard to find anything else so it's like a there' be touchdown only leagues I mean that's that doesn't sound very fun but hey back in the day if that was all you had to do then you got to do it but good thing we went Montgomery because now you have like Stevenson Jones Brian Robinson all off the board so it does look like these guys are continuing to take running backs yeah yeah I I don't like ra Andre I don't know that's just a gut feeling though I mean he's probably a yeah probably is important to know for the rest of the draft because you know I mean I never want a draft just to like have trade bait but like it's just good to know I don't know like so now you would say let's fill up on so we can pretty much do anything here I definitely think like if there's a running back that you really like like if you really like Nai Warren javante Pard we can definitely go with the running back is Pard like why is he so far down like I know he wasn't spectacular last year but the number one one Tennessee is not supposed to be a great offense and two this coach staff came out and said that um between Tony Pard and Taj Spears it really is going to be a split backfield where they said like there's no actual starter and it's just um Whoever has the hot hand is going to get it but then in the preseason they actually um left Spears out with the backups and took Pard off the field so I definitely think if you had to take one between the two it's Pard he was I had him two years ago I thought he was goingon to be like such a stud last year I luckily I didn't draft him and you know it worked out but is that the same thing with Naji and Jaylen Warren like is is that just kind of like you don't really want to touch that backfield or do you think I am down to go Nai here if you want Warren had a hamstring injury earlier in the off season it sounds like Warren's gonna be good to go for week one but I think maybe it gives Naji a decent little head start and I mean most we'd be reaching pretty far on moer at this point yeah I think moer like be exciting in a non PPR League because he just ton of touchdown upside he would he have like 18 touchdowns or something last year but he's not going to catch the ball for a full PPR format and it's too early to go Xavier worthy yeah too early to go worthy I think we can get worthy later if that's you and then javante Williams what's what are your thoughts I think if you wanted to go javante it's a completely fine pick um is he the guy I I think he should be the guy they cut samj perine which may help out a bit Boer go so we don't even have the option to take him anyway so I think here's who I'd be fine with that running back naagi Warren javante Pard any of those guys a Warren javante Pard okay wide receiver Pickins is he is the number one like clearcut right yeah pig piggins is the number one in Pittsburgh it's just he like do you feel like okay even with I don't know I I don't know how they're going to deal with that like who's the actual quarterback there but he's kind of like I don't know is this his year though like is this like there's no more Deontay Johnson he's fast I don't know he had some massive games and he's got two pretty good quarterbacks unless you don't think Russ and so the thing to think about here is in the coming rounds oh he just went did he not oh no no he didn't in the coming rounds these will be the running backs we're looking at and in the coming rounds these will be the wide receivers we're looking at I think these wide receivers are better than the other running backs so I would probably prefer to go with at least a running back here with else but it feels like there's a lot of Ms to feed yeah you have Watson dos Wicks two tight ends that are gonna catch the ball and Josh Jacobs there as well now a I forgot Josh Jacobs is a packer Amari Cooper I kind of like that but yeah I took Amari in round five of my redraft league I was an idiot and we were doing it in person so it was just with the stickers and I wasn't paying close enough attention to who was available so tank Dell was still available and I accidentally took Amari Cooper over him even though I'd rather had Dell but it is you think is tank tell he's taken no or is he not uh he should be gone if if he wasn't gone I feel like I would have been asking need to take him this past round yeah no he's gone what about Keon Coleman could he end up as the number one I think he could and I would really like Keon Coleman in maybe round 10 okay we'll see if he falls yeah if he falls to us the way back around so looking at the teardrop that's about to happen at running back I would running back yeah I would love to go with another running back like naagi or Jaylen Warren because or did Pard already go Pard just went I think because I don't see him there unless are you all the way no no parul just went and because like a wide receiver I think we can still get later on like lad MC coni Jordan Addison Brian Thomas Keon Coleman DeAndre Hopkins if you like Hollywood Brown we could go Hollywood Brown I think he's a much better value here than I would much rather take worthy but yeah like I'm not gonna like reach for him if you if you really want to we could go worthy here it probably so if you're sorting it by rank he's a little bit further down the list so there's a small chance he would make it back to us but um I don't think Nai Harris or Jaylen Warren I I'm almost certain neither of them will make it back worthy there's a tiny chance but even if we don't get worthy there are still some really strong options later ke I'm I already have you know rasid rice I don't necessarily need two chiefs receivers but um I'm down I mean I had Jaylen Warren last year and it was nice because he he would catch the ball but Naji kind of turned up at the end there and I just I don't know if they're ever going to figure out who's actually the the thing to think about like if you really needed a running back and you were desperate you could play one but if jayen Warren were to go down Nai Harris probably turns into like a mustart guy every week and then also if um vice versa if na Harris were to go down Jaylen Warren turns into a muster guy every week do you like one of those guys over the other I think because of the Jaylen Warren hamstring injury I probably prefer Naji Harris the team um before us just took Xavier worthy so never mind yeah we don't even gety who was that uh Bruce um it seems I think there's a tiny chance that this guy's watching the live stream it seems like this guy no no he he he he no okay no there's no way okay if anyone was watching they would have called me out for sure um but no he's also I mean he does watch he watches twitch though he watches like Gamers he doesn't really um and nii or Keon Coleman I think that's where I'm at ke Keon for sure Keon's probably going to make it to us in round 10 then do we I mean do we need the running back I mean you know we kind of do but I I think we do just because we're we have Harrison lamb and rice so there's like no way we start a wide receiver over one of these guys okay you're right you're right unless but that's the thing with Keon is like if he ends up like being Diggs like that you know that could be fun but no let's go nii we need the de let's just see what happens with the year I like the pick and and I think we're going to get a great wide receiver on the way back around and this is like back to what I was talking about earlier it's just just really tough in this kind of League where you're not able to start a lot of these wide receivers you know yeah yeah I mean it sucks like every every Sunday morning when all the news you know is like every you find out who's playing and everything I'm always like going in your live stream and trying to get you to answer my questions like that's how that's what it comes down to when you can only start two wide receivers in a flex I'm like yeah like it might you know it might get hairy do I start rice or Keon Coleman and like you know like who knows what the conversation that is a good like thing how the hell do you figure out start set decisions in this league like when you have so many good options like you're gonna have five guys to choose from every week I mean dude it's a game of luck too you know fantasy football so you kind of I try to trust my gut as much as possible when I look at too many analysts and I listen to all these different opinions of all these people who generally know what they're talking about and they all have different answers I think it just confuses me more so I try to just like choose my guy which is you I listen to what you got to say and like you know I try not to listen too hard to anyone other than myself because you don't want to blame someone else you want to just like take it on the chin and you know live to see another day but I don't know no one knows right like no one knows who's going to score more points in week six for sheir rice or ke Coleman like there's no we have no way of knowing you just don't but the matchup you know you can that's why you look to these analysts because they know the matchup and they know the weather and they you know all these things that like I don't really take my time to dive into but sometimes I'll just go on Twitter and just like look up like Ferguson or McBride and there's a ton of people asking and T debating these you know topics oh that's really funny you can just look up like the exact start so question 100% And and I'll put them in quotes so like it's so if you you know you search something quotes it comes up with that exact quote and yeah there'll be like so many tweets especially like at like 959 on the west coast people are freaking out you must have it literally perfect on Sunday for the West Coast kickoff oh it's amazing like I I wake up I work out I eat food and then I'm like dude here we go it's it's literally time to listen to Red Zone and just lock in that that is I I lived in Tampa for a year in the East Coast time zone was horrendous because not only would you have to wait till 1 p.m. so you had your entire like you had a day Sunday morning before like any football happened but also um what's even worse is on the East Coast The Prime Time games don't get started like 900 PM you know that sucks yeah you're up until midnight like I I don't want to do that on Sunday night for sure there were points like with the um nuggets like Championship if you wanted to watch the NBA Finals you're up at like 1:30 in the morning on the East Coast no that's no I'm so happy I'm on the west coast for that reason I was even thinking like Hawaii but I think starts at like six or 7 am there which is like that's kind of like too early to like just be sitting and doing nothing I like to get some stuff done you know but the night games are really nice like starting at at I don't know what is it 5:30 over here and then I'm done and then we can wind down like it's it's a good I know I like it for sure you said you were doing a race in Hawaii right I want to do the Half Marathon on April I think it's April 13th I haven't like registered but anyone can do it there's no like you know you can only do it if you make this time if it's um if it's not till April I think you should just send it for a full for what a a full Marathon don't do that dude you know I ran I I went out there today it was hot here today and I was like I'm going to run my fastest 5K and I did and I was like okay so the mind has a lot to do with it because I wasn't like fully recovered like my calves were sore from like running on the beach the other day but I don't know man like I don't know I I don't want to the thing is I don't want to run a marathon at like a 10-minute pace which is like impressive to anyone who can do that I I respect you for finishing a marathon period but like I think my ego kind of talks too much in my head and I don't think I'm gonna allow myself to do that and then I won't be able to finish because I'll run like 14 miles at a seven minute pace and just die I don't I I can't do that like I unless you have like some hack for a training system that you want to send over I think you just start like one thing that I didn't know whenever I started because I did the Iron Man with training like about a year maybe a little bit less than a year and one thing that I didn't understand like with running is to go faster you have to train slower it's the weirdest thing ever but just start running extremely slow during your runs and doing more like go go 15 miles at like a 930 Pace or or 100% yeah like okay because if you if you do like a bunch of like 10 15 Mile runs at like a 9:30 10 minute pace then you get to the race you can jack up how fast you're running and your body's used to already running the distance and you could just power through you know do you run like I I was looking at your times like do you run a 722 every single mile or is it like did you start at a 9:30 eight then 7:30 then seven like so for that Marathon that I ran throughout the marathon I my plan was to just go under it was my first ever like official Marathon my plan was to go under three minutes and 30 seconds three hours yeah sorry three hours and 30 seconds I was like damn dude you're you're really fast but um so I started off like much slower and then I got about halfway through and I was like oh my gosh I can go way faster than this really yeah and then but um yeah like during all my runs and stuff like my normal run that I did today I'm running at a 9 minute pace and how far did you go um 12 miles today I mean still though that's like you're not that's not easy like people might hear that oh 9 minute pace no worry but like when you really go like 10 plus mes I Bengals supposed to be the sixth high-scoring offense in the league Burrow's fully good to go week one like he's his calf I don't know what was going on it was his wrist and yeah Burrow's good to go okay oh right right I remember that game yeah people but people were really worried early in the off season because that wrist injury had never been like um a quarterback had never had that rist injury before I am Santa says 90% of the guys being drafted right now are getting dropped take the best D so that's something that I'm okay with doing once we get like Zach Moss is so good Nick chubs like these guys are such sweet upside picks at running back once we get to like round 13 or round 14 those are more so the players that were for sure looking to possibly drop early in the season so I would be fine getting an elite defense and Elite kicker and I don't think any of your league mates have taken kicker or defense here no and someone will just like that's kind of a bit that the gizzards run also carpet munchers might once someone does though it's it's happening like you know it starts so I'm thinking next round I I don't know if it's way too early but we could go like is Baltimore supposed to be the defense or is it 49ers to be honest with you I don't know I went with I think I went with the first defense in my redraft league but that was the third to last round and I went with the ners okay just because typically with defenses what you want in Fantasy is you want the teams that are going to be ahead a lot because you want the opposing offense having to go into garbage time mode and drop back because you can get sacks fumbles and turnover I mean and interceptions that way so I figured to go with the Niners because they're going to be up in a bunch of games and teams are probably going to be playing garbage time against them but I I don't know can everybody spam the chat what's the best defense key I saw someone say Brandon Aubrey and like I had him last year and that was like a cheat that was like a hack like he was putting up 15 points like regularly there was there was somebody at the somebody from fantasy stock exchange some um Creator from Canada Danny came down he's like a massive Cowboys fan and he was just um fanboying over Aubrey because he like kicked like a 66 twice in a game right oh and apprec okay didn't he hit like two 60 plus yarders in the same game or something at the end of the year do you know your kicker scoring settings ah okay so well I can just tell you I don't know about all the ins and outs but so it's three points for 30 to 39 yards four points for 40 to 49 yards five points for 50 plus this is crazy that you know that off top of your head well that's just it's easy it's like three for three three for 30 four for 40 it sucks because like sometimes your kicker will kick like four 49 field goal or 49 yard field goals in the same game and like you lose by Five Points it's like yeah you know or whatever the threshold is but yeah for 60 yarders you only get you only get five okay well um still a decent amount of points for kicker so it I don't know anything about kicker defense like full transp I have not played this is my first year playing with a kicker and defense in fantasy football in like five years so I don't know I think we definitely asked the chat but if you think like Aubrey is like by far in way the best guy I probably wouldn't look to take like kicker defense here just because we're probably still looking at some pretty good options when we get on the clock in round 12 but in round like 13 if you wanted to go with the kicker or a defense I don't think it'd be the worst thing because at that point we are kind of in the range where a lot of guys are getting dropped so if one of these guys are like uh Aubrey supposed to be an elite kicker I mean he's he definitely is like I I I don't think he missed one field goal last year let me let me look up like what kicker scoring is like this is like literally in my league I just took um Cameron Dicker because he was my Kicker at Texas Dicker the kicker I remember I watched him at Texas yeah I had him like I filled he filled in a spot for me couple couple weeks last last year he's he's also one of those guys that doesn't really miss but he doesn't have that big of a leg so like outside of 50 I'm kind of nervous about him this is so funny I looked up um on Google kicker fantasy football finishes and there's a somebody made a Youtube video um 2024 fantasy football kicker rankings top 12 dude you should make a video I know I should I would the thing is I've never been able to talk kick or a defense because I don't play with him so I don't pay attention to it but yeah Aubrey scored the most last year and he's an indoor kicker like he's you know he's gonna be at Dallas a lot bucker is awesome but it's crazy because he plays in KC and it can be negative 10 degrees with 40 de wins like I don't really like that yeah this draft I mean he's a smart guy he he does his homework and he's in like three other leagues so this is his last draft and you know he's had some practice and you said this is your only one right more fun that way like I got so addicted to Fantasy Football like in 2014 I started playing Dynasty which is like year round and I immediately joined like 10 to 20 leagues so I haven't had like one League that I care the most about in literally 10 years now now and this this is the first year that we've done that like inperson Flock league and we're going to be making a bunch of content around it all year as well I love that and I'm like legitimately excited like this is the most excited I've been about a fantasy football league in a very long time having that like one that you care the most about that's what this league is for everybody in this in this like a lot of people are in a lot of leagues but this is like it's the Kelly it just doesn't get better than the Kelly like everybody they'll drop any league for the Kelly if our commissioner really came down but nobody's that petty you know play whatever League you want to be in but yeah when it comes to the Kelly if you have CMC in the Kelly but you have whoever's defense in you know going against CMC in another League you better be rooting for CMC you know like that's why I don't like it either like I don't want to be watching and let's say like I have I don't know like I have Josh Allen in the Kelly but then in the other league I'm playing against Josh Allen like yeah I don't understand how guys sit down and watch football like that I need to root for one player one team hypothetically if I like got off YouTube and like I retired and I was done with fantasy football content and stuff I think I would for sure still play Fantasy Football but I think I would at least try a year with just having one league and it's the league that I care most about yes it's the best man yeah it's the best it really is I love it and I feel like I have that Advantage because most of these guys are in other leagues I think there might be one or two other guys in this league that this is their only League league but I'm um the news that we had out of Los Angeles today was like kyen Williams's returning kicks because they're like confident about Blake Corum being like the Workhorse no way yeah like Ken Williams is like returning punts they said to that's what sea McVey said today and he was like we're we're confident that Blake corm could spell Kiron if needed so like rising up he's going to go like a lot higher than this in regular like high stakes drafts okay so if you wanted to go like there are a couple running backs here that I think are really good values like Blake Corum Trey Benson Rico dle I think has a lot of upside here as well who is the number one in Dallas it's similar it's similar to Cincinnati where I have no idea I think they're both probably pretty bad but it's a good offense McVey is trolling EnV says McVey is not trolling like it's it's a legitimate thing and I drafted a lot of Ky Williams this year so I I wish he was trolling so many RBS on this roster Kiron is still the clear-cut rb1 Korum I I think here would be the guys I would consider Blake Corum Trey Benson Rico D at running back okay wide receiver Deandre Hopkins Hollywood Brown Jameson Williams is Hollywood Brown actually injured what's going on so he may miss a couple weeks but the thing is whoever we take here there's no way in hell we're starting them early in the anyway so it doesn't matter is there any chance Jameson Williams becomes the Jameson Williams we thought he would be three years ago so my take with Jameson is I don't think he'll have a ton of targets I think he'll be like a field stretcher and catch those 50 yard touchdowns randomly then I think let's let's have fun let's go with my Michigan boy I also love Michigan let's go Blake corm let's go both my sisters went there are like my mom's age like all of our my mom's friends like they went to Michigan both my parents went to Penn though and I think when my sister did get into pen kind of like airing out her dirty Mason's asking me that this is on him this is whenever last night I was grating cheeses and talking about how American cheese is the best cheese like I this is what we talk about doing draft American cheese is not the best cheese I love America but I mean we we can go down this we can go down this road another time but this is we got about this okay no yeah so basically um we were in school for like Monday through Friday kind of more so like Tuesday through Thursday and then we would go to Dallas Texas and you know meet a thousand people and sing a couple songs go back to Omaha go to school for a week it was really weird because it was a huge contrast of like Walking The Halls through like passing period and like like people kind of know what you're doing like it was kind of like buzzing around our city at the time because Vine was a was just like this new thing and we were like massing kind of like a substantial following at this point um but people at your high school weren't treating you any differently I mean people were like just [ __ ] on us for the most part because like you know we were we were 17 years old like we were yeah it was cringy dude like for sure um but some of the stuff was really funny and other stuff was just like singing covers like singing like Jack Johnson songs and [ __ ] like that but um real one supported us you know we had like a lot of friends on the football team and the basketball team so they give us [ __ ] but like we were still boys with like div Varsity players and stuff so like it was fine but um no like it was more so opposing high schools like I remember football season like the opposing high schools would have like chance like just [ __ ] on me and my best friend bold Logan and they would be like I don't know just calling us things that couldn't be said in 2024 you know like in a public setting and uh that is that is crazy no but but honestly I get it because what we were doing was so cringey but at the same time everybody's going to hate on someone who's like trying to do something get out of the city so all right so I love Jaden Daniels but probably W won't take a second QB right now um wow Maris is still there DeAndre Hopkins is still there is are the 49ers projected to be the best defense is or is this not what we should do right now if if you wanted to um the Niners do have the highest ADP here and there are just so many solid like wide receivers running backs I think like in any of the leagues that I play in they just would operate differently than this so I would just be so excited to get somebody like Trey Benson here or get somebody like Hollywood brown but since this is just such a different league and I don't really know how it operates if you think that we get a significant advantage of having like the elite kicker or the elite defense we can go with it because we only have two more bench spots right so these last two bench spots are probably going to be guys that we have to cut for waver wire options anyway do we uh who's projected to be the highest defense real quick for here I think it is the ners over the Ravens or am I are they just not supposed to be good I think the Ravens are already gone what really yeah okay then let's we can stream defenses but I think the kicker I mean we could stream both but Brandon Aubrey is such a stud that it kind of feels like the move let's take him thank you wow Niners were there though yeah so it looks like the Ravens went right before us the Jets went the Ravens went the Browns went the Cowboys people started oh okay then there's how is no one taking the 49ers that's interesting yeah I I have no idea when it comes to defenses so like in the flock League I took the ners because I thought the ners were the best but I could very easily be wrong on that well I think I just I mean Justin Tucker is always gonna be projected High I don't know man I think Aubrey's the new guy and Harrison bucker isn't he like canceled or something like what like who knows I don't know if he can play like is this I didn't he say something that wasn't like he said he essentially and I I don't even want to go into this it unless but of course maybe I saw a different clip than what was actually blah blah blah we just influenced team silk so hard he was not thinking about a kicker or a defense and we took Brandon Aubrey he's like I gotta get I got look at that goes right after I love setting Trends let's go but yeah I think honestly those wide receivers and running backs like the guys that we would have taken in round 13 they may make it to us in round 14 anyway like 49ers or did I just did did I just completely not hear what you said I I was saying the kickers the kickers receivers that we are wanting may end up making it to us in round 14 I mean Hopkins I'm not excited about him like Ridley's gonna be the guy and even then like is it will Levis like I don't know how I feel about that um I actually I was actually able to go to the NFL draft two years ago and like I was on the red carpet and it was just it was nuts because it was like ESPN Fox Sports NFL Network and then like me live streaming on YouTube you know yeah so it was insane but the only reason I was able to go is like the NFL at the time had like an nft company and the guy who ran the nft company was like a fan of the channel oh no way yeah so he hooked us up with two spots but we had to like to go during the live stream we had to promote like these little they were called NFL all day like the players ripping packs um so we had to like get the NFL players like rip one of the like the they're like they were they weren't called nft but that's essentially what they were they were like digital trading cards right and so the players would have to open up these um packs and of course no player wanted to do it like I would ask them like five questions and then get them to open it and they would just like kind of do it and then walk away yeah yeah yeah but will Levis like saw that I was like trying to record like a commercial essentially and he went like all out for us like making look like an idiot to just for our benefit you know like helping us to do this commercial YouTube so I I I hope that Levis comes out here and crushes oh so he's just a good guy you just want to see him win yeah exactly so I felt so bad that like because that was the night that he was like rumored to be like a top five pick and then remember I don't know if you remember watching the draft but like he and they were just kept on showing him and his hot girlfriend yeah and he was kind of just like looking up like stop filming me kind of yeah real quick if we one of the Niners they make it to us wait is but Maris Brown is there that's weird I mean let's go Niners no are they not like amazing let's go Niners people were telling us in the last round you go ners the only thing is typically like um sometimes when you can't get the elite defense and I just want to stream I Tred to look for a defense with a good week one matchup the ners have to play the Jets week one which kind of sucks but it is what it is okay it's you know not favorable but you know I can always just like drop uh whoever we draft next and yeah exactly I mean in our next two picks I mean but you can play the Niners defense you know let me see what their schedule after week what do you think about Aaron uh Rogers like I he's obviously the goat but like is what do you what's his year gonna look like if you had to like bet I have no idea and real quick just pulling this up the Niners defense is going to crush after the Jets they played darnold's the Rams then the Patriots the Cardinals the Seahawks you're G to get some good games out of the Niners D but um with Rogers I don't think the Jets are true Super Bowl contenders I think they maybe win a playoff game if their defense is very good but the guys like 42 coming off of torn ailles and also like if one of your quarterbacks gets hurt there's so many options down here you can pick up Rogers to a cousins goth Lawrence but we shouldn't draft like to it right now should we um I wouldn't just because there are so many options on the waiver wire right okay so Herz gets injured you can just pick up Jared gof you can pick up cousins they're all the all these guys are about the same okay fire man tight end I mean honestly fryth tesm Hill are probably a lot better than these other tight end so if you wanted to if you wanted to draft fry or tesm just in case something happened with lorta laporta has been dealing with the hamstring I think you could go with one of these tight ends if you wanted no yeah I would prefer you go with a backup tight end here over a backup quarterback if you were going to do one of those I think I mean is leap's injury like substantial should I be no I I think leaport plays week one leaport is like somebody that I took in my main redraft league and I've taken him in so many of like the underdog basketball drafts like I'm all in okay and obviously I'm telling you right now I'm going to be rooting for this team big time I really hope you win this league so that's another reason I'm reading for Le pora dude yeah I need a win man I'm like 0 for eight I don't know how many years but been close I need to get there I just honestly it's just about making the playoffs so I like working the waiver wire so okay I guess uh let's see who just went um Rogers gof both just went and Legette so if we want Shakir let's go Shakir let's do that round it
