Algeria’s Abdelmadjid Tebboune re-elected president with 94.7 percent vote

94.6 that is the percentage of votes secured by the incumbent president Abdul Majid tabon according to the Electoral commission the other candidate secured only a small percentage Mr Abdul maid tabun secured 5,329 253 votes which means 94.6 5% the second candidate Mr Abdul Ali Hassan Sharif for map party secured 78,79 votes which means 3.17% as polls closed the campaign run by Hassani Sharif a rival candidate to the president said they recorded a number of violations those included pressurizing polling stations to inflate the number of votes getting people into going for proxy voting as well as not sharing the results of the Electoral votee counting with the representatives of their party the result announcement is a farce we are astonished by these outrageous numbers unfortunately it has nothing to do with what was announced before specifically with regard to the rate of participation and it contradicts our own records 16 candidates from the beginning of the race trickled down to just three of them actually taking part it will not be an easy right for president Abdul Majid Tbone to carry out the second term according to experts he will have to make sure that the Youth of Algeria are on board they should work very quickly uh to enhance the condition of middle class having more visibility and stability uh for their uh daily daily life the second one uh I mean should be the uh the communication I mean the government is doing lot of things for the society and should be more inclusive with the especially the the young population unlike 2019 and other incidences of disruption during the presidential race this seems to be a smooth transition president Abdul Majid tabon if these votes are officially recognized as the final tally will now have to prove all of the campaign Promises of stability of inclusion and making sure Algeria fights all of its challenges as an entire nation United behind its leadership ja alaz alers make sure to subscribe to our channel to get the latest news from Al jazer
