Danny Trejo x Del Taco Collab

[Music] what's up YouTube we're back with another video and today we're going to be going over Danny tro menu at Del Taco get into [Laughter] it all right so in this collection we we' got the uh elor cheddar grilled cheddar quesadilla tell me little the Epic burrito El Pastor epic burito the street tacos El Pasto these are all pork by the way and the uh loaded fries that are also El oh shoot look at these that right there looks good okay uh they also got the uh three drinks one was a double pineapple Sprite mhm a double pineapple lemonade and a double pineapple mini shake so for those of you who don't know Danny and tro is a American actor yes um he is a Mexican American actor from Echo Park he was born in 1944 so he's 80 years old 80 years I was like he look so good for his look good for 80 I'm telling you I mean I even saw on the news he was ready to throw down with somebody the other day throw a water balloon at him at at a parade listen you don't throw stuff at a convict okay you get messed up what happens he he always plays bad guy he did spend a lot of time in prison yes he did he did but uh but was he he always wants to be killed when he plays a bad guy in his movies because he wants kids to learn crime doesn't crime doesn't pay okay so uh he had a couple times where like people didn't understand uh what was going on let's see here some of his quotes were I've been to solidad San Quinton falam Ville Susanville Sierra and here's a guy asking me you think you can play a convict I remember I said I'll give it a shot I love that um love sarcasm that's my second language right there sarcasm uh he he did a film where he was a where he was a thief the director was such so impressed by his acting they said where did you do your your study in acting he said V Safeway Thrifty Mark uh he used to be an arm robber he did he said uh when he was growing up he had two choices he could be a laborer or he could be a drug dealer he decided to be an armed robber it was a lot easier [Music] I love that dude so uh he great actor he's probably best known for his role and the movie Blood In Blood Out or Conair Conair Bubble Boy Bubble Boy and Death Race and uh from Dust Till Dawn I used to love that M oh yeah I forgot he was in Dust Till Dawn oh yeah heck yeah he was he a bad he was the bartender yeah but uh we absolutely love the guy he's awesome he's hilarious uh and I Hey Man snaps to people that can come from the roughest of backgrounds and still turn it around and use it for good yeah I mean he he was he was a heroin addict for a long time and uh he turned it around apparently uh one of his things that he he was a San Quinton two-time San Quinton boxing champion even though they don't have that program anymore um but he he he decided to get healthy uh he started his acting career in 1985 I'm going to kindly remove this mustache cuz it's falling off anyway I was like and I need to be able to eat without I was telling John I don't know how he does this cuz the hairs are going up my nose and they're tickling tickles so he started his acting career when I was a I was three it's kind of funny he's awesome dude he's just a badass and thatting love AC and he does uh substance abuse counseling now so good on you Danny good on you taking a uh a drug addiction and using it for the good I think he's been a substance abuse counselor since what 1982 yeah pretty awesome so he's he's pretty awesome guy all right let's get into this food going take off this Danny TR handlebar mustache here here let me put that over here put on that plastic I need it for later I really do but still all right what are we starting with first i' say we get into this burrita let's get into the Epic burrito let's get into that epic burrito look at that all that goodness in there holy shoot you can't tell me that don't look good all right ready mhm let's go I took a big bite oh dang he's bringing it he bringing it that's good when I go to Del Tacho I always order the Epic burrito this is a really good one I hav't had their epic burrito he's the burrito guy I'm the Taco Lady but this is damn good this is damn good damn good good collap this reminds me of like one of those um burritos you would get from one of those um so good the little Mexican stands on the side of the road oh yeah the taco trucks yeah let's get into these drinks as well something cold to wash her down with I think this is the Sprite and that's the lemonade which one do you want I'll go for the Sprite you know I love me some Sprite M got CH of pineapple they're floating in there cheers woo I like it yeah it's got those chunks of pineapple in there floating around it's good yeah it's damn good how's the lemonade it's really good you should try it this is delicious he said he liked these drinks they were like kind of like a touch of his like yeah his past M Lemonade's good too it's really good M Lemonade's a little sweeter I'd say I like the Sprite more mix with it ooh it's got that kick in there took another bite of the burrito yeah it's it's delicious man so good it's so good it's crazy all right let's get into this case of deer here case of deer case of deer in case of the deer what case of the deer butts later no I'm done with that hopefully had diarrhea for the last 5 days 10 yeah no all right M I can tell you out of all the places that make the Quesadilla Del taco is my favorite it's the cheese that they use the cheese they use is excellent but mhm again the uh the seasoned pork mhm delicious a that pork is really good I kind of wish they would have put some extra things in there maybe some like onions or mhm but it's really really good yeah the pork is seasoned with some Mexican herbs and spices some Chipotle yeah it's really good it's it's delicious absolutely delicious no complaints none whatsoever I'm telling you guys let's get into this let's put that one on yours cuz I know you want the Sprite Mom Mom's the Sprite girl do I detect a little bit of spice in there yes that's what I thought I thought the the Sprite was a little bit spicy I ain't hating it the street tacos I ain't hating send to the street tacos BL you thank you that was our son bless you he's so polite that you have to tell him every sing Oh there's pineapples in it oh shoot oh there is there's chunk of pineapples in there all right ready let's go for it m m dang that's good too the flavors are all there like a napin I think the only thing I don't like is I don't think they they steam the tortillas properly but that's not his fault but the flavors are all there I think so too yeah the tortillas are a little raw they're a little raw but I like the pineapple in the taco yeah it gives it a nice little something different I've never had a taco with pineapple in it before that's really good I like it yeah all right last but certainly not least break it into these delicious let me tell you delicious looking El Pastor fries look at that H Lord that looks good hey Bubbas all right let's getting one of these fries here trying to get one that's got trying to get something that's got everything on it but I keep missing how about I just put it all on my pork and then I scoop cilantro avocado try to get a fry last cheese I don't need that much this pork looks delicious I'm just trying to get one piece there there I did it bro oh my God I know my two favorites are the burrito and the fries if you don't get anything else get the burrito and the fries just as a meal good Lord that's what I normally you will come away very very happy it's delicious my God it's delicious I think I know where I'm eating until this goes uh yeah me too yeah run don't walk over to Del Taco and get you some tryle burritos and fries and these pineapple Sprites good Lord got to tell you Danny you killed it yeah I killed it I want to go to his Taco Shop he's got his own taco shop too yeah we got to go check that one out that would be awesome we go to a lot of different places down in LA because I have a doctor appointment stuff like that all right last but certainly not least the dessert the pineapple Shake it's got chunks of pineapple in there I've heard I think that's what they sell on the menu right mhm let's give her a go oh my God that is so good good it really is wow isn't that good why does it remind me of like a Mexican ice cream though it does it really does it's a and it's delicious good Lord oh my gosh you ready to give this a r uh I'm going to give it a 10 out of 10 10 out of 10 out of 10 man everything was absolutely that burrito 10 out of 10 fries 10 out of 10 drinks 10 out of 10 Shake 10 out of 10 and Alex if you're watching this video I'm sorry we didn't invite you to do the I'm when I get back honey I'll get you a shake or a drink my my niece absolutely loves pineapple she's obsessed with pineapple I call she's in my contact on my phone as Alex pineapple her last birthday was all pineapple themed her name in my phone is Steve that's because I called her Steve ever since day she was born I love that all right you guys um so yeah 10 out of 10 10 out of 10 um the quesadilla I would give that eight out of 10 what do you think I mean the burrito was the was the top of the line and I couldn't find that's what I'm saying the burrito and the fries burrito is number one you got to get that burrito my God the burrito and the fries I I would give them a 10 yeah uh the quesadilla probably an eight and the tacos probably a seven yeah I have to agree with that seven or six for the tacos they weren't that great but again I think it's cuz the tortillas weren't really I'm not going to I'm not going to blame him for the fact that they didn't steam the tortillas they were kind of raw yeah so uh the drinks all of them are delicious um I like a little bit more Sweetness in mine so I I like the lemonade a little bit better I love the spicy pineapple Sprite and this shake is delicious absolutely delicious you got to go out and get that all right so I would recommend all of this I would highly recommend yeah run over there go get you some cuz it is absolutely delicious you guys it's definitely better than the bua menu that they came out with so it is the burria menu is good but but it wasn't nowhere near any of this this is delicious this is delicious yeah all right guys I think we're going to wrap it up we've got more filming to do today we're going to film another video and that should be out pretty soon that's pretty exciting I'm pretty excited about that one uh so keep
