here the guy on the right um the public defender's office is and I think this is the public defender so she's got money they're going to dismiss right now the public defender and she's got the lawyer right here that's why I said man this this case going to take a while you know there's a reason you know why well she's got money obviously is discharged right ma'am you were arrested for a case that's from August 10th of 2024 the charges are driving without a license um with a death or serious bodily injury it looks like two counts of that and driving without a license actually three counts of driving without a license causing death or serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of a crash causing a death two counts and another three counts leaving the scene of a crash serious bodily injury those are um and driving without a license causing death or Serious injury and leaving the scene of a crash Serious injury so those are the charges um your attorney is here good morning Mr Gordon have you had honor it uh no your honor we were retained uh yesterday we came down to speak with the client Unfortunately they have been processing her since 5:00 yesterday we've been trying to get in the back so we can have a conversation with her all the way up until 9 o'clock this morning until I have to rush here to get a part of this uh Zoom hearing ground so I have not had an opportunity to do so but I think I am aware of the charges okay so this lawyer or this attorney got called I guess last minute because you I don't want to bash on on the on the lawyer attorney might might need them later later on right um but it seems like he doesn't he knows because this thing's viral of course that's that's how I think that um that he knows but it seems like he doesn't have all the detail so they just got maybe all the home boys home girls got got the money together for for the for the attorney based on the things that I've read in my communications with the family um M forward Mr Gordon a copy of the arrest after um it's got to be from the he has to email the clerk you're going to have to email the clerk at felony frr m.gov I'm I'm reading it now for and I'll summarize it for you okay on August 10th at 649 hours that's in the morning I guess she was the defendant was a single occupant and Driver of a white 2018 Mercedes fordor S sedan traveling south on North Miami Avenue and had a steady red traffic signal a black 2020 Range Rover SUV was traveling west on North 8th Street entering the intersection of North Miami Avenue with a steady green traffic signal there was a single o in the vehicle this was victim number four a 23-year-old male a silver 2012 Suzuki four-door sedan vehicle 3 was traveling East on North 8th Street entering the intersection of Miami Avenue with a steady traffic signal vehicle three had three occupants the driver victim one front passenger victim two and the rear left passenger victim three vehicle one was traveling south on North Miami Avenue vehicle one is um her car by the way with a steady red traffic one second vehicle one while traveling Southbound on North Miami Avenue in Lane 2 the right lane at a high rate of speed entered the intersection of North 8th Street with a steady red traffic signal and caused an angled she took took that right collision with vehicle 2 second so she's vehicle one just so we're clear that she is vehicle one so she entered the intersection at a high rate of speed and enter um of North 8th Street with the steady red traffic signal caused an angled collision with vehicle 2 vehicle one's front center collided with vehicle 2's right passenger side basically she ran a red light went into an intersection where where she hits there's surveillance of it is there's video surveillance of her walking North after the crash there's videos I'm G try I'm G try to get this this footage this whole footage so I can we can we can um watch it here together people are asking me CU people were asking me yo is there is there video um of the is there a way you can get the video of of of the rest the whole thing and I'm you know I'm going to tell you guys this much um the video I think is going to pop up on on the internet this going to this case going to take a while um but at the time I don't think they they can display it for one it's too early it's too too early and it's an um on Ando investigation so it's going to take take a while so that that uh that's that goes out for the people that were asking me about the the footage if I if I can get it answer is yes but not at the moment surveillance of her exiting the vehicle and walking Northbound away from the crash never rendering Aid or calling 911 to assist those who were injured in the crash never cared for calling 911 just says am outy really man unknown bystanders grabbed a pendant and took her back to the scene of the crash and H her until the police arrived so basically like now you lower landed in different locations and when the police arrived they saw that she was under the influence I guess they police were assisting her they asked her question she had I can't wait to watch that that video man of her the whole Camp thing she was under the influence of 2C a known party drug and that she was from the future and had a crystal ball and she was placed in the recovery position until fire rescue arrived because she was vomiting so um victim one had to be extracted from the vehicle three and was transported to the hospital rder trauma and in critical condition and was later dis pronounced deceased due to his injuries victim two was removed from vehicle 3 and transported to Jackson with facial and arm lacerations vehicle victim 3 was pronounced deceased on the scene in peace man um by the fire rescue victim four was transported to JH was in stable condition so there's two people that died and two that were injured she the vehicle was registered to her but she doesn't have a Florida's driver's license that trip me out right like she ain't got no license but like oh like like I said maybe she was like hey yo I'mma maybe the sugar daddy right B bought her the the the car and she's all like let me register it yeah you got to claim it right but got a car but you can't Uber you know what I mean like and a further search revealed that under her date of birth and name she has a Florida driver's license and it was sup so she has a or the driver license and even even the lady right here to the right um she's kind of like whoa watch check check it out she the vehicle was registered to her but she doesn't have a Florida's driver's license and a further search revealed that under her date of birth and name she has a Florida driver's license and it was suspended indefinitely January 16th of 2024 so that's what this case is about indefinitely that means that means like forever she she's like [ __ ] bro okay so state looks like there's probable cause for everything and it looks like based upon the results of the toxicology we're likely GNA charge her with DUI manslaughter it does appear that she was was under the influence of Controlled Substances at the time of the incident based upon her statements um her vomiting I believe she would be a potential fight risk in that these are extraordinarily flight serious we don't want we don't want her flying she said Flight Risk right I believe she would be a potential fight risk in that these are extraordinarily serious charges and we may be filing charges that include minimum mandatories with the yeah well your office hasn't filed a motion for preferral detention as of today's date and this case has been here for a couple of days since August 10th when she was arrested I think I I think the court do Court was last week's Friday and what was last week's Friday let me see let me no the 10 also she they they were trying to get get her a lawyer for a while then is the 10th okay the 10th that was the weekend and the 11th is when they arrested her which was like 10th whatever so she um oh they didn't get her a lawyer for like at least like three to four days right man imagine Lupe the the the people just feeling the impact well you they didn't even feel the impact right but the people around I I think there's going to be a lot of footage that's going to be popping up you know from from the whole accident people nowadays you know how how they are right away they they pull out their phone but um the the sound of the impact the whole crash the the way the I I I think I think it had to be a horrifying like sound right my condolences man to I am going to contact the family I am going to uh try to contact the family and um help them out man spread the word I'm going to help them out spread the word uh Macy Marie laders you should be I'm not going to say you know cuz your case you know it's it's fresh and you got to do what you got to do you know maybe you know you your lawyer is telling you not to contact your um them the families but you should have some of your friends um promote their their Gund me or you should give them a donation maybe you don't have money right cuz you're paying the fees of the lawyer but you should have have your friends your model friends and photographers and everybody in the um the hbang in your circle to to share the link to Abraham's and DUI man slaughter we have to we can't file that until we get the results right we may be able to file that motion um but she got into this horrible that's that's the thing uh I don't know if you guys her but they were still waiting on the toxicology report because they wanted to know how deep was she was the crystal ball right like how far was she timey was how far and deep was she TR time traveling so and they want to test to what she had going on in her system now I'm asking myself this this question and I'm going to bring it up you know throughout the episodes and live streams did she have like a big bag of that thing that stuff and if she did she she's you know other people there's going to be more more questions right like where did you get this thing from where are you coming from where you coming from the Fresh and fit uh boat party huh people are going to get investigated let's keep on watching this we are activated late hit the like button accident and then she walked away and it appeared that she was under the influence of drugs at the time she was driving the car without a license killing two people the state's requesting a $500,000 Bond plus exactly Lup you know we all make mistakes and all but if you know that you're going to be out there doing crazy [ __ ] you know what I mean get get you a taxi man it's it's only right it that that's for like like people like us when we know there was no Ubers and all that back in the days I'm not going to say now right now because I don't you know I don't be like out there like that but you know I mean if if back in our days uh there would have been Ubers and lifts imagine you know people would have been safe dude sell somebody a little two bumps two little lines you know that's that's your Uber money you know if a taco nowadays I was complaining about like tacos are uh two 250 now like this is the thing Mexican food should not be expensive Mexican food is very delicious but Mexican food is is for for the people for the friends we we we share our stuff you know what I mean so come on House rest as well as a no Drive order okay your honor if I may I think a half a million dollar bond is unreasonable and it's telling am to no bond did you hear that did you guys hear that [ __ ] are you not entertain this dude said you want this lawyer you you commit some some some dirty crime you [ __ ] up in your life you you want this lawyer because this lawyer is faithful you know he's saying that F $500,000 half a Millie is is too much like the other people's lives don't don't don't matter you know like just deleted killed two people they lost their life oh they you know that's that's that's too much I mean their life is not even worth it you know I mean one of them is Hispanic Latino so he's like you know I'm not saying the the the lawyer saying that you know what I mean just over here talking you know could be a good lawyer good person I don't know him but but he has to do what he has to do right that's his job right here but no m is right like oh that's too much and his taling mind to no bond you're on if plus house arrest as well as a no Drive order how's she going to get house arrest dude there's people that got in caught with a little bit of weed and they got in like months she's going to get you know she's too pretty give her house arrest okay your honor if I may please your H I think a half a million dollar bond is unreasonable and it's Talent am to no bond you're on if this L is requesting house arrest as a condition then I think that there are other parameters that would be justifiable to lure that Bond if she's going to be placed on house arrest perhaps the court can place her on ankle monitor or some something of that nature but I think a half a million dollar Bond priv think is unreasonable she doesn't pose a danger to the community um she's a college graduate she's been no danger to the community she just slammed into uh two cars killed two people um one of the the people won't be able to work the other person probably is traumatized for life doesn't listen you know she got a chance right she got a little slap in the hand we all [ __ ] up and all that but you know they told her not to drive her [ __ ] dude for that's the thing for her this what the thing that I'm I'm I'm thinking right for her driver license to be suspended indefinitely it means like she had to do some crazy [ __ ] right to for that that that was her her first chance right there she doesn't pose a danger to the community um she's a college graduate she's been in the State of Florida you're on for over almost two years so I don't think that there's anything to suggest that she's a Flight Risk and again your honor if they're asking for house arrest as in condition then I don't see why the bond should be a half a million doll so I think the a du man law she just killed two people what do you mean like or vehicular homicide then you can the standard suggested Bonds on those are not even they second degree colon is one of them I I think then you can ask for increased Bond I think an increased Bond here is warranted I think that's pretty high I am G to add house arrest H one and two that's crazy bro like she's getting house arrest like so that means like so that means that she killed two people and she's getting the privilege to to go home and not be with the rest of not pay the price just like the other people are paying the price for whatever they did you know in jail you know I mean they they're keeping her away I'm going be that dude if that was a
