video is going to be a weekly Vlog which I honestly don't do a lot of weekly Vlogs on my channel I do like d a life or productive weekend Vlogs stuff like that but like me vlogging for consistent week I think I maybe have had like one or two of those maybe but we got a lot of fun things going on this week so I'm like why not make this all into one Vlog so throughout this Vlog yall going to see home updates we're going fall shopping vacation prep today we're having a family fun day out we're getting ready to leave the house and go to Navy Pier so lots of fun things going on in this Vlog if you're new here again my name is van I create content all about just becoming the best version of yourself being that woman living a soft life whatever soft means for you everybody's definition of soft and luxury and elevated lifestyle means something different but I'm just trying to help you on your journey of elevation through just regular everyday life lessons just real life everything you know it's talking about morning afternoon it's 1:30 hopefully we'll be out of here in the next hour so we can be down in every repair by like 3: 3:30 back home by like 8:00 right before the boys bedtime or whatever but I'm getting ready to get dressed I love my hair and my makeup this will probably be the last week well this is the last week that y'all will see me with this hairstyle also in this Vlog we going to get new hair y'all told y we got a lot going on this week that's why I'm like why not make it a weekly Vlog um along with the vacation prep yall know you got to get new hair for vacation and I'm thinking that I'm going to be getting curly hair I'm still like on defense about it the girl that I'm going to she supplies um the hair so she has stray she has curly so I have like a little bit of time to kind of figure out exactly what my style is going to be I wish that I was able to ask y'all like in real time and y' could tell me like girl get the curly get the straight get this get that but I don't know I don't know I'm think think I'm going to just do the curly because I know my fall hairstyle I want after the curly so I think I'm going to just do the curly for the vacation keep that for the whole month of September and then come October Baby I'm I got my f ready like in my head I cannot wait I cannot wait for just the fall fashion and I'm really just stepping into my higher self this fall like I have been envisioning her I've been acting as her in certain different ways and different areas of life but like externally like yeah I'm really St stepping into my higher self in the fall like with my fashion with my appearance with the activities that I want to do the events that I want to do the things that I want to host in my house like it is definitely Vana 2.0 and I cannot wait to live in that era of her because I don't know it's just something about the fall and the holidays like it's just you get really curate it to be what you want it to be and for me I've already had this Vision in my head of what I wanted this woman to be like and the things that I wanted to be able to do I just didn't have the either the funds or the home or the environment or the friends or my life wasn't just in that state to do that but this is my first season in my house having you know this being able to curate this so that's why I'm like so excited to really step into this Vana 2.0 this fall and this winter and the holidays and fall Halloween Christmas New Year's girl I'm just I'm just so thankful I'm so excited but I'm going to go ahead and get dressed and I'll show you my FIT once I'm once I'm done we going to do a little b [Music] roll very like elevated casual let me um get my scent and I just realized I did not lotion up um my body ear looking kind of rusty so let me get my lotions in my scent and then I'll be right back right so I'm going to be doing the Fenty skin this is um butter drop I'm already in a fall mood I can't help myself and this is a um small black on brand they sent me this um PR it's called Blended the the brand is called Blended and this is their um hydrating their slick hydrating body treatment and it's oil but it's in the spray I will link down link their Instagram and their website down below their products are really really good and why not support a small blackowned business and then for perfume I'm going to be doing replica this is Afternoon Delight this is fall in a bottle like oh my God this is just G it's just like a luxury like dessert like I probably just did way too much I don't care I do not care so yeah girl like I got it all in my mouth but let me just show you like how the spray goes on and you just I just mix it in with the whatever lotion I'm using for the that day look at the difference hopefully yall can even like see the difference um and butter drop is nothing new butter drop has been around still a staple still a staple so I would probably talk to y'all once we get in the car or actually I'll probably show you a full body of my um outfit downstairs just a better better angle and then we're going to be on our way on our way out the door all right yall so we're downstairs waiting on my husband to finish getting um dressed can yall believe that I'm not the last one ready that's cuz he was doing he probably like delay getting ready cuz he know I take so long so yeah Mason just fell asleep I put him on the couch mavi is sitting over here on his iPad okay y so this is the fit top this like vest situation is from Sheen and the bottoms are from Old Navy the sandals um this is my first time wearing these this is why I'm wearing them in my house because we don't wear shoes in our house these are from Fashion Nova and then let me show y'all don't like these sandals they're very cheap um and then I got these glasses these are the same glasses I wore out on my birthday Vlog girl these are so dirty it need to be clean Amazon I just wish that y'all could smell how good this hallway smells like we I told y'all we already in I got to take these glasses off y they are so freaking dirty it's insane [Music] um we are already we already in Fall mode in at this house so we went to the mall yesterday and we got um some file candles this one right here is definitely my favorite this is the pumpkin Snicker doodle it smells it smells so good and then we have one in the living ring living ring living room burning that one is called I think that's the mahogany vanilla yep that is mahogany vanilla and then over in the kitchen we have le leaves like you know leaves that fall off the tree so while we're in like talking about fall Decor I want to show y'all my little spread that I have going on in my office currently and just um FYI y'all the wallpaper coming down the wallpaper is coming down I'm just not I'm just not feeling it it's just not giving me a statement like I wanted it to so we're going to have a full clearly my son has been in my office cuz why is this here why is whatever um so we're going to have a whole new I think I'm going to just wait until I have everything done with the office and just do like one like big reveal for y'all cuz I feel like I already took y through this wallpaper and it's like girl now you don't even want it so I'm just going to do like one big reveal now y'all probably will see on the Vlogs um here and there like as I'm shopping and I might say like oh I'm going to get this for the office that for the office but the big reveal will be like one big video so anyone I include the wallpaper just letting yall know but let me show y'all so far what I have um this is some of my fall stuff that I've been purchasing and we're going to do a full like fall style my home with me video that should be up I don't think the next Vlog but the following Vlog because I still have to go through my old fall stuff that I have in my tote from in the basement I haven't even went through any of this stuff that stuff yet but this is just some new things that I have been buying and I've been laying it out cuz I'm a very visual person to see like okay where I want this where I want that this pumpkin here lights up all the stuff that you're looking at is Target Hobby Lobby and I think like HomeGoods is where most of this stuff oh in Walmart but again this just a little sneak peek for y'all you'll get the full um the full scoop of all the links to the products and all that stuff when we do the decorate um with me for fall and I think I have a few more things that my husband took out of the trunk oh yeah this some stuff from Hobby Lobby I'm going show yall this too okay so y'all I've already been getting Christmas decor I told you at the beginning of this Vlog like I'm stepping into van 2 oh the woman I've always wanted to be and I already told y this like so don't y shouldn't be surprised like when I talk and when you talk and say things about like let me turn the camera around so yall know how serious this is when you talk and say things about your higher self and when you've put it into the universe people won't really be surprised when you're doing things as her um as Smile as me getting Christmas decor in August like baby that's what she does that's what my higher self does she's a hosting Queen she's a Decor connoisseur so yeah so I'm going to just show y'all most of this stuff I think is Christmas decor so it'll be a you know a couple months before we put the Christmas decor up so my timeline is September I would say September 1st I will put up my fall stuff but I'm going to be on my cruise then so that Sunday when I get back from my cruise is when I'm planning to just do all my fall Decor in my house so it'll be straight fall Decor the full month of September and then October 1st or whatever the first Sunday of October is I'm going to be doing my Halloween decor so I'll be still having some of the Fall stuff but it'll be more you know Halloween based and then November the first weekend of November I'll be putting out my Christmas decor because I want Christmas decor up all of November and then all of December so that's the plan y'all seal that schedule you know if you you know make it make sense for so also my plan for Christmas is I'm going to have two trees possibly three trees girl maybe even four trees I'm I'm I'm going to have a lot of trees put it like that I'm going to have a lot of stuff at the end of last year when our house was still being built they started building our house in September of 2023 so at the end of the Christmas season of 2023 you know all of the stuff gets marked down and I bought two extra trees yeah two extra trees on top of the one tree that I already have cuz I already knew like like I been y'all this is planned this is all planned out like when people be seeing people pull stuff out like how did they do all baby I've been planning this for a while so yeah I bought two extra trees and they was like $40 cheap as heck and I'm like yeah when I when we get in this house you a going yeah the decor yeah oh I just I'm so excited y see how fast I'm talking because this is so exciting to me okay so this decorations here you guys are seeing will be downstairs downstairs the colors and the color scheme is going to match what we currently have as far as the Christmas decor goes so like Browns black nudes um oak wood things like that upstairs going have to wait y have to wait see what we doing upstairs so like how sing cute is this all from Hobby Lobby Hobby Lobby this week when I bought this today is Sunday when I'm recording this I was in there I think like Tuesday and Wednesday yes I went twice um and they had all Christmas stuff was 50% off so I got this suede Brown tree candles the stick candles and y'all will see the holders for these so stinky cute look at the holders like are you kidding me are you kidding me the candle holders so cute and I have two of these um I think this is the other holder Yep this is the other holder black reindeer um I know I have another tree yeah this is a collar tree same style just um collar in a different color so we got the black the black suede tree and I'm going to um probably take this stuff and put it in my closet in my [Music] office or probably just get another tote for Christmas stuff and take it to the basement and then y'all seen the box of ornaments and these um 32 32 ornaments 50% off so I got these are priced at $19.98 so let's just say $20 I got these for $10 um and then I got one taller tree and this is like o flopped like with glitter type of look and then I got one fall item in this Home Goods I mean HomeGoods girl Hobby Lobby trip and I got to go back actually this week so we'll be doing some more fall shopping is this hydranges um this was the last one in this color so I need to go back and get like two more like how freaking cute is this I cannot wait to do the fall stting video St my home video because I've been my vibe is coming to life my vibe is definitely coming to life but we're getting ready to go I will see y'all once we make it down to Navy Pier and have a super fun Sunday Funday Family Edition you know when y'all hear Sunday Funday people be thinking like yeah we out at brunch bottomless mimosas shots all of that and I'm cool with that too but baby I'm a mother a mother first so this one is Family Edition with the boys so we're excited um we haven't been out and done like Navy Pier this summer so it's going to be a good time [Music] we're getting ready to leave the Georgia's Museum it's super cute in here it's huge the kids have been having a blast mie come on down they Clos at 5 so look at look at your baby you in this cart I need to get you a cart like this at third time and we're currently parked because other people are getting on at the bottom and we're almost parked like at the peak of the be whe baby you okay and I'm actually afraid of heights but this is I'm surviving I don't really feel no type of what D the spider caught something okay we are moving again we're all wishing it was Saturday so we could have got a hotel to stay down [Music] hey y'all welcome back to another day in the Vlog it's been a couple days y'all I don't think I've talked to y'all since Sunday Sunday today is Thursday like whatever but welcome back to another day in the Vlog it is Thursday I'm working from home I'm on my lunch break and girl my to-do list is just like playing in my head because I have so much stuff to do I don't know like how I'm going to do it I I I don't all right so I have to delete some stuff off off the memory stick so it's Thursday we leave on Sunday for the cruise I don't know if I told y that officially in this Vlog I mean I know y'all see by the title vacation prep but yes we're going on a cruise on um we actually get on the cruise Bard the cruise on Monday but we're flying in a day earlier to Orlando we're going to have have one day in Orlando like a pre sale they call it that we're going to so girl I have to pack for the freaking cruise I have P of stuff just like kind of sitting around that we've been buying and pulling out that we want to for myself for my husband for the boys so I'm actually going to show yall a few things that I got from Forever 21 last weekend they were having a I want to say 30% off sale and I was like yeah I got so many Basics and things like that but I'm going to be taking some of the stuff on the cruise with me so I'm going to show youall really quickly I'm not trying it on child I'm not trying it on I'm just going to show y'all the pieces maybe I'll do a try on haul and plug the Clips in I don't know I don't know but I'm just going to say I ain't going to try it on just in case I don't do that and I'm also getting my hair done today hence why I have on this Bonnet and I'm getting curly hair y'all well wavy hair um and I'm excited I'm going to try to do like the little flip over method that the girlies are getting you know yeah I'm I'm getting the little flip over what the girls were doing all this summer and I know summer is over but baby this is my last summer vacation so I want to still look like a summer a summer girl like we're going to the Caribbeans like we're going in the Bahamas so curly hair fits the vibe but yeah my hair appointment is at 4:00 3: no 3: my hair appointment is at 3: so um trying to fix my tripod that's what we'll be getting ready to do so let me show y'all this stuff that I got from Fe 21 maybe I just like a a combo of like laying it down and trying and showing y'all so this is a little sweater situation this I'm definitely not taking on the cruise this is specifically just for like cting my fall attire this is white and a size large again everything was 30% off if I can find these items I'm actually going to link them down below for y'all Romper with like a matching top I forgot what these tops is called child but this color is like totally me for the fall it's like a light Sage everything that I have y'all is in a large it has the cross body the crisscross back and again it's like a romper bodysuit type of situation the top I don't know what this top is called y'all let me see it just says active knit top there's the actual name to this type of top though if y'all know what it is put it down below and then it is um long sleeve and then it has the finger holes so this is giv like Pilates this is giving Pilates princess period you know when your arm is actually through the whole thing Lana because yeah who who don't like joggers Ma I'm not no fashionista I'm not no fashion Guru but to me Mau is going to be a color for the fall I I don't know but in my head and in my wardrobe mauve is a color for the fall now this is not like a true mauve but this this is good enough this is good enough and the material of these joggers yeah the material my husband was like yeah you have to get those he was in we were all in the mall together it was like a full um Family shopping day and he was like yeah you have to get these they're long they're T girl friendly they feel like butter literally butter sagey green color I got some like loose fitted joggers um um with the matching bodysuit the matching bodysuit to go with it and then also crew neck style hoodie and then I also got these like cute matching socks with it I'm a cozy girl especially today like I'm working from home and this the fall like I want this so this is this is not sold as a set but I made it into a set cargo pants I need to try these on I got these in a size I got these in a size in a size 10 and I need to make sure that I can fit these because actually I got these in a size 12 because I truly wear like 81 but these look kind of cheap to me and yall know cheap pants be you know they be running small I'm a true eight or 10 but I got these a little bit bigger to make sure I can fit them and I'm thinking I probably will take on the cruise as well so more things which will probably run to the store if not tonight after I'm done with my hair appointment definitely tomorrow and we'll probably be out shopping all day tomorrow child I'm not even going to lie to you we'll probably out getting last minut and stuff all freaking day oh and I got this new little toiletry bag for the trip and then after I'm done on the trip I'm going to use this for in my car for like my nickname s that I that I keep in my car hand sanitizer perfume deodorant all that good stuff so enough of me rambling y'all I will probably talk to y'all on my way to the hair salon and I'll probably Vlog a little bit while I'm getting my hair done I don't know I don't know people you never know what what people Vibes going to be and I don't want to be bothered [Music] all right y'all so I found these Halloween baskets that I think I'm going to get for the boys for their boo baskets and they're actually like really cheap $5.99 so I think I'm going to grab these and if I find my egg having candy in here um if I find a different one then I can always just bring these back I'm going to take that candy out of there and then I also found these um like ghost pillows to put up for Halloween either put them on the boys beds or downstairs and in the um in the living room so that's what we' found so far and I am doing like separate Decor I'm going to do fall decor and then like Halloween I'm not really like combining the two but I'm shopping for everything as I see it but I'm just showing you what I'm seeing in the store so far
