THEY'RE ALWAYS GOING TO SAY HI TO YOU IN THE GROCERY STORE, WHETHER I MEAN, THEY'RE ALWAYS GOING TO SAY HI TO JARED, BUT THEY ALSO WHEN I'M AWAY FROM HIM, THEY'RE JUST NICE. THEY'RE NICE PEOPLE. THEY'RE GOING TO ASK YOU HOW YOUR DAY IS. AND I THINK THAT WAS SOMETHING REALLY DIFFERENT FOR US MOVING FROM CALIFORNIA. THERE REALLY IS SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT, YOU KNOW, BEING IN THE MIDWEST. AND THE PEOPLE HERE ARE AMAZING. AND I THINK THE CITY IS LIKE A HARD WORKING CITY. YOU REALLY FEEL THAT ENERGY HERE OF PEOPLE LIKE, ARE JUST READY TO WORK THE TEAM. >> WELL, IT'S CERTAINLY EMBRACED THAT HARD WORKING MENTALITY, THAT GRIT THAT YOU CAN ONLY FIND RIGHT HERE IN THE MOTOR CITY. >> THE TEAM KIND OF TOOK ON THAT ENERGY AS WELL, KIND OF BEING THAT LIKE UNDERDOG, LIKE WORKING HARD, HAVING THAT GRIT. AND I THINK THAT'S SOMETHING THAT WE JUST CONNECTED TO IMMEDIATELY. AND IT MADE THIS PLACE EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL AND SPECIAL. IT'S WHAT INSPIRED KRISTEN TO GIVE BACK. >> SHE'S MET THE FAN.
