legendary Actor Ed O'Neal known for his iconic role as Al Bundy unmarried with children has come forward with shocking claims about Megan's Behavior towards her father Thomas Markle during his brief stint on the sitcom In the late ads early 90s buckle up because this story is a doozy for those unfamiliar Thomas Markle had a small role in a few Married with Children episodes back in 1987 where he played an ex-boyfriend of Peggy Bundy That's Right Megan's dad and Ed O'Neal actually worked together on on set decades before Megan became famous now normally Ed tends to keep drama off camera but sources say he's been stewing about this hypocrisy for years and finally decided to speak his truth let's dive into what he had to say according to Ed from the moment Thomas arrived on set Megan treated him appallingly completely ignoring him refusing eye contact or to even acknowledge he was her father he remembers one take where Thomas flubbed a line and a frustrated Megan loudly hissed God can't you do anything right at him in front of the whole crew the disrespect and embarrassment left everyone stunned Ed said as a father himself watching how coldly she spoke to Thomas broke his heart a bit things only went downhill from there Ed claims Megan repeatedly badmouthed her dad to others aing all sorts of private family Grievances and making him out to be some deadbeat she'd also aggressively shoot down anyone who tried being polite or saying hello to Thomas according to Ed it was bizarrely possessive and controlling behavior from Megan even at a young age he got the impression daddy issues ran very deep with her long before the Royals on Thomas's final day of shooting Ed says things finally boiled over when he witnessed an awful confrontation between father and daughter as Thomas was packing up to leave Megan screamed at him in the parking lot about ruining her big shot and that he'd never get another acting job thanks to his pathetic performance and said poor Thomas just took the verbal assault packed his head down and drove off the picture of a man defeated by his own daughter's wrath and you know what really gets to Ed Megan's blatant hypocrisy and how she's handled the Thomas situation ever since based on firsthand experiences edin sis Megan has always been cold cruel and disrespectful towards her dad going back decades yet when The Royal Wedding drama occurred she played the Eternal victim accusing Thomas of betray pring her trust and the monarchy Ed flat out doesn't by the carefully crafted Daddy's girl Persona saying behind closed doors Megan has never shown that man an ounce of kindness since going public with his claims Ed says other Married with Children crew members have reached out backing up everything he witnessed all those years ago in fact even Buzz Aldren made a brief appearance on the show and Ed remembers him actually feeling sorry for poor Thomas telling people behind the scenes at least my kid never spoke to me that way ouch not a good look Meg so in summary Ed believes Megan has pulled the wool over the Public's eyes with her treatment of Thomas underneath the veneer of a strange daughter trying to repair her relationship with dear old dad lies a much darker and toxic history according to someone who saw it firsthand on set all those decades ago the blatant hypocrisy and victim narrative really gets under Ed skin and who could blame him for finally wanting to set the record straight look no one's perfect in their family relationships and I don't know the full history between Megan and Thomas but hearing Ed's eyewitness account bringing up things from decades ago really paints a nasty picture that doesn't align whatsoever with Megan's carefully manicured story lines or the sympathy she tried garnering over this situation how do you guys feel about Ed finally speaking out after all these years and do you think there's any truth to what he witnessed way back when I can't imagine what it's like to have decades old dirty laundry AED out in such a public fashion but there's definitely some credibility to Ed's testimony considering he had no motive other than finally getting this off his chest after stewing on the hypocrisy for so long curious to hear your takes please sound off in the comments I'll be reading all your thoughts
