so hello everyone in this video we are going to discuss about some more feature of M365 admin portal so now we today we are going to discuss about the marketplace and other related uh features and options so Marketplace is basically if you have purchases your Microsoft 365 ten and direct ly to the Microsoft so in the marketplace you can easily uh purchase purchase some uh product from uh this Marketplace so you don't need to buy go with any CSP partner you just directly uh use your credit card and uh use M365 uh features like for example if I'm just checking with the M365 okay so M365 it will give you the list of M365 license bundle in the below so you can see that Microsoft 365 business basic basic for monthly monthly yearly premium any of the license you can easily purchase it okay if also you want to compare with the other license so you can uh select and just start comparing to uh license okay for example just I am comp comparing Microsoft 365 business basic and premium and just click on the compare now this uh Microsoft microplace it will automatically give you the comparison of the these both license so you can see that we have uh okay Mac and PC is available for the five per user in uh premium and other application on your desktop Windows that you can install in your window desktop uh exchange you will get it exchange plan one is a same multiple things that is seem that you can uh use it but if you want to go with the security perspective that premium have the most useful features so active directory in tune Cloud app security information protection uh window 10 planner other feature that you can get the list of over here and you can see it which Microsoft 365 is license um license is suitable for you now second is the billing section in the bilding section if you go with the your product so for example if you have purchased some M365 feat license or uh some uh uh some windows license so here you can get it over there you will get the list of uh your license so if you are just checking we have already have M365 E5 license teams and Enterprise okay so these give you the list of the license with the assigned license and purchased license so how many license you have assigned it okay if you go with the licensing section in the licensing section also give you the list of the uh you can say the LI list of the license but here you can get more feat uh more uh fe uh feasibility of your license so if I you want to check okay I have 20 license okay and I want to see that which license I have assigned to the which users uh so you can just click one in a single click you will get the list of the user you can download it if you want to remove it you just select it and remove that license from uh that particular user so these thing is suitable for you that you can use it uh okay also you will get the uh uh get the uh license status also so uh we have the 20 license of Microsoft 365 E5 license but one license you need a valid license so it means for example uh if you have purchased the license like uh monthly or yearly so it give you the yearly commitment like okay so we have purchased the license in uh 1 June 2024 to 1 June 2025 okay and next year uh you have purchased 15 license 18 license so two license you have never used it or never purchased it from uh your CSP partner or Microsoft directly so it give you the notification that you have 18 licenses valid but one license J the invalid license that you have already assigned to particular user so it will automatically remove it once it give you the 15 days of grace period uh after completion of 15 days it depend upon the uh the current Microsoft 365 scenario that you can uh or policies uh for a license uh the features removal from their back end okay so for example if after 15 days it will automatically remove that user and uh and in and after 30 days if you never assign the license of that particular user your your data will automatically remove it permanently remove it if you have assigned the license after 30 years that will not be able to uh possible to get the data of that mul mail box uh the rest of the things that you can use for the payment and billing from directly if you are purchasing for the Microsoft and purchasing from the CSP it will give you the uh license details that when uh it expire iring okay so these things that you can use it for as per your convenient uh thanks for watching me my video so in the next video we will cover up the next of the features thanks for the time have a good day byebye [Music] [Music]
