Traveling the Country Full-Time in my Car | Car Living // Zachary Thomas

[Music] what's going on everyone my name is Zachary Thomas and I live in my car it is currently raining so I apologize if you can't hear me um I came in my car to clean and uh as you can see it is it is pouring down now so I'm stuck in here for the time being so right now I am staying with my parents while I build out my car um as you can see I I cleaned out a bunch of stuff uh I really don't have anything left in here uh I'm throwing this out this was on my back windshield I'm throwing this out and then um I'm redoing every everything I'm re redoing my window covers redoing my back cover everything um and right here this is my passenger seat uh this is leaving and I'm going to build a platform that goes from up here all the way back to the uh the back seat where I'll I'll sleep um I have to figure out how to take the seat out uh I I'm looking at the camera I need to figure out how to get the seat out I'm not sure I've never done that before and I've also never really built anything before so that's going to be fun to figure out um that'll probably be in the next video cuz I I have to wait until the rain stops to do all that but I just wanted to make a video to update everybody um I didn't post last week because I I I did the traveling and um my car was like so full of stuff that like I I literally couldn't move like I like my seat was like this was like this the whole time like I don't know if you guys can tell but like my seat is like like straight up it it's insane um and yeah I I had to I had to like sleep like this I had my head on something I don't remember what it was but like my entire car was just completely full and um I couldn't move around and it was uh it was probably one of the worst sleeps that I've ever gotten in my life but we made it we got here in one piece and uh we got everything moved out and then I'm going to be moving everything that I'm taking with me back in building the bed platform and then we are heading out west somewhere I haven't decided yet I wanted to go to court site but it depends on when I leave because the temperature just might not might not be optimal for me um I like cooler weather and um I think it might be getting a little bit too hot in Arizona for me to go so that might have to wait unfortunately and yeah I'll be heading out west I'll be heading to somewhere uh if anybody has any recommendations on where I should go let me know in the comments and uh I'll look into it and see if I can make it somewhere um I'm really excited to start my adventure um it's just a slow process trying to get everything built out I kind of wanted everything to go pretty quickly but then it was like freezing cold so I wasn't able to really work out here too much cuz my hands would start hurting and then um the rain came so the weather is uh not working with me right now I will get everything built out I will get everything done eventually um right now it's just a uh just a waiting game while I wait for the rain to pass and then figure out where to go from there but yeah I spent the last few days cleaning everything out um I'm going to uh tint the back wind I'm I might I might tint everything I I don't know how to do that so it depends on how expensive tent is for me to get and from there I'll figure out everything but I made tent the back windows and then and then these uh my uh back seat windows I can't tint any any of the other ones cuz uh the state doesn't allow it um but that'll that'll help a lot that'll help a lot with like privacy and things like that um but yeah it feels nice to have everything kind of cleaned out and uh I just need to to vacuum everything and clean everything I was I was just cleaning I was wiping down all the uh the dash and the doors and I was using this stuff my dad gave me for um the windows because he he says it works better than Windex so he uses it on his fish tank so let we'll see we'll see if it worked out um right now the windows are all fogged up so I can't really tell but um yeah I appreciate apprciate you guys watching I appreciate everybody that checked out my last video that video got like 1,400 views or something like that and that's crazy I appreciate everybody who's been subscribing been supporting me and it's just really cool to see everybody kind of uh following me on my journey it feels like I'm just kind of taking you guys along and it's really cool so um I appreciate all of you and um yeah I will see you guys in the next video hope hopefully the next video will be me uh taking out the seat and then building the platform and everything uh like I said it's just a waiting game so um yeah appreciate you guys and I will see you guys in the next video sorry this one's so short but you can't really do too much in the rain right now so sometimes that happens and um yeah but I'll see you guys guys later bye
