debuted as a guest on The Today Show Rachel got the idea for 30 minute meals from her time at the store where she met people who didn't like cooking she even taught a class where she demonstrated making quick meals in under 30 minutes because people loved her fun personality and cooking Rachel got her own cooking part called 30 minute meals it became really popular as she showed off her skill
