was wrong was the police officers wrong or was Tyreek Hill wrong um I'm going do a reaction video to this particular video according to how I see it um first of all what I understand when it comes to the law right when the officer pulls you over you don't have to even speak to them that's for first and foremost you know you may have to obey some of their orders like if they ask you for license and registration and insurance but you don't have to have a conversation with these people whatever they tell you to do for the most part long as it's within the law you do it and for the most part you should be okay but there are some officers that feel as though they are above the law and we're going to break down exactly after we watch this video the proper procedures that you should exercise when being pulled over by the police officer but you have to remember sometimes unfortunately we still live in a world where you know the color of your skin will have you in compromised situations meaning that a black man driving an expensive car may be a red flag for um racist officers I'm going to keep it real with y'all um for what I understand this vehicle right here looks like a very expensive vehicle looks fairly new sports car it has Lamborghini doors on there so obviously you know he stands out from the average citizen right he's a dark skinned young man in a expensive vehicle let's just say the vehicle is worth a couple hundred th000 he's driving around in Miami in a very expensive vehicle mind you Miami is a city where it's not unusual to see um um super cars and things of that nature you know that's a city where there a lot of people that live that type of Lifestyle people that are rich but I kind of want to do a play byplay of this particular incident and um I want y'all to be the judge I'll put a poll in the chat I ask who's at fault most of you guys are voting that the mo Miami police officers are at fault so let me just do a breakdown play byplay of exactly the reaction that Tyreek gave him was why you knocking on my window why you knocking so hard on my window let's talk about itat Bel the officer asked him why don't you have your seat belt on now is not wearing a seat belt is it illegal for I understand yes you must wear your seat belt at all times in a vehicle I personally think that law should be abolished because you know if somebody gets in the car accident if they decide not to wear a seat belt and they go through the wind Shield that's on them period not having a seat Bel won't have you impaired or uh distracted when driving but it's the law and it is what it is but I do think that law should be changed that people should not be required it should only be recommended but not required to wear a seat Bel that law was just put in place so that officers can run up the bill when it comes to their quotas and making money for the city as far as pulling over people for no reason so this guy is pulled over because of not having a you know the team has sponsors and all types of things that they have in order to keep the business going so their players can't be caught up in too much controversy because it could cause the team his rights when he's um um getting pulled over by a police checkpoint and he's exercising his rights I think this is pretty cool watching this man handle this DUI checkpoint boss let's talk about it doing a checkpoint you have your license on you you identify yourself please police officer you have a name and a badge number what and your badge number right here is your body cam running is your body cam running everything you go all right d your license on you sir before you get started I don't consent to any searches or cizar I also want to let you know that under the advice of my attorney I'm not going to answer any questions without my lawyer present I'm not asking you any questions you want call good night sir have a good night Sir how you doing sir we're doing a do checkpoint Li on you you identify yourself please come on so this man knows his rights um he had the window cracked slightly and he was shown his identification in the full video he shows his identification by pressing his driver's license against the window from and back and showing his registration insurance through the window so technically you don't have to make contact with the officer as long as you're complying with the things that he's asking within the legal limits meaning that a officer can't even search your vehicle unless they get permission and have a search warrant to search a vehicle and then that's when they would get permission and you know that's when they would go through your car bring the K9 out and all types of things but unless you consent a officer is not allowed to check your vehicle and REM through your vehicle without a search warrant or I'm assuming maybe prob will CA I don't know I'm not a um I'm not a lawyer or a police officer for what I understand the officers are not allowed to search your vehicle without a warrant you know um yeah this this thing is um it's pretty interesting I'm glad this didn't end up like another Floyd George Floyd situation CU this could have went really ugly really fast um but I'm glad that this gentleman here this NFL star did not receive any major injuries to him as far as I know but if you was to ask me I think those they get hundreds of thousands of views but they have no Talent make it make sense sometimes it's not what you know it's who you know people that that you know that maybe to pull some strings with you some people that know how to play with the algorithm some people know how to do this some people know how to do that and then there's a particular audience that dis like seeing people crash out and unfortunately you know there's an audience for that so basically if he is doing that type of stuff on this platform I'm talking for those that that don't know I'm getting off a little topic because
