Intro [Music] Oh, man ... The best piece   of advice I've ever received -- it's so  hard to distill it down or pick just one.   Starting on Mad Men watching the way that  John and January worked and played scenes,   like I learned so much from that.  But that's, that's acting advice! Acting Advice I do feel like I try to learn something  from each and every one of my characters   that I play. From Sabrina Spellman, that, that  perseverance and that sort of go-getterness   and fieriness and willingness to  fight for what she believes in. Advice for Others The advice I would share to other people  is don't be afraid to make mistakes,   and search for truth, and uh, lead with love,  and uh, have fun. And you know, if you can,   try not to take yourself too seriously. And don't  overthink things, which I'm doing right now! [Laughs] Oh my God, so many things keep me  grounded. My friends keep me grounded,   my family keeps me grounded, and then  I try to read a lot, and write a lot. Morning Routine My morning routine is ... jump out of bed.  Usually I work out first thing. Usually that's   kind of first up or it's not happening. Then I,  like, make a little coffee after, kind of like a   little coffee protein shake situation, and I read  and I respond to some texts, sort of plot my day.   Feel kind of a little mischievous and good and  hopeful and excited about the day ahead and then   I kinda get going. I try to get sunlight in  my eyes, too, people say that's good for you. Where do I go to be inspired? I went to Japan  for the first time late last year, for New Years,   Inspiration so late last year-early this year, and it was so  amazing ... and I think I'm going back next month,   too. The reverence for things there was, so,  kind of amazing and like the thoughtfulness in,   in the food and the fashion and the  architecture I just thought was so wonderful. Mantra My Mantra is I need a mantra  because I don't have a true,   one kind of Mantra, so like I will get back  to you because I do think that I need one. Who is my greatest role model? I think I got to  go Mom. I think I have to go Mom. She's amazing,   she's smart, and kind, and so caring and giving to  other people, and she knows herself and she's so   embodied and she's not afraid to be her whole  self. Not to say that we're entirely similar,   but just the way that she embodies her whole self  in a very kind of, like, fearless confident way.   That's a great answer, right? I hope so! [Laughs]
