WE'RE DEALING WITH A LOT OF DEAD TREES, SO THERE'LL BE A LOT OF VEGETATION IN THE WAY. THE VEGETATION WORKERS WILL COME IN AND REMOVE THAT, AND THEN WE GO TO GET THE CIRCUITS ON THAT FEED. HOSPITALS, FIRST RESPONDERS, AND THEN WE START TO TAKE THE CIRCUITS THAT GET THE MOST CUSTOMERS ON AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. IT'S A VERY DETAILED PLAN, VERY METHODICAL.
