he can go no faster than reic right now so getting getting behind him versus in front of him is a big difference and the big loser so far Chase Elliot penalty on Pit Road yeah blend lined infraction Steve tell us what was going on there why he got that infraction so it's interesting because you have to use the warm-up Lanes to turn one and turn two which I think Chase Elliot did the question has did he come too far to the right I was under the impression you could make as big an arc as possible the argument might be that he actually entered the racetrack itself once you get to that second white line if we back that up one more time between the two corners there's two white lines on the racetrack one is kind of the top of the access road the other one is the apron of the racetrack they sit out the cheat yesterday do exactly what they tell us to do yeah so NASCAR is saying that all four have to be below the second white line you cannot access the racetrack well the verbage of the sheet he's referring to is the handout and the the exact term is you must use the access road until the exit of turn two that's what's printed on the sheet so NASCAR feels when he goes driver's right of the second white line he's no longer on the access road so there the six has just got its right side tires on what we would call the racing surface not the racing line but the surface I don't know if I would call that the racing surface that's the problem with the that update but isn't that white line that signifies the apron run over racet track yeah but it hasn't for 14 years that we've run the Brickyard 400 I've seen drivers go out there all the time so you know to Jeff's point about controversy is now he SE some big smoke out of the back of the 17 of busher my point is Rick I agree that that if the line is going to be the reference point then let's reference the line in the update so we'll have to see if this information gets handed to all the other drivers Jeff yeah just just make this right the rule in black and white yeah you can't go above that line and then there's no question AG agre this is a vague rule well it's good thing he lifted yeah the good thing he came out of the gas it was going to get ugly that's the only chance he gets that bull right there copy that back in your rhym I like that well he gave him one chance little affirmation and let's get back to racing don't egg it on I I say that tongue and cheek but I do believe there are some radio conversations where I feel like you know they could they could put the fire out or they kind of stoke it and sometimes I think we'd be better off to put some of these fires out we heard Denny hlin no I'm sorry was Chase in his interviews said well you just want to be the front of your strategy oh man big wreck oh and hit again oh that's a 24 of William Byron AJ aldinger in the 16 involved as well oh somebody got into the right rear of look like the 22 potentially of legano behind him it looked like there was two cars side or two cars or three cars three wide let's take a look right here you see oh you're going to see it right here the 21 41 and 24 so the 41 if we back that up and watch that one more time the 41 is trying to get three wide between the 21 and the 24 trying to make it three wide I don't believe Harrison Burton or William Byron knew that they were three wide this will be a great look right here oh they're hitting each other there so he's in his right rear quarter panel so you see Hamlin now not only looking out his camera oh no we go see that right that time right there what Larson did was he lifted early he lifted early Hamlin drove in deep Hamlin got tight behind himrich Larson had for momentum on Corner exit that is great driving by lson four to go Fire's still lit under the hood of the six [Music] I'm nervous for who everybody coming out oh we got a caution that comes out it's the a of Kyle Bush and you heard a radio Max save Max save I can tell you that could have been anybody in the top 20 on the radio about saving Fuel and a wreck in turn one the caution comes out there'll be another restart yeah for the fourth time today we've seen a big pile up on the restart John Hunter n involved in the 42 oh there's Denny Hamlin who had just come to Pit Road he's involved are you okay Chase Brisco has damage to that number 14 Ric way back here comes blay on the outside [Music] lson easily by Blay and you see blay wiggling does he have enough fuel now can Larson hold off reic oh spinner on the backstretch and is he going to make contact he does with the inside wall we'll see if he continues to roll they stay green and the 41 still isn't moving I don't see any way NASCAR some race by this and there's a caution Larson's going to do it lson is going to win the Brickyard 400 get back to the line hi I'm Parker cigman for more access like this from Pit Road be sure to click and subscribe to the Motorsports at NBC YouTube channel
