welcome aboard Cruisers it's great to be back with you and starting a fresh new month and a brand new week of our popular Cruise hiive news updates we've got four stories lined up for you today as Norwegian Cruise Line announces a cancellation Royal Caribbean adding brand new Port the sailings carnival adds a new pre- Cruise purchase and more so join us as we delve fully into all these updates brought to you directly from cruise.com [Music] [Laughter] the SS United States in historic oceaner faces an uncertain future as the September 14th deadline for vacating his Philadelphia dock approaches with relocation efforts stalled the SS United States Conservancy is negotiating with akaloa county in Florida to Scuttle the vessel as an artificial Reef near Destin and Fort walon Beach if approved by the akaloa board of County Commissioners on September the 3rd the $9 million contract will create the world's largest artificial Reef offering economic benefits and preserving the ship's Legacy through a dedicated Museum Royal Caribbean International has added cabar Roa in Dominican Republic as a new Port of Call to several existing itineries cabar Roa located in the pedali on the southwestern coast of the Dominican Republic open to Travelers in January of this year notably the December 13th 2025 sailing of Oasis of the Seas now includes cabar Roa replacing a CD this change shortens time in Aruba but adds an exciting new destination cabar roa's proximity to zarura National Park offers guest opportunities for Beach outting snorkeling and nature exploration Carnival Cruise Line has introduced distilled water as a pre-purchase option for guests available through their website for $5.90 per gallon as of September the first this addition caters to passengers using CPAP machines ensuring easy and reliable access to necessary supplies during their Voyage previously guess at the request distilled water on board or via phone before sailing which could lead to delays or limited availability the new pre-order system aims to enhance convenience and reduce stress for travelers with medical needs Norwegian Cruise Line has cancelled its first 2025 Alaska sailing aboard the Norwegian Bliss originally scheduled to depart Seattle in Washington on April the 2nd 2025 this 10 night Voyage was set to visit keten Sitka skag and more including Scenic glacia Bay the cancellation is due to a fleet redeployment though the rest of the 2025 Alaska season remains unaffected beginning April the 12th 2025 guests will receive full refunds and a 10% future Cruise credit Norwegian Bliss new itineries will be available for booking starting September the 16th of this year and and that's it for me today Cruisers my name is Paul and all the news you requires over on cruise.com now if anyone has any news you can email us at news tips cruise.com please show your support by liking our video and please subscribing to our Channel I hope you have a good day Cruisers and I'll see you in the next video [Music]
