UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE 24/25 LIVE DRAW REACTION!

supposed to be having a Champions League draw and I was like we not just go live you were supposed to do a Man United Liverpool preview for today but instead we'll postpone that for tomorrow and tonight right now we will be live reacting to UFA Champions League base draw and now it's a completely new format so right now they haven't obviously started the draw yet they're just kind of giving out Awards right now but we will be reacting to this live for you guys and um yeah y'all know man united unfortunately is not there uh which of course is indeed sad for me but I will still be as the lover of football regardless I will still be watching and you know be following along because that's that's what I do I love football and I will be tuning in 100% so after man united some of you guys know I am a big in fan after man united so we'll be going all the way to be supporting ined for this season Champions League tomorrow it is the Europa League draw I will be at work once the draw is going on but we'll do more so a reaction of that later tomorrow but right now focusing on the Champions League draw before we fully dive in make sure that you of course give this video here a big going to still just because man united isn't there I'm not going to then be like Oh I'm not going to watch I watch football not just for Man United but I love watching other teams play as well and it makes me sad that man united is not there so of course I'm I'm not going to act like I'm not sad I am I want to be a part of it as well yep we had a horrible run in it last season but that doesn't mean that I still don't want to be there I want to be there I want to compete you know but we're not there and it is what it is so for this one this whole what should I say basically this is now a completely new format so it's historic first new format um basically being played like a proper League that's basically what they're doing we have how many pots do we have we have oh oops see just this iPad we have about four pots um so basically the first pot is obviously like the best kind of the best teams in uh Europe those are in part one it looks to be I think in might be I wonder is it me read more so about the league face so this is for basically the league face draw okay um uh let's see here kind of wanted a little bit more information but new chly format let's look at that so it will follow new format uh I don't know why we had to change it up it doesn't make sense but yeah so the change will be it's a pivotal change in reforms announced by UFA executive committee uh it's a departure from curent current format group stage system so it's not the same so it'll be this press the check Champions League group stage includes 32 participant divided into eight groups of four uh that that was before but right now it's going to be 36 clubs that will participate in the Champions League phase former which used to be the former group stage giving four more sites the opportunity to compete against the best clubs in Europe those 36 clubs will participate in a single League competition in which all 36 competing clubs are ranked together so basically they're all ranked together right so part one based on different ranks we have Real Madrid ranked high and then Man City and Bayern you have um PSG you have Liverpool ined Dortmund lii and Barcelona in the same pot one so they won't be like playing each other in like this league phase um we'll see each other probably in The Knockout stages but not in this uh so yeah how will the four extra Champions League group stage spots be allocated qualification for Champions League will continue to be open and depend on the club's final position in the previous Seasons so we have slot one slot two how will teams reach a Champions League knockout face in will the format for The Knockout face change the result of each match will decide the overall ranking in the new league with three pots with three points for a win and one for a draw Still applying so that okay top eight sides in the league will qualify automatically for round of 16 while the teams finishing in ninth to 24th Place will compete in two leg knockout phase playoff to secure their path to the last 16 of this competition teams that finish 25th or lower will be eliminated with no access to the UFA Europa League so basically as man united is in the Europa League we won't be getting let's say you have like a Atletico Madrid for instance just or maybe let's say Atlanta Atlanta that let's say they finish 25th or lower they will not be dropped down the Europa League they will just be exited out so technically in all actuality it should be easier for Man United to technically win this round of Europa League but we have to wait and see so this is what's going to happen I don't get why we are changing up something that worked doesn't really make sense to me but it is what it is we're here and it is what it is uh right now we're still having the you know Ronaldo giving a little speech here big up to him I'm miss him man talking about how he kind of failed the whole you know not winning a trophy with aln and stuff but still motivated so big up
