Breece Hall It's not really a concern to be honest. I'm just for me just focused on just
continuing to get better and just still keep building my body
up for the season everything I
could practice right now. I feel great. But you know, the coaches are real
cautious with me. And you know, I appreciate what them I
appreciate them for that. So it's it's been a good time just to still be here be a part of
everything. I do the walkthroughs and stuff
we've been doing so it's been cool. It's been fun. Yes under the season on a good note
just still last season not still feeling like 100% all the
time. But now I have my first off season to not to not just be trying to get
back but to get better and I've gotten better this offseason.
So, you know, I'm a lot leaner. I
feel a lot healthier my knees. My knee feels a lot better. And you know, I just feel like
I'm back to my old self. Like that off, huh? It was a play that you kind of felt like
yourself last year. Um, I mean I had not
times but you know coming off an injury and I was playing a
little early. So, you know, I was still trying to figure out how to deal with like
soreness and stuff and I never really had injuries
before so I don't think I have like a super high like pain
tolerance. So like, you know, when you have those
those traumatic injuries, you know
that kind of message to a little bit but now
I'm like now that I've gotten a full offseason to just keep
getting stronger. I feel just fine. So it feels so
great. Now. I'm not the old guy. We got to Rico in now. So I'll just tell him that I used
to play with them on math and everything. So now I'm not the
old guy Nick ball and he's old. He's older than me as well. So
I'm sitting that third right now and I think Isaiah Davis is the same age as
me as well. So Braylon CSO braylon's do young book in there
now, so I'm good. Yeah. What was your reaction? Sierra today, and I know I wasn't I wasn't going to
be surprised by the same was going to be surprised to see
him. So, you know, I know he's working
his tail off. He's still trying to come back. So get back to feeling right
from his injury and everything. I know he's working his tail
off. I'm whether he's here or not. You know, I know he's
all-in and it's good for tie rod and some of the younger quarterbacks to get get those
reps because this is tie rods first year at the offense and
he's still learning everything as well. So it's cool because he also He's a
sense of calm to the offense and you know, it's just going to be
good for him to work through mistakes. And for the young guys
to work through mistakes and growing pains and everything you mentioned. Think about your cousin or your
own Roger Craig? Yeah cousin. Yeah. What's the history there as far
as Roger Craig was a legendary.
Yeah, you're opening up with yes is very cool. You know, I know he's going to
be a talking stuff to me the for the game and everything,
even though he's I know he's gonna be rooting for me and
everything. So it's going to be cool and playing the 49ers. You
know, Brock was my roommate in college and everything and McCaffrey. I was used to watch
his highlights all the time. If you go like if you go on my
YouTube video look at Christian McCaffrey and like my history
and everything in the show. I watched like the first like
ten videos of like it's
highlights and everything. So it's going to be cool going to
get Fred Warner and another the defense they
have over there. It's going to be a great challenge for me just
to see where I stand see where offenses and I think it's
gonna be fun now I haven't yet. I haven't yet met him actually like overly
competitive with each other. So like even in college when we
play Madden and stuff like whoever won like we went to talk
to each other for the rest of the day. So like that's how
it's going to be until after the game. So yeah, Tyron Smith that's one great. It's a pleasure to be no work. A group of guys here everybody say my set to get
better and every day and you know, it's been fun. So for you, you've probably been using the
same kind of routine from the offseason into he can't and that kind of thing
how different is it because you know how things are
structured now, it's a completely different thing at
this point in your career. Yeah, you know, every team is
different. It's adjusting to working. You know, what you know
what you get when you get To and so, you know, the adjustment has
been hard or anything like that just you know get into more for
learning everything how to do things here as far as Playbook
and workouts and everything here, but it's easy transition. They make it easy for you and to learn everything out of our things run here is office to the one day you play with it the Alice. You know, you know we establish
something, you know, great and you know in Dallas and its potential to do the same
thing here, we got a good group of guys here that's willing to
be there to be the best all line as we can. And so, you know me and a couple
other guys we are, you know, the beginning stages
right now, but we're building to that chemistry that we need relationship. Did you have with
flowers? I promise you I guess when you first come to Dallas, yeah, so Larry was a big
influence for me from my first couple years coming to training camp and give me a little tips here and
there and just being there used to send us text, you know
before every game a couple of couple guys on the line and
saying, you know, give us, you know, a little Kirk me for every
game, you know break everybody's hard
that he passed away and sudden the way it did but you know who,
you know take for what he taught us and moving we got to grow from there you You see
yourself in that chain. You know for me, you know any
kind of tips I could get him to give anybody as far as technique
anything like that. I'm willing to give it cuz we
all got to be strong in this great these now shot as any questions he's willing to work and you
know, you'd like today was working taking up the practice
trying to fine-tune the And different things because you
never know what can happen and means league is always in
this guy because you know, everybody has to be
ready. So their particular trait that
stands out to you when you look at it. You can tell that he's you know, he's growing for what
he you know, how to use to play in college. He started to see
how things are done here and he's adjusting for pretty well. When we spoke to are a few days
ago, you mentioned your lockers are near each other. These are our coolers to watch
you kind of talk to me undergrads. And what's it been
like being around there has been great. You know, he's no wanted a great
and you know anything he needed he tells you listen because it's not always gonna be something you
haven't heard before so you guys just take it would have
you know what it is and you know learn from you allow yourself to imagine
what this offense could look like when everyone's together
and healthy I feel like we could be a
dominant office, you know long as everybody's on the same page
and I feel like we're getting to that point and so, you know, it snows all as as one
and we got Stay Together on it and they just stepped away. You've been a leader by example for me. I never been in like a
rod type guy try to say neutral as possible for me is You know, I'm always leading by example
because I'm there are you knows we're for me being under press
conference right now and talk in front of you guys right now
go. I'm not a big talker guys. So I'm always leading by example. That's the way I was wrote. So did you learn anything last season in
terms of managing yourself through the course of the year
that you could apply to this year you had done in the previous
years. Well the system they have set up for me and Dallas
was something that came up. what it came up with and it
worked and so I'm just pretty much it was me
listen to where they tell me to do and the same thing here
whatever plan they have for me to take that take care of me
here and I'm gonna listen and follow
