so Andy you left everything out there on the pitch tonight just talk us through that yeah it was more like us knew we had to show a reaction knew we had to be a lot better than probably every aspect of our game and I think I think we managed that I think we were on the front foot to start obviously got off to a really good start and then um you know obviously the goal came from a mistake but mistake happens in football and sometimes you get punished for them sometimes you don't and unfortunately we did but the reaction from you know Tony in particular after that mistake was unbelievable and then the team reacted really well as well we could have nicked it we had our chances but so today as well and you know probably all in all in a draw was probably a fair result but like you say we left everything out on the pitch and what was the message from the the coaches at the half uh halftime break think you know keep believing in ourself we had a really good half um you know the game kind of swung and you know kept on the momentum kept changing you know they had five minutes we had five minutes and so and that was just the the way the game went the whole kind of 90 minutes and um yeah it was just about keep fighting keep going and do what we do and then you know tweet you know a couple of little things but um yeah I thought I thought the lads were really good tonight and we're going to need the same performance if not better on Sunday you say Sunday it's a massive game now how important are the fans going to be on Sunday yeah fair play to them tonight they were they were unbelievable I think all the lads were talking about that was probably the loudest national anthem we've had since we've um you know played with Scotland and um yeah they backed us the whole way and um you know they celebrated everything for us and kept us going and cuz that was a really tough game you know um we done a lot of running we done a lot of yards and um yeah they they kept us going they kept pushing us and every time we we got up the pitch you know they got excited and that drove us forward and like I says we we wish we could have gave them the win because we had a couple of chances to do so but we'll take the point and you know we'll take it down to the last game well I guess you left it all out on the pitch there tonight talk us through that yeah no I think that was a lot more like us um you know from the first minute um got in our got got in their faces and um you know really put them under pressure and um I think that that gave us a great boost for the rest of the game and um yeah disappointed not to win in the end and put us in a decent position going into Sunday's match against Hungary yeah 100% And you know our job tonight was um to still be in it before the last game and we are that and um you know we go into the the Hungary game looking forward to it and um you know going for the win and just a quick word how good were those scotton fans inside the stadium tonight yeah I know amazing again and um you know from our point of view it's uh it's nice to um give them something to go away with tonight and uh hopefully they enjoy their night in Cologne so Scott not ideal circumstances for you to come on tonight but a big performance from yourself when you did yeah obviously um KT hav come off isn't ideal but uh I just wanted to come on try and help the team get a positive result that still gives us a chance to get out the group you say it's uh still gives us a chance to get out of the group how big is the game against Hungary going to be now yeah it's massive and uh at least it's clear exactly what we need to do um there's no part or may we need to win the game so that's exactly what we need to do and you just know that you'll have a thousand thousands of Scotland fans supporting you there how good were they tonight yeah they've been exceptional ever since we we qualified really um to get here the backing with has been phenomenal and uh I think with a number of fans have Sun out in Munich and obviously in col last couple of days it's been unbelievable as well as all the videos you see all the bars and pubs back home that are full [Applause]
