Intro what's up man welcome back to another episode of The L bow hey yeah and in today's episode we have UCLA on the schedule as you can see they are 4-2 we are 6- 0 the number one team in the country with arguably the number one defense in the country hopefully that Trend continues in this game and hopefully you guys hit that like button subscribe to the channel hit that notification way be yall ready to see one let's get to it and for the team stats we'll take a look at UCLA as their offense seems to be decent 2 second in points 14 in total yards 37 in passing 34 in rushing they can get the job done and on the defensive side they're not as good ranked 86 in total points 71 in total yards 59 in passing 79 in rushing so they do allow teams to score points points and get yards and that's the things that we do the best cuz we're number six in scoring points number 17 in total yards we're not absolutely great as far as passing the ball but we are decent on the ground and our defense is one of the best defenses in the country number two in points number two in total yards 77 in passing but that's only 215 yards and number one in rushing we do have guys coming in for visits we got stick Williams the number one strong safety in the country festar safety I might add then we have Jerry Roosevelt the number two cornerback and we got Kyle Fletcher The Number Four free safety would love to get all those guys top players for Yow B we got Tim Alvarez we got Mr Anderson and we got Damen DG Gilmore only three sacks so far this season hopefully he'll get a couple sacks in this game top players for UCLA we got a 95 overall tight end a 94 overall kicker and a 93 overall outside linebacker they do have some guys out with injuries you got a offensive lineman out with a broken needs to accomplish out there absolutely do what you Doon doing his thing got Michael Pard with the pick six but they take care of the little things and the little things add up to something big he ain't really been getting no picks this year I expect the lead to got and that's all that matters doesn't mess around always takes care of business you can trust this team this is the team that week after week has put these type of performances together to say you know what not doing a whole lot passing which I'm not really concerned about that we are moving ball on the ground as long as we can been kind to this offense are they going to end this drought Brown no sir he tackles him for a loss the problem at times with pitch outs it's they're really slow to develop and in this case the defense had plenty of time room around the corner touchdown Bruins not expecting the quarterback can get pretty fierce in this territory on the ground with a tail back and he carries the ball for a nice game just cannot find the blocks [Applause] today nice run there the defense has got to do a better job of being more aggressive making plays against the r they'll work the left side okay he's at that you stole his touchdown but it is what it is wide receivers because again they put so much time in trying to the fumbles and they fall theose where go oh my God who had the big hit sloppy job by interceptions don't be fumbling the ball and let that a work and the defense are HED the rest also helps that we got VB getting open here that'll help and that a finally gets outside and scores at the end but yeah I don't have too many I don't have too many complaints about this [Music] game darell Mason junor went 8 of 12 for 15 157 two TDS did have the interception I took a shot 50 50 the ball and the defense came away with it so it is what it is on the wring side D le the away with 146 yards on 20 carries also had a TD darell Mason Jr also had a TD on the ground and Caleb Cruz had one as well on the receiving side not a whole lot going on over there but we do got Brian Murphy getting 41 yards on two receptions Smoky pots had 40 yards on two receptions 39 of those 40 came off one play and Caleb Cruz had a receiving TD VB also had a receiving TD on the defensive side Areno patillo led the way with 10 solo tackles three TF fails shout out to you my boy Justin Martinez had eight solo tackles and a pass deflection Caleb Jackson had five solo tackles four tfls and two sacks that's more like it my boy that's more like it Michael Pard only had four solo tackles but he did have the interception that was returned for 100 yards yes sir that might have earned you the thumbnail my boy and we also have Jeremy Davis getting interception also have a tfl as well Frank St Martin had two tfls trying to earn yourself some playing time my boy I see you Aon only had one tackle but it did go for a tfl and a sack and for the game stats the box score pretty much tells it all we don't give up a single point into the fourth quarter we score 7 14 7 and then 14 and that leads to a 42 to7 Victory dominant performance by my defense just dominant overall from my team UCLA did win the first down battle but we won a rushing yard battle they did win the passing yard battle but we won a turnover battle and they also beat us in time of possession but only 10 seconds though you really could say it was pretty much even yeah but the defense they not going for it they just not going for it bro y offense really got to be off the chain to score on his defense consistently and we already seen that Darnell Mason Jr was the offensive player of the game Arenal patillo was the defensive player of the game AP no rolling forcing a no he didn't force a fumble he recovered a fumble so for the recruitment board we do have some good news but before we get into the good Recruiting news well the biggest news CE longor we're losing on him hopefully we don't get locked out but if we do I got a lock pick Domino deaa we're number one on his board four F valkenberg number one on his board Kyle number one on his board scks Williams we're number one on his board as well and the rest of these guys are just regular recruits and did you hear the news about their not being custom recruits in the new game coming out yeah I heard that and I feel like that's terrible but anyway don't want to get down right now the rest of these guys got a lot of offensive linemen going on here cuz you know we need offensive linemen got some defensive linemen as well also linebackers and strong safety but and us at number two but we're number one in the coaches pole probably yeah we're number one in the coaches poll but anyway it is what it is Notre Dame is number three Florida state is number four Oregon state is number five Florida is number six Oregon sitting at seven Georgia Southern sitting at 8 Texas A&M at 3 and three sitting at number nine oh my God and we got om Miss at number 10 let's conference standings we're right in the middle of the Season we're 4-0 in Conference Standings the conference 2- 0 in the division the team that was behind us was UCLA and we just beat them the Pack 12 South is looking real real bad right now and on the North side Oregon state is number one 3 and0 in the conference haven't played a divisional game yet Cali for is right behind them at 3-1 0 And1 in the division and we got Oregon sitting at number three they're 2-1 in the conference haven't played a divisional game yet and for the hosman watch DayDay is still sitting on top good for you DayDay
