I THINK IF YOU'RE IN THE LEHIGH VALLEY IN THE POCONOS THOUGH YOU'RE GOING TO HANG ONTO A BIT MORE CLOUD COVER. SO, JUST KNOW THAT. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO TODAY? WELL, FOR TODAY YOU NEED SUN GLASSES, YOU NEED SANDALS, SHORTS, WE'LL BE IN THE 80s AND WE SHOULD BE DRY. TOMORROW KEEP THE SANDALS MAYBE EVEN THE SHORTS BUT YOU'LL NEED AN UMBRELLA AS WELL AND MONDAY SUN GLASSES AND MAYBE A SWEATSHIRT IT COULD BE QUITE NIPPY ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING AND WE WILL ONLY BE IN THE MID 70s. THE OTHER BENEFIT OF WHAT'S GOING ON IS WE'LL BE A LITTLE BIT HUMID OVER THE WEEKEND. WE HAVE A COUPLE OF FRONTS COMING THROUGH, WE HAVE THIS CHANCE OF RAIN IT'S GOING TO BE WARMER THE AIR WILL HOLD MORE MOISTURE BUT BY MONDAY AND TUESDAY IT BOTTOMS OUT. WE WASH ALL THE HUMIDITY OUT AND WE BECOME QUITE REFRESHING. MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. WE ALSO HAVE A RISK OF SEVERE WEATHER TONIGHT. NOW, THIS IS JUST REALLY AN IFFY RISK. THESE STORMS MAY COME IN AND OUR ATMOSPHERE MAY BE SIMPLY TOO STABILIZED HERE. THE GREATER RISK HAS BEEN PUSHED TO THE WEST FROM WHERE IT WAS YESTERDAY. WE WERE IN THE YELLOW YESTERDAY. NOW WE'RE IN THE GREEN WHICH IS A LEVEL ONE OUT OF FIVE AND THAT'S NOT FOR TODAY. THAT IS FOR TONIGHT OVERNIGHT AND THE THREAT IS DAMAGING WIND. TOMORROW WE ARE IN THE SAME THING, THE LEVEL ONE OF FIVE THREAT FOR DAMAGING WINDS, THE ENTIRE AREA AND THIS IS GOING TO BE IFFY AS WELL. THIS COULD BE FOR THE SECONDARY FRONT COMING THROUGH AND THIS COULD BE LATE MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. THESE WILL BE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND STORMS. THIS IS NOT A GIANT EVENT THAT'S UNFOLDING IF THEY EVEN REACH THOSE SEVERE LIMITS. WE ARE LOOKING AT SOME BREAKS IN THE CLOUD COVER ALREADY AND IF YOU TAKE A LOOK TO THE WEST WE HAVE PLENTY OF CLEARING AND THERE IS THE FIRST OF OUR TWO FRONTS. NOW THE SECOND ONE STILL UP IN CANNED TODAY DROPPING INTO THE DAKOTAS. WE'LL WATCH AS THIS FRONT PUSHES THROUGH. FIRST THE WARM FRONT COMES THROUGH BRINGING US THE TEMPERATURES IN THE 80s. WE'RE UP FROM THE 70s YESTERDAY. THEN THE COLD FRONT WILL COME THROUGH TONIGHT AND THEN THAT SECONDARY COLD FRONT COMES THROUGH BRINGING US A REINFORCING PUSH OF COOLER AIR. SO, HERE'S 2 O'CLOCK, WE HAVE PLENTY OF SUN ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA, A LITTLE CLOUDY THOUGH FOR THE POCONOS AND LEHIGH VALLEY AND LANCASTER. WE ARE LOOKING AT A LINE OF SHOWERS OR STORMS AT 8:00 BUT THEY FALL APART BECAUSE WE HAVE A FAIRLY STABLE ATMOSPHERE. 2 O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING MAYBE A BOOM OF THUNDER A SHOWER, A BRIEF THUNDERSTORM OUT THERE. AND THEN WE GET INTO 10:00 TOMORROW MORNING WITH CLOUDS MAYBE A SPOTTY SHOWER. WE COULD SEE SOME SHOWERS AND STORMS DEVELOPING MIDDAY AS THAT SECONDARY FRONT COMES THROUGH AND THEN THINGS CLEAR OUT VERY QUICKLY FOR MONDAY AND LOOK AT THIS. THE WINDS, THESE LITTLE LINES RIGHT HERE, IT HAS TURNED OUT OF THE NORTH. IT IS A DRIER MORE COMFORTABLE AIR MASS. SO IN PHILADELPHIA TODAY, WE ARE LOOKING AT 85. TOMORROW WE'RE GOING TO BE LOOKING AT 83 AND ON MONDAY, 77 AND IT IS TOMORROW THAT YOU REALLY NEED TO KEEP AN EYE TO THE SKY OR CARRY THE UMBRELLA. IT WILL BE 77 TODAY DOWN THE SHORE, 71 IN THE POCONOS. DECENT DAYS. LITTLE MORE CLOUD COVER IN THE POCONOS. A SHOWER OR STORM POSSIBLE TOMORROW WITH A TEMPERATURE IN THE MID AND UPPER 70s AND THEN 79 MONDAY DOWN THE SHORE AND 66 IN THE POCONOS. IT'S GOING TO BE BEAUTIFUL AND SUNNY. THE WATER TEMPERATURE, IF YOU'RE GOING TO GO DOWN THE SHORE IT'S 71 IN OCEAN CITY AND ATLANTIC CITY, 72 NEAR CAPE MAY AND WE'RE LOOKING AT 73 THAT ACTUALLY DROPPED A DEGREE WHEN THEY UPDATED IT THERE OFF OF THE DELAWARE BEACHES.
