Searching for rain, finding fall feel

>> Well, folks, it's a it's fall. And typically September sales over 4 inches of rainfall for the month. We'r starting the month off, though, fairly dry for us out there, OK? So we have one slim chance, right coming on Friday with a cold front coming in Friday morning. All right. yeah, 20%, maybe 30% little rther south on those rain chances. But then after that after that one chance of rain next, 7 days after that, no rain chance that all thanks to Tinder dry out. Also get some dry air to move in here. And that tends to squash out it kind of rain chances we have right now. Humidity is trying to move back in a little humidity. Come back our direction ahead of Friday's fall fronts coming in for Friday morning. But even then I think the better chances for seeing any kind of rain and it would be stray showers, not a widespread rain, which is what we made. We made a widespread rainfall event coming soon. But this is not going to be it's we're not going to see widespread rainfall anytime soon. We may see some stray showers south of I-44, as that front comes in and starts interactive, some of that higher moisture. But even then it's not a lot. All right. So that's the unfortunate pattern coming ahead of the good news with that pattern is a big cool down right back to the 70's and really nice fall feel going into the weekend. All right. Kids go to the bus. Stop Mid-sixties chilly. Start for the morning. Not bad, though. Yesterday morning were in the 50's. So we are warmer this morning. Then yesterday morning, upper 80's, mild and sunny, mostly sunny for this afternoon. Outside right now for side, the daylight peeking over the horizon for Springfield Tower camera looking good. The cloudless sky for now. See a few clouds move in from the south later today. Mid 60's to mid 50's in some areas farther north generally in the for this morning. And again, you're moisture content started creep in a little higher south of the interstate, but just not enough to really say, yes, we're going to rain. All right. don't plan for rain today or tomorrow, but the moisture trying to come back so we can get slim chances in for today. And tomorrow. Rainfall in the meantime, is all gone to the south of us Memphis to in some rain showers there. Little Rock to Fort Smith to down to Dallas. They had some rain over past couple days. We've been dry. We've been mostly sunny. We're going to stay generally the same way for today. So again, there may be a stray shower, northern Arkansas for maybe Harrison Fayetteville, southward could see some rain showers. They're generally staying dry, though. Here comes the cold front for Friday morning by 06:00AM. It's already entering the area. But again, it's moving fast and it's also running into maybe just some marginal moisture levels getting a little bit of rain, possibly south of I-44 again, none of the rain is locked what is locked in as the cooler. Nice weather 70's for the weekend with plenty of sun to go around 2 on Saturday and Sunday. Upper 80's for today's guen stray showers possible out of the southwest. But don't count on it. Mid
