Intro this is Eagle Al and today I'll be talking about training camp yes will Shipley and the Kobe Dean they got into it we put my guy Tyler Hall on IR which I think is a good move and we just going to talk about Camp we're going to go over the notes and everything you know how egole Al do it but let's get straight into [Music] it all right man so I'm not going to waste you guys time talk about tner m is out playing them and there's nothing we can do about it it is what it is it is what it is but let's hop straight into the camp newes all right so let's go over the injury report Injury Report so we got Gabe Hall hamstring Matt Hennessy back EJ Jenkins knee Joseph M ankle Albert o adman Kaden Sterns knee John Ross concussion Tyler Steen ankle and Johnny Wilson concussion did not practice over in burs he finally practiced you got Grant calcatera back CJ GJ back of course Cooper Dee and Paris Campbell they were all limited but those were the guys that were limited and those were the guys that were out as well as I stated before practice it was announced that we signed a new tackle I'm going just call him GA I'm not even Tyler Hall On IR about to butcher his name we put Tyler Hall on IR which makes sense but we did wave uh maai Gardner and he's on like a injury designation so assuming he clear waivers we're going to play some more IR so that does leave a roster roster spot open I wonder if we going to get a receiver because today cvy was the third Covey WR3 receiver even with Paris Campbell back to be fair Paris Campbell was limited but they decided to go with Briton cvy are we comfortable with that not sure to be honest but BR cvy he's been playing at a high level um a lot of people saying what about his size but traditionally wide receiver 3's always been small and Shifty to be honest I mean the good ones anyway when you think of like the co Beasley and stuff like that they've been like smaller quick who could get the ball and go to be honest so that's who we rocking with at wide receiver three so far but to be fair Johnny Wilson concussion he was out and Paris Campbell was limited so that definitely makes cvy the next guy up and cvy to be honest he been healthy he always been healthy I think he did miss a game before like a game or two but so far his health been great so I I can rely on cvy to be number three in if you know he can do it in the regular season we seen him doing the training camp pre-season let's see if this can carry over to the regular season Kenny picket Pickett Still QB2 but… is still qb2 as I stated but Tana mcke is still out playing them Tana mcke is out playing them at training camp out playing them in the preseason but they decided to go with Kenny picket as number two Tana mcke is getting a ball out of his hand faster look a lot better fluid but this is politics man this is politics for sure so you know I I believe M should be number two we all do but got to play the game we got to play the game with Tyler Hall being on IR so DeJean In The Nickel Cooper de jeene was the number two nicku coming in Cooper deene looked okay today getting his feet wet but he's the number two next guy up again I think it's really smart for the Eagles to place a guy like Tyler Hall in the stash you know sucks but you know Cooper de jeene you want to see what he got you want to see what he could bring see if he show those flashes he showed that college so Cooper de Jean again he was okay but at the same time he was limited um we'll see how this thing carry over I'm not sure let me know how it work in the this carry over into the regular season because now I'mma really be going in like okay you having a great camp but now it's time to see this because that Friday game going to be here in no time no time but it it is a good feeling that Makai Betton is having a really really good camp and to shut down Jaylen Carter cuz remember Jaylen Carter at one point tossed Maki back then and since then maai beckon been doing his thing on jayen Carter shout out to Bryce Huff Bryce Huff Multiple Pressures Bryce Huff been doing his thing getting multiple pressures as Camp go on and the days go on Bryce Huff is starting to pick up steam he got multiple pressures and while we talking about pressures Jaylen Herz was pressured a lot sacked a Hurts Sacked ALOT lot and this was probably one of his worst days he still didn't throw a pick but this was one of Jaylen herz's worst days I think he won like 18 for 29 uh I think he got a touchdown Elliot short Parts gave him a C+ you know you can't get A's all the time and it was one of those things the pressure was on but I'm not going to really criticize Jaylen Herz too much because his Camp been phenomenal you got guys like uh Nick Wright saying he's throwing too few but I will say this the defense is starting to show up they starting to Defense Showing Up show up even though they not catching pits against Jaylen Herz they are getting turnovers during like joint practice and preseason game so lets me know they doing something and that defensive front is getting the pressure and getting the sacks so that's really good to hear but it's also really good to hear Jaylen HZ is still not throwing not throwing any pits at all just got to handle the pressure a little better he did struggle again I got to keep it the buck as report the good I got to report the bad you know y'all want to hear a guy who was struggling last season against the Blitz and struggling a little bit against the blitz you know during training camp but this was only one bad practice out of what like 13 14 training camp days so you know Jaylen Herz will be fine against the blitz but it's good to revert back to the defense cuz what we always hear about VI fangio defense he don't Blitz he don't Blitz he only like dropping people back and playing the bend don't break but so far what I seen in the pre-season and what's starting to come to life during training camp we are bling and it's exotic like we send Quon on the blitz or we send nicoe Dean on the blitz or Zach Bond like we missing it up it's not as you know predictable so shout out to the defense man speaking of Jaylen Herz I heard he AJ Hurts Connect threw a beauty a beauty to AJ Brown in the end zone heard it was a great great pass one of those jayen hurz AJ Brown connections so that connection is still carrying over Ringo and blanket ship Ringo Blankenship PBUs look really good both got like nice pbus I believe blanket ship was against Dallas gard and I believe Ringo was against Dallas Gard too this one popped up in the air what could have been a pick so it was a really good play by Ringo almost forcing a pck for another teammate but it didn't happen so it's good to hear Ringo still doing this thing re blanket ship I I haven't heard his name in a minute but he's doing this thing but when you don't hear a safety name too much that's good that's a good thing Andre Sam got a sack on Kenny pick Andre Sam SACK it Andre Sam man how long I've been mentioning to him since he signed I'm like yo that's one of those lowkey good signings lowkey especially with us being thin that safety Andre saying he's starting to make waves he looked good the last preseason game he looked good today especially getting a sack and then just back to vit fangio mixing it up now he's sending the safety for a sack so vit fangio was on one today he was on one especially with the blitzing not much interceptions I don't think any quarterback threw no interceptions but there were a lot of blitzes and a lot of sacks cam Jurgens went basically Jurgens SHUTDOWN Jordan Davis one-on-one with Jordan Davis cam Jurgens and Jordan Davis you think in your mind yeah Jordan Davis got an easy sack nope cam Jurgens completely shut down Jordan Davis do I criticize Jordan Davis or do I praise cam Jurgens I don't know which one I do but Jordan Davis you you got to beat cam Jurgens when you one-on-one against these centers you got to beat them but it's good to hear cam Jurgens got the strength to hold up a guy like Jordan Davis so shout out to cam jur is getting a good rep nocoe Dean got some Nakobe LIT UP Will Shipley first team reps and he looked really good um during the first team and second team it was one play it was a dump off to will Shipley and he lit will Shipley up almost cost it to the fight they almost fought man they got into it got into each other face and you know it was broken up but I like to hear my defense getting feisty especially Nicole be Dean especially noobe Dean man noobe Dean keep having a strong Camp man I'm proud of you ncoe Dean keep doing you lit light these dudes up we know you had one bad practice and it happened to be the public practice but basically one on-one with Makai Betton dusted them off got the sack so shout out to Milton Williams still having a strong camp and I reserve this one for last purposely annias Smith salute Ainias Smith Confident salute caught a few passes today we know pre-season you got the two-point conversion he's starting to build confidence he's starting to get his confidence I got to salute you got to salute you because as hard as I am with criticism got to get praised the same way I got to salute you you playing your best right now you're making a name for yourself try to make this team man try to make this team you're too talented to get cut do you man do you go crazy go crazy on these dudes you when I seen a college tape one of the most physical small dudes I ever seen I'm saying like you
